“Bought on line but checked at the store for the exact colour as colour on line are not true. Curtains that look good and are the size I wanted. They arrived at the correct time as promised.”

“The john Lewis online ordering site is very user friendly. You can collect at your local Waitrose and return items there too. Although my order was delayed a day or two, I was kept informed of the progress.”

“Assistant in curtain department went above and beyond duty to track down the window blinds I wanted. She finally located the correct size in another branch and helped me place an order with the relevant branch and have the blinds mailed to my home.”

“Purchased a Miele oven from John Lewis and received excellent communication from start to finish. Kept informed about the delivery time, the delivery drivers were really helpful and delivered the oven into the kitchen which is located on the first floor. Brilliant service.”

“Easy to order online. Good communication on expected delivery times, with updates. And the guy even carried the cot in to the right room in the house for us. Cot seems great so far apart from one thing - it stunk of paint when we first got it and had to air it out for a week to get rid of the smell, and even now its not completely gone.”

“Found items on website at competitive prices. Ordered without any problems. Kept informed about delivery times and arrived ahead of schedule after they called to check if it was OK to arrive earlier than planned. Really helpful delivery men who took items round to the back of the house to store items in conservatory until they were needed with the kitchen refit.”
