“When you order something with cheese, make sure the cheese is melted. I ordered a bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich and the cheese was cold, causing the biscuit to be cold”

“Franklin, NH McDonald's is a joke. I won't be going through there again. Went through the drive through a little after 7pm. So in my opinion NOT heavy dinner traffic time. However there were people waiting in parking spots all around the building for their orders. I was directed to park in a certain numbered spot which was already taken by another waiting customer. They then attempted to give my order to that person too. I reitorated that two customers were directed the same spot. It's not good customer service. There needs to be a better plan for this type of drive thru traffic. I tried to wait in the driveway behind the other customer, but I was blocking others so I had to move. What a clusterf@$k!”

“For me it's bad experience from Mac Donald's italy Milazzo situated in parco Corolla.. when I drive thru and order one banana shake. If we speak In English here they won't respond not much when I said one banana shake they simply laughed at me just kidding on my way of talking or I don't know why they laughed at me. It's not a good or politfull attitude from the employees.this my experience.”

“Hello y’all my name is Dave. I walked in to the local Alaskan McDonald’s and I went to order inside to get out of the cold. As soon as I stepped into this hell hole my nostrils filled with the stench of old nursing home booty cheeks. I walked up to the register to order and was met with 86 year old Hank, who was clearly the source. I then jumped over the register and threw him out of the drive through window into the cold. I threw him so hard the other employees called me names like the Hulk. I started making my own food with Barbados and James, who then started twerking on the fryer and the place started to reek again. Now all employees are in the cold after I threw them like the Hulk. I’m so nonchalant I passed out from how strong I am. I woke up with Hank giving me mouth to mouth to revive me. Hank is the true hero”

“Absolutely disgusting service. Atlas road Bonaero park. Waited for 36min and then had to go ask about our food and was rudely told, they are busy with it. What a disgrace. Got our food 47min later, cold and the burgers were just thrown together. Been here an hour and still don't have the coffee we ordered. What a disgrace!!!”

“What's the point of drive through if they make you pull around and wait? What happen to first come first serve? I had a trailer on and they wanted me to pull around where there is no parking to wait 1 min. If the people behind wanted their food first then they should've got there before I did!! Every time pull up front. Some people have no clue what it's like to work hard. Poor service, the whole time they were arguing my food was done but she kicked me out.”

“399 for small milkshake and then on top of that you charge 329 for a small french fries that is ridiculous when you have a meal that has small french fries a cheeseburger four nuggets and a drink for five dollars are crooks you guys Ruining the fast food world”

“Ordered a quarter pounder hamburger meal asked for no salt no mustered only gave me ketchup and pickle and small onion not much. Felt cold. Poor customer service. We were using the number tag as a phone holder for my son to watch his show and the guy kept bagging for it instead of leaving it also kept tapping the recite in front of me. Also had to wait along time for our food and it wasn’t busy at the time. Bloomington MN McDonald’s 11 ish am. Guy seem like he didn’t want to be working.”

“Bathroom sink didn’t work in the male bathroom, and the $5 meal is only available if you have the app. I won’t ever download the app. And I won’t be going to over priced fast food with small portions. I’ll go to Carl’s Jr before mcD.”

“My coffee of choice was the hazelnut ice coffee with each meal, I am very disappointed it was discontinued, but I would like to thank mcdonalds for helping me save money and calories because I am no longer a patron of mcdonalds, also your vanilla coffee is nasty”

“If I could give it less than one I would. Used to be a decent place to stop in for a quick burger and soda but not anymore they refuse to wait on you at the counter, they've discontinued soda refills and their food is extremely expensive. This is ridiculous I can afford to eat anywhere I want, and McDonald's used to be a decent doe go to but not anymore.”
