“There was an incredibly long line at 7501 Washington Ave Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Once finally arriving at the window I instantly saw why. There were only two employees. The woman that was walking around as if she were practicing her role as a sloth and Austin. This guy was running around with a smile on his face doing the job of a whole crew the entire time I observed at the drive thru window. You guys have an excellent employee in Austin! The sloth woman…..that’s a whole other review.”

“Haven't been there for a few years then had a craving for their big Mac. Disappointed ☹️ the box was an elusion... the burger that's usually the size of the box was the size of a regular burger. Very very disappointed. Do better mc donalds do better.”

“I was always a huge McDonald's fan for years but when the hash brown went to 1.99 that was the last time I ever went back it's just not a fair deal plain and simple we can't afford it. We go to other more reasonable places.”

“Went to McDonald's at 9915 Watson Rd. Crestwood Missouri tonight 6/3/2024 @ 8:00 p.m. looked like a ghost town. I pulled up and ordered a M&M Mcflurry it showed up on the screen. I asked if they had the cookie crumble for the Grandma Mcflurry (as they have not had on a previous visit), the person taking the order said yes, but then said all of a sudden they had no ice cream. Wtf? You literally put my first Mcflurry on the screen. I said I came to get ice cream for my dogs birthday, the condescending rude person who was raised by trash stated she was excited for me but realized there was no ice cream, then laughed loud on the speaker. No you didn't want to do your job because no-one was in the drive thru. You have waited on me many times and can't get the orders right, so why did I think you as privileged human would tell the truth. When you hire trash to sit around, you produce garbage results in your establishment. Kirkwood MO McDonald's as the employees treat customers with respect and are not habitual liars.”

“I ordered two combo meals with orange juice and was charged $1.90 extra each for two medium sized orange juices. That used to be included in the price of the combo. I won’t be ordering that again. Probably try some other place for breakfast.”

“NUMEROUS ISSUES! I was given the wrong bag at drive thru, checked the wrappers and pulled away. When I got home they had bagel sandwich wrapped up with an Egg Mcmuffin wrapping paper. Numerous attempts, they kept providing the wrong meal.... Then Craig rips me off on the refund and Caleb got verbally abusive and demanded I leave the premise. Like I said already, I will be contacting the BBB and the Health Dept on their behavior, loss of competency and miss poor managing methods! Review your camera from 10:40am to 11:40am on Sunday 6/2/24! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WRITE UP A REPORT ON THE INDIVIDUALS THAT RUINED THE PASS 48HRS FOR ME! IM DISABLED, HANDICAPPED AND IMMUNE DEFICIENT! TERMINATE YOUR LAZY WORKERS AND WORKERS WHO CROSS CONTAMINATE THE SERVICE'S! EITHER REMOVE GRAIG AND CALEB FROM THEIR "MANAGER" POSITIONS OR SIMPLY TERMINATE THEM AND DISPLAY THE KITCHEN HOW ITS SUPPOSE TO BE RAN!”

“I was in the the McDonalds in Praireville, La. This very nice young man named Dustin came out to clean up the customer area and for the first time ever do I hear any employee announce that they/he would be cleaning up and putting water on floor so it might be slippery for a little while and put out cones. Then he actually got down on his knees to check for and sweep up other objects under tables by walls before proceeding to mop! He needs to be appraised for his clean service!”

“I ordered one combo and told me pull up after I paid and they would bring it out I sat in my car 18 minutes wait for one order so I went in look I been waiting 18 minutes and I want my money back she very nice and gave me my money back but I will never go back to a McDonald's again I stop going for over two years and say well I give them another try nope the last”
