“When you order something with cheese, make sure the cheese is melted. I ordered a bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich and the cheese was cold, causing the biscuit to be cold”

“Franklin, NH McDonald's is a joke. I won't be going through there again. Went through the drive through a little after 7pm. So in my opinion NOT heavy dinner traffic time. However there were people waiting in parking spots all around the building for their orders. I was directed to park in a certain numbered spot which was already taken by another waiting customer. They then attempted to give my order to that person too. I reitorated that two customers were directed the same spot. It's not good customer service. There needs to be a better plan for this type of drive thru traffic. I tried to wait in the driveway behind the other customer, but I was blocking others so I had to move. What a clusterf@$k!”

“For me it's bad experience from Mac Donald's italy Milazzo situated in parco Corolla.. when I drive thru and order one banana shake. If we speak In English here they won't respond not much when I said one banana shake they simply laughed at me just kidding on my way of talking or I don't know why they laughed at me. It's not a good or politfull attitude from the employees.this my experience.”

“Absolutely disgusting service. Atlas road Bonaero park. Waited for 36min and then had to go ask about our food and was rudely told, they are busy with it. What a disgrace. Got our food 47min later, cold and the burgers were just thrown together. Been here an hour and still don't have the coffee we ordered. What a disgrace!!!”

“What's the point of drive through if they make you pull around and wait? What happen to first come first serve? I had a trailer on and they wanted me to pull around where there is no parking to wait 1 min. If the people behind wanted their food first then they should've got there before I did!! Every time pull up front. Some people have no clue what it's like to work hard. Poor service, the whole time they were arguing my food was done but she kicked me out.”

“399 for small milkshake and then on top of that you charge 329 for a small french fries that is ridiculous when you have a meal that has small french fries a cheeseburger four nuggets and a drink for five dollars are crooks you guys Ruining the fast food world”

“Bathroom sink didn’t work in the male bathroom, and the $5 meal is only available if you have the app. I won’t ever download the app. And I won’t be going to over priced fast food with small portions. I’ll go to Carl’s Jr before mcD.”

“My coffee of choice was the hazelnut ice coffee with each meal, I am very disappointed it was discontinued, but I would like to thank mcdonalds for helping me save money and calories because I am no longer a patron of mcdonalds, also your vanilla coffee is nasty”

“If I could give it less than one I would. Used to be a decent place to stop in for a quick burger and soda but not anymore they refuse to wait on you at the counter, they've discontinued soda refills and their food is extremely expensive. This is ridiculous I can afford to eat anywhere I want, and McDonald's used to be a decent doe go to but not anymore.”

“I placed an order through the app in Richmond, VA while on vacation. They charged my bank account but McDonalds Manager could not find the order. They said due to it being a 3rd party app I would need to fill out the contact us form or call. She could do nothing. That was the last of my $$. I had to place a new order with the manager costing me alot more (I used the 20% off coupon in the app) she could not apply that either. I had to use my husbands credit card. The manager saw where I was charged through my bank. The app said something to the effect of sorry we are having trouble on our end. I told her this. McDs is pushing using the app. Normally I love it but guess what I am very worried about this happening again. On top of that I couldn't the Caramel sundae I wanted and also had ordered on the app. The machine was down. So they keep asking for more information. I have provided everything I can. I can describe the manager that helped me if anyone would even want that. I gave the time, amount, date, exact location, last 4 of my card, name, email, phone number. This is absolutely unprofessional. Please take care of your customer McDonalds.”

“I was on my way home, a couple of weeks ago, at 1 am. Got to the drive thru and the girl said "Sorry we are closed". They are suppose to be open 24 hours. At least that's what they advertise. I've also stopped in a few times, on the way to work, in the last couple of months. Guess what, machine is down that they make frappes with. 2 months??”

“Horrible Horrible experience with the mcdonalds on south florida Ave in Lakeland florida near mulberry. I pulled up and the lights were off. I ordered from my jeep and pulled around and the first window was closed. It looked like they maybe had 5 people in the store and it was so dark it felt dangerous. Woman who gave me my food might have been age 16 and was unreal rude. I got home and started trying to eat, but both big mac patties were ice cold inside a warmed big mac. So cold there was no way to eat it. Horrible experience, waste of $12.00 and gas, I'm a diabetic and was counting on this food for my sugar... but I will not eat semi frozen patties. You need to close this store and take away their franchise. I'll never, ever go back to that mcdonalds.”
