“We were waiting in the car for almost 45mins , when we reached the window they didn’t have vegetarian burgers , I was so disappointed with the service , most of the time they don’t have vegetarian burgers at all, I which all McDonalds should have vegetarian burgers, Iam deprevied about the service .”

“Re: McDonalds, Foothill Blvd., La Canada. Yesterday the staff at the take out window were rude and incompetent. Not my usual experience I have there. Ordered drinks without ice as I always do. This time they were all new staff to me. I picked them up at the window and they all had ice in them. I explained. They asked me to wait outside in the hot sun. 10 minutes went by. I returned to the window, and they said oops, they would bring it out. They did and all drinks had ice in these (not sure if they just gave me back my old ones). I then went inside to ask yet again for no ice, which they eventually gave me. The Manager was there and saw what happened, knows me, but did not involve himself. Wow! Staff needs training on the simple things. I wonder what is going on there.”

“Cashier prematurely entered my online coupon code and made it invalid and the manager said "too bad nothing we can do about it" and refused to make it right she was absolutely the rudest fast food manager I have experienced. 45 yrs plus going to McDonald's and I will never return.”

“WORST, USELESS, ARROGANT, STUBBORN, DISGUSTING AND HOPELESS services from mcdonald's andheri east. This is to bring to your notice that in May last year I had purchased parcel of two mcdonald's aloo tikki. But to my DISAPPOINTMENT when opened the parcel the bread was SOGGY AND TIKKI'S somewhat burned the same thing was reported but the young childish lady who was on the order-taking didn't tried to listen and when couldn't handle she called a maybe a SILLY STUPID GREEDY IDIOT bihari security who was so ARROGANT AND STUBBORN and behaved as if goon like and I have to return back empty handed without resolving. But today long time after this incident I thought of reporting this matter to mcdonald's. Because this type of CHEAP, ARROGANT AND STUBBORN behaviour should not be tolerated from a SILLY STUPID IDIOT behari security and ladies who work in mcdonald's.”

“Found a hair in my burger and they don't care! Found a hair in my burger managed to get a refund, but they kept my original receipt and the hair. Told the store I was unhappy, but they weren't too bothered. I complained to head office who refused to do anything stating that as I didn't have photographic evidence they were not going to do anything, even though I had a refund receipt from the store manager. They refused to contact the store to investigate even though COVID 19 is on the increase and hygiene is of paramount importance. Will never use again and strongly suggest when you find a foreign body in your meal take it to the Food Standards Agency and not wate your time with customer service,”

“Ordered McNuggets at the drive through and when I was at the window to pick up I asked for chilli dip and was refused, I was told it was 20pence more so I offered to pay against my better judgement only to be told I am unable to pay now.i asked how long they have been charging for sauce and was advised “always” I said well I certainly have never been charged before or refused, the staff member didn’t seem to care and had a bad attitude, I doubt I will be going to McDonald’s again. Also when I got home and opened my meal it also contained someone else’s order,not very efficient.”

“Went to skegness McDonalds today bought 2 meals went to go to the carpark as we always did and told no if you go in you will get a fine well if I had known we could not eat our meals in the carpark I would not have bought any thing but then we had to find some where to park letting the meals go cold well from now on its kfc next door for us pensioners they let you park at the back for free .so my next visit it will be kfc skegness and McDonalds can stick their meals and carpark. Customer service nill”

“Kings Norton McDonalds is awfull never go there ..the rest in the area are very good but this one stay well clear ..rude staff undercooked burgers .. give wrong refund when taken back without even a bit .. chips cold burger cold and look like it was sat on”

“I just wanted to say that there was no point of you spending all the money you guys spent making a commercial telling people your giving out free meals for essential workers to say thank you, if all ur gonna do is give the people that come threw a hard time over everything!!! a free meal should be a free meal 1 combo off the menu 1 per essential worker one per car!! its a free meal and it's not even worth my time coz I got hassled the 2 times I went.. thanks but no thanks!!!”
