“Today I was at Milton Keynes John Lewis. Popping in to the coffee shop with my sister-in-law on crutches we has fabulous customer service. Their were 3 men working and they were completely focused and attentive to customers. One notice the crutches and pointed to the nearest table and cleared it for us. Service was quick, attentive and efficient. Also friendly. Caroline Khambatta (customer of over 30 years.)”

“I ordered a new washing machine with installation and also requested for the old machine to be disposed. I selected my delivery date for 3 days time. Received updates on my time slot by text and on that morning, a call from the delivery team to advise me of the exact arrival time. Excellent install. Tidy and friendly service.”

“We have recently moved back to England after living in France for a number of years. We have had to buy so many large items for the kitchen, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. We have purchased each item from John Lewis and have received excellent service on each occasion. One point of note are the John Lewis delivery men. Without fail they have been remarkable, on time, very friendly and polite and ensuring we were completely happy before they left.”

“We recently bought a beautiful light fitting from John Lewis. It arrived quickly by courier and with no issues. We were also told that if the item was reduced in price within a certain time limit we could claim the difference back... well in just over a week, it was reduced by £12, so we got that amount refunded! Fab bargain!”

“John Lewis Customer Services and also the delivery persons were fantastic - absolutely second to none regarding a furniture order and delivery. The furniture needed to be exchanged. Resulting in me being happy customer. H However, I have had an abysmal service from their window blinds department. I gave up in the end and went to another shop. The saga lasted from January 2017 till June 2017”

“I spoke to Mr Richard Benson at the Didsbury Branch off John Lewis Customers service ....He was Superb . I explained to him my Problem that I had just received my IPhone SE which had a very tiny mark on the back you could see the mark better when you tilted the phone to the light . When you buy something new expensive or not new means new no matter what or little the fault is it simply not new .. But John Lewis I have bought off the many time's and I Must say there service is first class.. Mr Peter Jones...”

“Went to John Lewis at the Trafford centre to buy a double oven the lad that served us was very efficient and knowledgable, didn't catch his name in afraid. The chaps who,came to install the oven were brilliant, explaining everything to us. We went back the following week as a form we had to fill in baffled us. This lad photocopied our receipt and the form which he didn't have to do. All in all everything was excellent”

“I have recently brought a canon A3+ printer from John Lewis as I have bought a TV from them in the past with excellent service from them. The price was the best I had found for that printer and it was delivered promptly to my local Waitrose. The service from both was really very good and very friendly. John Lewis staff also know a lot about the products they sell and never try to pressure sell you anything. They just give you good advice.”
