CORONAVIRUS KILLING PEOPLE AND SOME FOOD SALES PERSONS IN BROOKLYN DON'T CARE. SO MANY INCIDENCES IN BROOKLYN CARIBBEAN NEIGHBORHOOD I HAVE EXPERIENCED AND WHEN YOU SAY ANYTHING THEY ARE DEFENDING THEIR BEHAVIOR. THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. BEFORE 7AM 5th APR. THAT'S THIS MORNING I WENT TO 701 UTICA MCDONALDS TO BUY BREAKFAST FOR SOME POOR PEOPLE. THE MCDONALDS SALES PEOPLE WERE QUICK TO TELL ME TO STAY BEHIND THE MARK ON THE FLOOR. YET SOME WERE WEARING THE MASK BELLOW THEIR MOUTH AND NOSE AND SERVING PEOPLE WITH NO GLOVES. ONE ACTUALLY HELD THE CUP OF COFFEE BY THE RIM WITH HER BARE HANDS AND I SAID YOU'RE TAKING CASH AND DOING THAT, PLEASE CHANGE THE CUP; SHE SAID "I DIDN'T TAKE YOUR MONEY YET" AND SHE DIDN'T CHANGE THE CUP. ANOTHER ONE WITHOUT GLOVES WHO WAS TOUCHING EVERYPLACE AND HER CLOTHES TOLD ME SHE JUST REMOVED HER GLOVES WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANT. NOOOOO SATISFACTION!!! NO WHERE. NO ONE CARES!!! THEY ALL ARE JUSTIFYING THEIR BEHAVIOR AND DON'T CARE ESPECIALLY DURING SUCH A TIME WHEN DEATH HANGS LIKE A KNIFE IN THE AIR. AN ELDERLY PERSON WHO DON'T HAVE THE CONVENIENCE OF A KITCHEN TO COOK IS DOOMED. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I AN A REGISTERED NURSE AND I AM HIGHLY UPSET BY THIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR THAT CAN INCREASE THE CURRENT DEATH RATE. RESTAURANTS NEED TO HAVE IN BIG WRITING UP FRONT THEIR PROTOCOL FOR SERVICE RELATED TO THIS CORONAVIRUS PERIOD.

During this corona virus time...i visited a McDonald's...twice now.and no employee were wearing plastic gloves that I have seen at wawa, swiss farm drive through market. This is ridiculous and I will not be going back

Itโ€™s dirty and nasty and it stink ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿค‘๐Ÿค‘๐Ÿคฎ they drop somebody food and going give it to them and do ice cream machine really do be working the just donโ€™t want to clean it Period

BEWARE!! - I went to the Whitfield branch near Dover, card reader declined my card so I paid by cash instead, then later on that day the supposedly 'declined' card payment was taken out of my account as well so, I'd effectively paid twice.! Rang to sort it out and they refused to accept it saying I had only paid the once...by cash. Barclays then confirmed to me that the restaurant definitely did have a record of the card payment as it could only have been paid by the bank if McDonalds had requested it so I spoke to Mc'Donalds customer services 'so called' (plus sent them a screen shot of my bank statement) but they fobbed it off by saying it was over to me to sort with the Whitfield branch direct....SO BE WARNED IF THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY TWICE THEY WONT NECESSARILY REFUND IT EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW THEM ALL THE EVIDENCE !

Went to the Whitehaven branch and the staff told me i couldn't get chicken mayo meal or cheeseburger meal had to be quarter pounder then i said i didn't want that one and she started shouting at me and my wife so i just drove off will never go to McDonald's again as long as i live we went all the time 3/4 times a week never again also that McDonald's also gets your food wrong completely even tho its on 20 tvs right infront of them its a no from me wouldn't recommend foods cold or wrong and the staff are unemployable no customer service skills at all.

I ordered their pan cakes this morning and they were cold plus were not fresh. When I called them back to tell them that their pancakes were not good, he said that I'll send you the new ones and you can warm them up in the oven ๐Ÿ™„... Wowโ€ผ๏ธโ€ผ๏ธ

McDonald in Hope Hull AL. Drive thru service too slow. Today ordered ice tea had to drive off. Last nite ordered dinner finally got but still extremely slow. Please hire. caring employees. The current group no customer service skills.

The food was cold and the male clerk handling food at the window appears unclean. I have encountered him at your west broad and glenside store...I quit going there because of it. 2 weeks ago I went threw your drive thru and again the food was cold, clerk appeared to have a hygiene issue. When I got home I called in to discuss issue, the young lady who answered the phone argued me down, claiming I called the wrong store but would take my name. Very disappointed in this stores response, as well attitude. I live a few blocks away, I know what store I called...I know my food was cold, I am funny about people who handle my food and can see the hygiene issues.

Just occasionally I really miss Sweden! and that people wonโ€™t misunderstand my spoken word- nor! my written words either! We went to Basingstoke today- to Ifly and went into McDonalds. I ordered a plain chicken wrap- the one that isn't deep fried. ๐Ÿฅ1st one- I got the deep fried one. ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ 2nd time- I got the fried chicken wrap- good- but with only the sauce- nothing else inside. ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ 3rd time- I got the same as the ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ - my comment had been; wait for it: This is just chicken and sauce I want it all- salad and so on! How anyone can take that as : I want only chicken and sauce is beyond me! ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ chicken and sauce. ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ again Chicken and sauce- I then asked in desperation- WHY- the young man said- You asked for only chicken and sauce. You think! They would have asked themselves after the 3rd ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ whatโ€™s wrong with this women!? Why is she asking for the same thing over and over again? But ,no- They just kept on giving me the same thing over and over again. If! you go here and you have an accent! Do use the machines as you will otherwise leave hungry! I just throw the food away and left! Having paid for it! ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ I will be back , on the next Ifly session-but not use the staff ever again!

I was at the McDonalds on main st in Kernersville N.C. and a man who wasn't in uniform was behind the register with his kids was taking my order refused to except a McDonalds receipt with survey numbers on it to get a free Mc double .. he said he don't take them. But he was giving his kids free food and frappes in front of us. I told him I would go somewhere else to eat. So I went to chick fil a..That man uniformed and having his kids behind counter was very rude and unprofessional To represent to McDonalds Company who I and my kids love . Thanks for hearing me.

Advertise free pie with large combo meal. Not one but two signs in drive thru. Then after paying and having free pie on receipt they hand me food and say the promotion ended last month, but still had signs up for it. Manager was really unprofessional, probably upset I wanted a refund and was not moving along quick enough in the line. I'm glad I waited until I got my money back. I took down the two signs and brought them into the store, where I was told that was not my job and I would be trespassed. Too lazy to remove a false advertisement, rude *stated I must be drunk or something when I said look I waited 20 minutes in line looking at the signs, you should take them down or honor them. Yeah they were not my property but her rudeness saying i must be drunk complaining about a pie rubbed me wrong.

Refuse to help me because i have autism, everything doesn't work the way you want it too, called Dublin number about a complaint TWICE, got England, didn't call England, they said no to giving me head office email address, even if i had it they would ignore me. never ever ever going there again WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A STAR?????

McDonald's uses they're two for three and two for five deals to dupe you into paying excessive amounts for food. The McDouble used to be a dollar on the value menu a year ago and now they're trying to get two for $5. That's 150% markup. I will not return

We brought a chicken sandwich and chips the chips were not cooked properly the burger had a hair in it and the bun was burnt so we got another burger the bacon was cold the chicken was all slimy we will not be going into the McDonald's again.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! I recently visited this McDonalds at Fosse Park Leicester and unknowingly overstayed the 'apparent' parking limit (while having lunch and completing some work in spare time) I subsequently received a ยฃ100 parking 'charge' from Met Parking. Having written to McDonalds UK to explain my unknowing genuine mistake and express how over the years I have been a loyal customer, McDonald's replied by letter ignoring my request for an understanding of the mistake. I made the request that if they could assist in a waiver of the charge with the parking company I would happily donate to a McDonald's chosen charity. They did not even make reference to that in their reply letter so therefore they would rather I pay a ยฃ100 parking charge than contribute charitably to a good cause. This is evidence I believe of what McDonalds are really like morally and how they value their customers, as a result having been a regular customer for a long time. I will now never ever visit again.
