“Went to order a $1 egg McMuffin after watching their t.v. add 15 min. earlier and was told it stopped.. Not too long ago I wanted a Mc-Rib after seeing the sign at the drive thru and was told no more.. This Old Saybrook Ct is the WORSE I've ever been to...”

“I support Ukraine. McDonalds has show its true color. and its not the red but the yellow. Cowards. So no more McDonalds for me. Period. Your lack of compassion and doing the right thing has shown me and many others that you cannot be trusted nor do you deserve American Business. Maybe you should just move to Russia and stay there.”

“McDonald's on Hunt highway Florence AZ. Has gone downhill so much in past few years. Sandwiches with half slice of cheese or mc muffin with egg sliding off and cheese stuck to box. Most if the time mcmuffin has meat when order with no meat. Prices way to high for quality!! After this morning won't be going back. iced coffee terrible and sandwiches thrown together had to put together and still not right. Employees are kids that just don't care! So sad!! Used to be so good! This question is for owner. What happen???”

“MCDonalds Los Fresnos Texas. The land air and sea sandwich. What a joke. You get a Chicken Sandwich very thin piece of fried Chicken, you get a Big Mac the meat is so thin you can barely taste meat, Then you get a fish sandwich. The consumer is expected to build the sandwich. The cheese is melted to the fish already covered in tartar sauce, the big mac cheese is melted to the bread, the Chicken sandwich has Mayo. Thats 7 pieces of bread. The picture on the order board shows the sandwich already assembled with three pieces of bread. False advertising folks. What a joke McDonalds has become. Cook at home and life will be best. Capt. Cliff Fleming”

“I ordered through the app from McDonald's in Byram,MS and I got my food 35 minutes after I arrived. It was hard and old but the kicker was the burger was raw on the inside. I took it back and the manager on duty refused to give me a refund. I had to call corporate and thank God I had them on the phone because they heard what kind of customer service I was getting. The McDonald's employee even argued with corporate about not giving me a refund. Below is a pic of what I got after waiting 35 minutes”

“I attend Mcdonalds on 5310 North Sheridan Road on today and the cashier was rude and with a nasty attitude and this not my first time dealing with fast food place. The staff is rude and they can't never seem to get my order right will not eat there ever again.”

“Most McDonald's restaurants (and I use the term lightly) have become hangouts for scruffy dirty uber delivery drivers. They take over a large portion of the eating area, making a sit down experience with the family impossible. If you witnessed their behaviour, you'd never order through delivery service. I've quit eating at McDonald's because it is no longer family friendly.”

“We were at McDonald at 8452 W. Thunderbird. The attitude of the Manager of that McDonald was terrible. He was so bad with the employees and clients. No McDonald anymore. Just keep going to Chick fil-a.”

“Not your fault but I haven't been to a?McDonalds in 20 years. I usually go to an upscale restaurant. My favorite restaurant was closed. The FOOD WAS AWFUL and tasteless. I usually pay $12.00 for my lunch but it has REAL meat/ real baked potato and served to me at my table. I will NOT be coming back. I don't like cheeseburgers and fries. People who eat them usually can't cook and will eat anything! Nobody forced me to come into your McDonalds but I should have gone to Panera's instead. You really need to learn that the addition of garlic and onions together would make the food tasty. The burger had NO taste nor did the fries!”

“Absolutely Terrible - We Have Travelled To 3 Differnt Locations Around Fife To Get A McDonald’s And Ordered Via The App, Which It Lets You Order And Takes The Money From Your Account Then To Find Out When We Arrive That They Have Closed It’s A Saturday Night (Sunday Morning) For Godsake - You Really Need To Sort Your Fife Restaurants Out - No Way Of Running A Business (On Other Review Pages)”

“Menu reduction does not make sense - ordered breakfast and as I dont eat much of the food, I ordered a hash brown and was told they are only available with a meal - absolutely no reason for this as they are obviously available. A friend ordered a bacon roll meal and it had 2 tiny rashers of bacon in. No orange juice, no milkshakes - come on Mcdonalds stopping blaming brexit - 5 years to sort this. Dont think we will bother going back.”
