I was at the McDonalds on main st in Kernersville N.C. and a man who wasn't in uniform was behind the register with his kids was taking my order refused to except a McDonalds receipt with survey numbers on it to get a free Mc double .. he said he don't take them. But he was giving his kids free food and frappes in front of us. I told him I would go somewhere else to eat. So I went to chick fil a..That man uniformed and having his kids behind counter was very rude and unprofessional To represent to McDonalds Company who I and my kids love . Thanks for hearing me.

Advertise free pie with large combo meal. Not one but two signs in drive thru. Then after paying and having free pie on receipt they hand me food and say the promotion ended last month, but still had signs up for it. Manager was really unprofessional, probably upset I wanted a refund and was not moving along quick enough in the line. I'm glad I waited until I got my money back. I took down the two signs and brought them into the store, where I was told that was not my job and I would be trespassed. Too lazy to remove a false advertisement, rude *stated I must be drunk or something when I said look I waited 20 minutes in line looking at the signs, you should take them down or honor them. Yeah they were not my property but her rudeness saying i must be drunk complaining about a pie rubbed me wrong.

Refuse to help me because i have autism, everything doesn't work the way you want it too, called Dublin number about a complaint TWICE, got England, didn't call England, they said no to giving me head office email address, even if i had it they would ignore me. never ever ever going there again WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A STAR?????

McDonald's uses they're two for three and two for five deals to dupe you into paying excessive amounts for food. The McDouble used to be a dollar on the value menu a year ago and now they're trying to get two for $5. That's 150% markup. I will not return

We brought a chicken sandwich and chips the chips were not cooked properly the burger had a hair in it and the bun was burnt so we got another burger the bacon was cold the chicken was all slimy we will not be going into the McDonald's again.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! I recently visited this McDonalds at Fosse Park Leicester and unknowingly overstayed the 'apparent' parking limit (while having lunch and completing some work in spare time) I subsequently received a £100 parking 'charge' from Met Parking. Having written to McDonalds UK to explain my unknowing genuine mistake and express how over the years I have been a loyal customer, McDonald's replied by letter ignoring my request for an understanding of the mistake. I made the request that if they could assist in a waiver of the charge with the parking company I would happily donate to a McDonald's chosen charity. They did not even make reference to that in their reply letter so therefore they would rather I pay a £100 parking charge than contribute charitably to a good cause. This is evidence I believe of what McDonalds are really like morally and how they value their customers, as a result having been a regular customer for a long time. I will now never ever visit again.

I purchased a large big mac meal and a 6 nugget medium meal through the drive in. When i got home we took them out of the bag to find in the large fries the cone was not even half full. I rang the store in Crescent Rd, Willenhall WV13 2RB and was told to bring them back i told them it was really inconvenient and i was told there was nothing they could do. I then contacted head office who came back with sorry for your experience. You will be sure to have a better experience next time to which i answered poor poor customer service. And i wont be back there again.

Inshes Retail Park, go there often and invariably they get the order wrong. Cheeseburger incorrect packaging without the cheese, Fries will no salt, would be typical of a plethora of issues these. Staff training is woeful it seems. Shame,otherwise okay.

Mcdonalds Used to be, (in the 70s 80s!) & could be now, so good, and sometimes are, but rarely. Am I the only one that finds their food barely warm? Never HOT! It used to (many years ago) be HOT! I used to keep complaining but it’s like talking to an arrogant robot computer dodo and they are extinct! Most of the staff in my wide experience, and especially Stanmore middx. and Colindale nw9 are miserable/ borderline rude so and so’s . A lot of it is due to the lack of CLEAR English understanding/speaking, especially nuance & expression etc; but what I find annoying is that I often can tell that the person taking my order has not understood me, and frankly I can barely understand them. Then they often have the cheek to show bad attitude towards me! Then when you ask that they do not do that, you just get more BAD attitude and BAD customer service. This proves to me that they have NO fear of reprimand by managers nor senior managers! Example, my order, today (Colindale nw9 drive thru), 09:13:17/Sund/10/March/19, is carefully narrated by me to the person taking my order. I said sausage, egg, & cheese bagel please. I say it that way as iv said it the way they say it sausage egg bagel before, and ended up with no cheese! Then have all that palaver of trying to reverse back but there are customers in the way, so having to park, walk back & inside queue up or have gip with queue’rs by going up to the desk. Anyway, when I finally got it after being told to drive over there and wait, I find that this time there’s no sausage in it, but yet they had still charged me the exorbitant full price and I had Clearly asked for sausage. I went thru all the grief to go back, the stroppy faced and stroppy voiced woman came, I told her what happened, she didn’t like it one bit, no smile no nice voice saying sorry, just some rubbish about I got what I ordered. I told her no, I asked for sausage like I always do. With the same stroppy face, and with no further comment, she turned her back on me and walked off, came back later and held out her arm toward me with a bag with replacement, no conversation nothing. I started to inquire about her attitude, but had to give up due to her Ignorant Rude uncustomer service like ramblings and left. Mcdonalds really have given up on training the customer facing people, many are miserable snidy and rude, & useless at their job. It worries me what they do to the food when you complain, cos if they can get away with being inefficient and rude they can get away with spitting in the food. I would also like to know what measures are Not in place to make sure food prep people keep their hands washed constantly???????????????????, and to stop them contaminating the food of customers they dont like?????????????????????????????? None I suspect, other than mentioning it once when they start, if that. Oh by the way, I have met a few Really nice people on the desks, but they are outweighed Massively by the BAD ones! Also mcdonalds purposely make it hard to complain, get a refund/proper compensation, or to properly deal with complaints by just doing a survey on the receipt then giving you a very low value “compensation” that they earn off anyway, that’s how they plan it. mcdonalds make sure your people are smiling and friendly and efficient can speak and understand English properly and make Sure the food reaches the customer HOT. Third time I have bought a drive through over the last 6 months and every order had luke warm(at best) chips. Too much of a pain to turn round and sort out as work to a tight schedule.

I've never liked Mcdonalds. I do not patronize them at all. Don't like their food. I've had some not so nice experiences back when I did visit them. It's been about 10 years since I've gone.

McDonalds Walthamstow. New electronic order machine did not print out my order as it had ran out if paper. Didnt think id get my food but staff were understanding. But still no-one went to refill the machine with paper so this happened to lots of people before me and after me. Filthiest toilets I've ever used anywhere. Service is slow but with a smile. What can I say.

The staff are so ignorant. I just hate when they only give me a single fry. I asked for THE TOILET AND THEY GIVE ME FOOD. I NEED TO POO AND THEY ANNOY ME

I have a latte everyday from McDonalds , 1. I am fed up with getting wet from the drive through 2.I am fed up with them not asking if i need a cup holder which I don't 3.I am fed up with some of the silly staff they employ some very rude , one was throwing sugar out the window at someone she knew 4. The receipt I do not want for 1 latte & it is so long what about the environment 5. But the Latte is lovely & I look forward to it everyday
