“The times that I've been to this location all I get is the manager which is a tall slim Spanish fellow act childish with some of his crew members the moment I walk in the door. The customer service in this location is terrible, I know we want our food fast but when I turned around after paying and grabbing my cup the food was done. Let's be honest that's not normally, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt until I got back to the office and ate my food. The food was nasty, it had a terrible smell and taste, and I couldn't finish the soda because it had the nastiest taste in which shortly after I had to throw up. Be careful at this location 4333 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33614.”

“This is Lilly-Anna’s father my wife told me a little story about what happened last time they where here I went to that same playground and inspected it I found a piece of cheese on the slide it had green fluffy bits on it I am reporting this to the Government and you guys are getting shut down by the health inspector’s good bye Lots of love Logan fletcher xx❤️”

“This is the 3rd time ordering a mobile order and the order not being complete. Who oversees employees or trains them? You're supposed to contact the restaurant and no one answers the phone! So ridiculous! I won't ever give mcdonalds another penny.”

“Haven't been there for a few years then had a craving for their big Mac. Disappointed ☹️ the box was an elusion... the burger that's usually the size of the box was the size of a regular burger. Very very disappointed. Do better mc donalds do better.”

“I was always a huge McDonald's fan for years but when the hash brown went to 1.99 that was the last time I ever went back it's just not a fair deal plain and simple we can't afford it. We go to other more reasonable places.”

“Went to McDonald's at 9915 Watson Rd. Crestwood Missouri tonight 6/3/2024 @ 8:00 p.m. looked like a ghost town. I pulled up and ordered a M&M Mcflurry it showed up on the screen. I asked if they had the cookie crumble for the Grandma Mcflurry (as they have not had on a previous visit), the person taking the order said yes, but then said all of a sudden they had no ice cream. Wtf? You literally put my first Mcflurry on the screen. I said I came to get ice cream for my dogs birthday, the condescending rude person who was raised by trash stated she was excited for me but realized there was no ice cream, then laughed loud on the speaker. No you didn't want to do your job because no-one was in the drive thru. You have waited on me many times and can't get the orders right, so why did I think you as privileged human would tell the truth. When you hire trash to sit around, you produce garbage results in your establishment. Kirkwood MO McDonald's as the employees treat customers with respect and are not habitual liars.”

“I ordered two combo meals with orange juice and was charged $1.90 extra each for two medium sized orange juices. That used to be included in the price of the combo. I won’t be ordering that again. Probably try some other place for breakfast.”
