“Ordered the item at 1930 on Sunday, the parcel was ready for collection before 1300 at my local Waitrose. Excellent, speedy service.”

“I ordered an item on line on Saturday evening, received an email in confirmation and a security phone call 10 mins later. On Sunday morning I received an email and text to let me know that the item was ready for collection at my local Waitrose.”
