“Products are nicely laid out so that I can browse with ease and select what I want. Paypal is accepted to make payments easy. Additionally, I can select the 'click and collect' delivery method to have my purchases delivered to the Waitrose near my home so it's very convenient. I have always been impressed with the selection and quality of their products, as well as their generous guarantees and excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Product didn't arrive, gave them a call, was then delivered within 1 working day, was txt on morning of delivery with a hour time slot, item arrived 10 minutes into that time slot, item purchased was fantastic, and excellent value for money.”

“I recently went to John Lewis to select our wedding list items. Staff was great, very very friendly and helpful. They gave us a general idea of what to buy in terms of quantity, related to how many guest we had and what we needed. They also printed all our selection and options we had deleted in case we wanted to give it a second thought. Finally, they explained us how to book them online or change any selection we had made. I'll definitely recommend the store for any gift list or random shopping. OHHH and we had free tea/coffee and cake, which made the experience more relaxing and enjoyable. 100% recommended!!!”
