“I visited 008 store West Key Southampton today to enquire about bud head phones. I met Joe "P" in the audio department who was Exactly who I expected to meet at John Lewis and why I didnt go to PC World. Polite , smart and knew EVERYTHING about the products. Excellent customer service just like the old Tyrell and Green days !!!!!”

“008 Southampton West Went to purchase a coffee machine today and greated by Maria the Lavazza rep. Really 'human' interaction, listened to me and my requirements instead of telling me what I should have. Really know her product's and a credit to the store.”
