“Lanvaster location. I went in and waited eventually someone asked if I was waiting to pickup an order. I said no, I wanted to use the restroom before ordering. I used the restroom then returned to place my order after a fee minutes someone returned issued for my order and was told I had to place it myself on a huge electronic menu. I immediately left and drove to a jack in the box where they have a human option.”

“We visited the McDonalds on Rte 25 in Perrysburg at 12:00 noon on Sunday, May 25th. The restaurant was not busy. The manager was yelling out orders and insults at staff. The lobby was filthy with trash cans overflowing. The men’s bathroom had water all over the floor which was a fall risk. The kiosk printed out blank paper so the customer representative could not find our order. Service was slow. Lastly, we were charged 35 cents for chicken nugget sauce! Considering the cost of the meal I was very disappointed the sauce wasn’t included. Very disappointing. We will not be returning to this location.”

“I have eaten at many McDonald’s in many towns and states. The McDonald’s in STURGIS, SD is by far the best. I don’t know what they do differently, but whatever it is there is a marked difference.”

“McDonald’s at 3204 Kimberly rd in Kimberly The employee at the food pick up window was rude and disrespectful. Tha lady at the order window had difficulty taking our entire order due to lack of commyskills I. The English Language. after 5 min another employ took our order and when we pulled forward to retrieve it,the order was wrong. I told the lady it was wronecause the lady dosent know English and her response was “she dosent have to speK English” I said “she should because it only hurts her when she can’t understand us” This McDonald’s obviously does not care about customers. I do not recommend anyone wast their time going to the McDonald’s on Kimberly rd in Kimberly Idaho.”

“On 477 mc Thornton heath have a sift manager and her name is varusha she are giving really bad customer service like are talking rude to the customer and I’ve been see her talking bad to the drivers very rude. if she’s keeping like this I will record and I post on social media. Is not the first time is not the second. Is hundreds. Please try to review her behaviour with customer, employees and drivers otherwise I will try to find the owner and I will have a talk with him about this situation. Regards”

“Went to the McDonald on Olden ave in Ewing nj 2 nights in a row cause my son love it 1st night fries was missing 2nd night which was yesterday the lady over charged me just looked at my receipt cause I told her I got the same order as the day before she charged me a extra $2.00 wow and the night time service is horrible”

“When you tell them no onions and they put onions on your sandwich, it quite literally is killing me. I am allergic to onions and can’t have them. They need to pay more attention!!!! McDonald’s is a place I go because they have ok food, but they are lazy and do read. They hire these drug addicts and brainwashed kids to make our food. Those people are illiterate and can’t do anything right!”

“A few times we've been yo Mc Donald's my daughter got really sick. One in wautoma wi, and one in stevens point, wi. She ordered chicken nuggets and within an hour she got puke sick. She's ate nuggets before and never got sick.. it's been a recent thing. I don't know if it's because they're leaving old nuggets in their holders?? My daughter said she found one that had a black spot and tossed it. And the time before one nuggets was solid hard. She tossed that too. Please remind your employees to toss out old food!”

“I cannot believe this! I took my baby angel lilly-anna to the park at mcdonalds, no cleaners anywhere to be seen. my angel lilly-anna ate a damn moldy chicken nugget in the climbing frame and shes been green ever since. i will NOT be returning. her father be hearing about this! Lots of love Dianna xx”

“Mac Donald’s in Willingboro, NJ can’t get my order right. Today, May 17 at approximately 2pm. I purchased Filet Fish Sandwich with fries and of coarse they got my order wrong. I should have learned the other times not to buy from Mc Donald’s. The Spanish manager could of at least apologize that I had to waste my gas to come back to get my food that I didn’t get that I paid for, it’s bad enough that Mc Donald’s has gotten so expensive. I will never go to Mc Donald’s anymore.”
