“My coffee of choice was the hazelnut ice coffee with each meal, I am very disappointed it was discontinued, but I would like to thank mcdonalds for helping me save money and calories because I am no longer a patron of mcdonalds, also your vanilla coffee is nasty”

“If I could give it less than one I would. Used to be a decent place to stop in for a quick burger and soda but not anymore they refuse to wait on you at the counter, they've discontinued soda refills and their food is extremely expensive. This is ridiculous I can afford to eat anywhere I want, and McDonald's used to be a decent doe go to but not anymore.”

“I placed an order through the app in Richmond, VA while on vacation. They charged my bank account but McDonalds Manager could not find the order. They said due to it being a 3rd party app I would need to fill out the contact us form or call. She could do nothing. That was the last of my $$. I had to place a new order with the manager costing me alot more (I used the 20% off coupon in the app) she could not apply that either. I had to use my husbands credit card. The manager saw where I was charged through my bank. The app said something to the effect of sorry we are having trouble on our end. I told her this. McDs is pushing using the app. Normally I love it but guess what I am very worried about this happening again. On top of that I couldn't the Caramel sundae I wanted and also had ordered on the app. The machine was down. So they keep asking for more information. I have provided everything I can. I can describe the manager that helped me if anyone would even want that. I gave the time, amount, date, exact location, last 4 of my card, name, email, phone number. This is absolutely unprofessional. Please take care of your customer McDonalds.”

“I was on my way home, a couple of weeks ago, at 1 am. Got to the drive thru and the girl said "Sorry we are closed". They are suppose to be open 24 hours. At least that's what they advertise. I've also stopped in a few times, on the way to work, in the last couple of months. Guess what, machine is down that they make frappes with. 2 months??”

“McDonalds on. Plaza drive in. Oceanside ca. Their drive though is bad. After 8pm talked 20 mins to get though it very slow only have one window open instead of 2 windows . WHY IS THAT????”

“Horrible Horrible experience with the mcdonalds on south florida Ave in Lakeland florida near mulberry. I pulled up and the lights were off. I ordered from my jeep and pulled around and the first window was closed. It looked like they maybe had 5 people in the store and it was so dark it felt dangerous. Woman who gave me my food might have been age 16 and was unreal rude. I got home and started trying to eat, but both big mac patties were ice cold inside a warmed big mac. So cold there was no way to eat it. Horrible experience, waste of $12.00 and gas, I'm a diabetic and was counting on this food for my sugar... but I will not eat semi frozen patties. You need to close this store and take away their franchise. I'll never, ever go back to that mcdonalds.”

“I went through the Drive through at the MCDONALD'S off Kingston Pick right across from Big Lots. The Lady that take the money in the drive through was very rude , dont greet, or speak to you , and when you say thank you she dont speak back ,NEVER...... SHE a Indian older woman. If you cant treat the customers with respect you dont need to be working the job period.”

“For years all I ever ordered was a quarter pounder with cheese. Simple burger with a little ketchup some onion and pickles. The one I got today had a glod of mayo of all things no onion no pickels.. What the heck ? I'm sorry but I won't be getting anything from McDonald's again .”

“Ordered a #2 and a #7..got A sausage biscuit and 1 burrito with no sauce that they asked me if I wanted. Let the meal go, clerk rang it up wrong. We were in a hurry. Took sausage biscuit back and told them sausage egg McMuffin. Got a ham egg McMuffin thrown together. Just ridiculous avoidable issues for the price . We just left.”

“I used the app to order food and they took the payment from my credit card. When I went to the McDonald's to pick up my food and gave them the code on the app. They told me it was an incorrect code and would not give me the food I ord6and payed for.so McDonald's stole my money! I guess this is a way for McDonald's to make extra money”

“First my husband and I went to the one on Southside in Buffalo ny. We waited 15 minutes to order then we left without ordering. We went to the one on Clinton St in Buffalo ny and waited in the drive thru for a half hour before being served. This was after 11 pm. Customer service was really poor.”

“I am so angry ! I bought a medium size frappe at McDonald The other day. It looked like an extra small and I paid four dollars plus for this. I questioned the lady and she said oh it’s more expensive for those drinks so we have to downsize the cup compared to the soda cups. I was like are you kidding me, a big corporation like this with billions and billions of dollars and you’re gonna rip off more American people by cutting down your sizing something has to change in this country. This is ridiculous. Just ridiculous.”

“It was my 1st time at McDonald's Kenilworth Very bad experience I waited very long for my order . I then approached the counter to ask where my order is then was told that my slip was lost and they thought the order went out already. I eventually got my order ..... incorrect order had to wait again. Never am I going back to that McDonald's.”

“I ordered a small fry, no salt and I got cold, OLD fries that were from 1989. I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't do a survey but FYI- don't order fries here. Ankeny Mcdonald's on Ankeny Blvd.”
