“I haven't been to McDonald's in some time, and now I remember why. The menu is purposely confusing. And the food has gotten a lot worse in the past 2 years or so. As far as I'm concerned, this company is shooting themselves in the foot. You probably have some numbers cruncher designing a menu that's hard to read, cutting the cost on the actual food that they're serving, and charging absurd prices for it. I could have eaten in a moderately priced sit-down restraunt for the same price they charged me. This franchise has turned into a bad joke as far as I'm concerned.”

“IT TOOK 25 MIN TO GET TO ORDER THEN 35 MIN TO THE NEXT WINDOW AND DID NOT GIVE ME ALL OF MY ORDER SHOULD CALL IT SLOWEST FOOD EVER”

“Drove through McDonald’s in Troy Illinois to get 4 sausage and egg biscuits and a large mocha frappe . They charged me 19.98 !! After getting home I thought They must have really increased prices , NOPE, I learned the sausage egg was 2 for 4 dollars . What the hell?”

“Called corporate 2 different times to make a complaint on 2 different McDonald’s (Amherst, OH) in the last 2 months and no returned phones calls. I guess they do not care to hear about the major issues in their restaurant so they can address or fix the problems.”

“Made a visit to CH41 9DF ‘The Rock’ last night and ordered 2 burger meals. The chips were under cooked, not edible and the two cokes were flat, appalled. I would have returned but due to the lateness of the order following a visit to family (10pm) we decided not to. Will not be returning for some time.”

“A very specific Mcdonalds has fired my partner for simply being homosexual, which I think is total BS!! I never thought that a restaurant that doesn't even have good food to begin with would be homophobic, I'm ticked and so is my partner!! I find this absolutely ridiculous, do better, McDonalds.”

“Ice cream machine has been broken for literally 7 months. Every. Single. Time I attempt to order anything ice cream related. I used to love McDonalds but now I will stick with wendy's. I know I shouldn't let this one issue tarnish my opinion of McDonalds but I think that this has gone on for long enough. Sorry Ronald, you just are not that good anymore.”

“The Mcdonalds at Mcallum exit in abbotsford is pretty irritating, half the time they cant hear you clearly saying your order(mess it up anyways -1 hashbrown 50% of the time), overcharge for the food(chilliwak location is literally 1.50$ cheaper the same order(got told by mccallum one that they have different owners)..... supposed to be a universal price i thought but whatever. Today came in at 5:15 when its 15 minutes past when they switch to breakfast to get some grub to start my day and head to work, first in line nobody around sweet ordered, got told to pull ahead to the next window, so i did, after 6 minutes waiting got told I was blocking the people behind me from driving out because their too stuiped to drive to the right a bit because they designed their drive-through window so poorly that in a mid-sized truck i guess it partly blocks the lane. Then I pull around front of the building instead of the useless blocking window, to wait 10 minutes had a full cig outside of my truck only to begin walking to the window where i was served to have a lady almost shove the bag in my face and turn around without saying a word. Great service, but its not surprising its mcdonalds so”

“The MacDonald's at loves truck stop on peeler road off I85 near Salisbury is horrible. When you have only a half hour for lunch, and it takes the whole time just setting in line to get your food!! Please do not ever call this fast food.”

“Every time a get something from here its cold are missing items are no milkshakes are ice creams on burgers always dry as anything and my bbq chick rapp had two small bits ov chicken and then they were grusty not much chicken in it went right down hill last year are so if wasent for kids I'd never tough this place again give it a wide birth People wouldn't recommend”

“I am 70 years old and I have loved the McDonald’s fish sandwich since I was in my 20s. I had one recently and not only was the bun so darn sweet to the touch of my mouth but the fish was entirely different. I won’t order this again I don’t know what you guys did but it sucks! Visiting my daughter in Sarasota Florida and it was the same thing. Disgusting. Sorry to see such an awesome product go. Hey Carl what have you done yes yeah”

“My boys love McDonalds but when we go its always the same cold coffee as the cream has melted away due to sitting out so long for food to be done. Is it asking to much to train your staff not to make drinks until food is nearly done. Also food come up chips were also cold and a warmish burger I'm considering never going to McDonald again.”

“We had 2 new chicken sandwiches 1 spicy 1 regular. They were hot but tasteless, soggy with an off aftertaste. They had been in a warmer for an extended period dried out around the edges and smashed. Back to breakfast being only edible food. Very disappointed.”

“I love the McDonalds fish sandwich, however, I no longer want to go the a McDonalds restaurant because of the experiences I have had at both McDonalds locations on Palm Bay Road In Palm Bay Florida. Each of these restaurants must place their food under a warming light for extended periods. The fish sandwich's are served on buns that would be better classified as croutons. Additionally, the hamburgers are served at room temperature: The cheese on the hamburger will not even melt and is sometimes cold as if it was straight from the frig.”

“What have you done to your Picante sauce?! You had the best of any chain. This new stuff is the worse Picante sauce I have ever had. After it tasted noticeably different (in a bad way), I Googled it and found that you have changed manufacturers recently? That was a bad move. The new stuff sucks. I won't be eating breakfast burritos anymore. It is awful. Sorry, I should have capitalized AWFUL. YUK. Bring back the old sauce.”

“Have been delivered a mc Donald’s meal and short changed in sauces have complained to mc Donald’s and they said that it’s Uber eats that is to blame just to let you know if it’s is Uber then they are behind counter making peoples meals up and not trained in hygiene this is from broad field Aylesbury”
