“"Ordered a jacket for our oldest son but it was to big. Not lost rockstars fault but was a little worried about it taking up to 30 day’s for my refund but it was swiftly refunded in just 3 day’s. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.”

Hi We say allow 30 days for your return to be processed as this covers us for busy periods (such as Christmas) and Bank Holidays. Our returns policy does state they are usually handled in 7 working days. Your particular return was handled in 3 working days. We would kindly ask you revise your review. Thank you.

Hi Thanks for your review. I can see you purchased at 10pm on Monday 4th September and your order was dispatched Tuesday 5th. You selected Standard Delivery which has a delivery aim of 5 working days and you received 2 days later on Thursday 7th :) Regards LR.

“The purchase was made for my son, who was extremely happy with the goods. I was a bit disappointed to not of received the 10% discount that is advertised after signing up for newsletter and also £1off if you like Facebook page. But overall happy that the item arrived after paying for next day delivery too. Thank you”

“Lost rockstar provide some of my favourite clothing. On one order, I actually got sent the wrong pair of shorts which was annoying, but it turns out I ended up loving those shorts more anyway. Great brand!”
