“We purchase a wide screen television last December and had a problem with the wall mount that we bought from them at the same time. They not only replaced it with a more suitable one but sent the installers back, without extra charge, and found that they had reduced the price of the television we bought and send us a cheque for over £600.00 to ensure that we were happy with there service.”

“Wanted a small (very much secondary) TV. Bought a 24" Toshiba Smart TV for less than £160. Delivered on a named day for very little extra. Excellent service - as always!”

“The john Lewis online ordering site is very user friendly. You can collect at your local Waitrose and return items there too. Although my order was delayed a day or two, I was kept informed of the progress.”

“Assistant in curtain department went above and beyond duty to track down the window blinds I wanted. She finally located the correct size in another branch and helped me place an order with the relevant branch and have the blinds mailed to my home.”

“Purchased a Miele oven from John Lewis and received excellent communication from start to finish. Kept informed about the delivery time, the delivery drivers were really helpful and delivered the oven into the kitchen which is located on the first floor. Brilliant service.”
