They used to be good but as the years gone by I wounder what kind of MEAT THEY USE ,IVE GOTTEN VERY VERY SICK a number of times ,THINKING IT WAS JUST THAT ONE PLACE BUT ITS ALL MCDONALD'S BENT OVER TROWING UP WITH BOUGHTS OF DIVERTICULITIS , SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO HELP BECAUSE IT GOTTEN DANGEROUS 😳 ☠️

Macdonalds's onJones Road needs to be closed, I just wanted a coffe and was served something like dark water and it was cold. I was made to wait for a different drink and nothing happened in the 10 min wait, want to help future custormers? Do something about theservice or just shut it down, and then future customers will go toa different place and rid us of this inefficient people working there. Oh, I gave up on waiting and decided it wasn't worth talking to the manager about this incident, since he is not managing his crew, i dont't think that he woulddoany thing about it..... please, shut it down.....

I ordered 2 meals Mcplant and one deal of Mcplant and fries (4.20). Lady who took my order was polite and good. She asked me to wait in yellow box for order. When I received the order one Mcplant was missing. I requested delivery staff that 1 Mcplant is missing. Instead the Manager John H came out very aggressively (either drunk or drugged)and started arguing with me waving the receipt that I paid for 2 means only why I am making an issue. I requested that I ordered different as mentioned money I paid is more than 2 meals alone.i requested that may we kindly ask the order taking lady . John H said that he is not interested and he doesn't know how much is one meal so he cannot tell me anything other than I should take my receipt and go. I went inside and spoke to the lady who was at counter for order and she affirmed that I order as I mentions ...John H came and said that I should not stay here as I am harassing the staff and I should leave the restaurant. He wanted me to complain if I want! There was a newly promoted manager in there who approached me kindly and wanted to listen to me but John didn't want any staff to talk to me. This is Racism. Rudeness.Intoxicated behavior with intimidation threats to a customer. I went on drive way again and ordered Mcplant and paid.i also asked the lady that when I ordered previously they gave me a fries but not Mcplant so jnstead of myself claiming for Mcplant and making an issue..since I was given fries so its only fair that I should be charged for that and she without saying or asking anything charged 2.60e. I received my order next window but it was very apparent that all staff was in shock or at their toes at that time That's an experience which will have me disconnect from McDonalds forever so goodbye McDonalds and kindly have sane and non drugged people as your staff. #Sligo McDonald #John H Manager Sligo McDonald...!

I’ve traveled over a million miles in my car over my life eating at many, many Macs across the nation. The far worst is where I now reside in Wellington Florida on Greenview shores and Wellington Trace. They hire teens that have no interest in service or manners! Seriously the last 15 times my Grandkids have insisted on going there they’ve messed up the orders! I would go there if they weren’t brainwashed with the Macs ads! Plus the food comes out half in the bun and half on the side of the carton. This is of course my opinion but this franchise needs help!

Awful- Do Not Stop Here! Black mountain North Carolina McDonalds. If you are the owner you n Ed to check into the running of this McDonalds. It needs major help. 1:30pm today, December 11,2022-and stopped for a quick bite to eat.two people were lined up to order at the counter, then me, then 2 others behind me. We waited probably 5 minutes and no one came to the order counter. A middle age employee -man - wearing a not so pristine blue McDonalds tee shirt and serving gloves came from the back and got himself a soda and walked back to the kitchen as he was touching himself. That was a major red flag right there. A woman employee then walked from the eating area into the lobby area and I loudly said, will anyone take are our orders?. The woman said something in Spanish to another worker (the manager?) . Now mind you, the all saw us lined up and waiting. No one said a thing to us while we waited. The manager said we dont take counter orders you need to order at the kiosk. Needless to say, the entire line left. Taco Bell was great and in the same parking lot.

like McDonald's food once in a while, but any more I hesitate going to this restaurant at2520 47th St. in Greeley, CO. because the service is so inconsistent, especially today 11/7/2022 at 4:20 PM. Several times before, I could not get waited on, or my order was incorrect, or I never got my order, but I figured today I would give them another chance. Poor decision. I went in the restaurant and I noticed immediately both computer ordering stations were down, so I couldn't use them to order like I usually do. So I went up to counter to order, and I noticed there seemed to be only two people behind the counter, and they were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off trying to fill orders from the drive-thru. Both of them looked lost, and they didn't know what to do. After waiting 15 minutes at the counter, I decided just to leave and go to Five Guys because I know I would get waited on there. When I walked through the door at Five Guys, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by someone and my order was taken. I don't think a good manager would ever let the restaurant be that understaffed. I feel the manager and the regional manager should be fired. I am surprised the franchise owner of this McDonald's allows their restaurant to be operating this poorly. The poor management of this restaurant reflects poorly on the entire McDonald's Corporation. Also, many times that I go into this McDonald's it is filthy and messy, and frankly I don't even want to eat there. I guess I will have to start going to a different McDonald's even though I have to drive further.

prices are getting way to high for the quality of food, got a quarter pounder deluxe, the burger was paper thin and burnt to a crisp, ended up in the trash, I will never go thru Mcdonalds again, nothing but kids working there

I visited the White Knoll McDonalds in Red Bank this morning I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit $3.49, Lg Tea, Sausage Biscuit with Egg, I get home and set everything on the table for us to enjoy the meal we paid $10.23 for, when the sausage gravy biscuit was opened up there was NO BISCUIT! I called the store and got an answering machine, I called back and supposedly got a manager who sounded real sincere *NOT*, this is so frustrating because it is always something left out of my order at this location, or something isn't fixed as we ordered. Today is the last day this location will get a dime of my money. Sorry it was an honest mistake doesn't sit well with me, there should be no mistakes, I shouldn't have to waste my gas to drive back to a restaurant to get what I paid for in the first place. Oh I forgot to mention as I was waiting to move up, the girl working the drive through was yelling at customers as they were trying to place orders, she had a really horrible attitude.

I got an Oreo McFlurry and not only was it melted but there was a hair in it. I am completely disgusted and in shock. The McDonald's off Greenboro and hunt club has let me down I will not be going there again.

I went to the Mc Donald's on University BLVD #1958. I am Never going to another Mc Donald's again. I used to love the HOT FRENCH fries. these were the Very Worst fries I've had from Mc Donald's. They Should close them all down. Sad!

Kiosk not functioning and manager immediately stated, “cash only”; preceded to tell me that she wouldn’t take my order now and would just have to wait before even taking my order 09/11/2023 and 09/29/2022 at 6:00 AM. Other customers ( two) who ordered online had also not been able to order. I finally left after 10 minutes. The manager constructively refused to serve and totally ignored customers and stated, “ Just Wait. Just informing you so you might want to actually see what happens. By ? the way, the place inside and out was filthy and garbage all over parking lot. Thank you for your attention. Will try another location

Ordered with just eat from Ruislip McDonald’s this evening Food arrived cold and minus evm Mcplant tried to contact Ruislip McDonald’s by phone no one answered the phone my order number 98971 just eat won’t be inclined to order again

I've been going to McDonald's since 1963. This was the worst McDonald's experience in my life. At 9:30 PM we waited in line for over thirty minutes. The vehicle in front of us, a smaller dark-colored SUV, placed a $22 order and spent more time nailing down her sauces than placing the order itself. The woman driver refused to inch forward so we could reach the speaker to place our order. We had many vehicles behind us so she was clearly impeding the traffic flow. We waited in line another about 17 minutes as she got her order and spoke several times to the young man at the window. Her order was rec'd - he never handed her anything else through the window. She sat there. At no time did McD staff ask her to park in the waiting area as other vehicles had already done (and like I am always asked to do even if it's just for French fries). Finally, we got our order. It was slung at us. My tea had no ice whatsoever. None. Our sandwiches were tough. My quarter pounder was - literally -cold and tough and hard. The yellow square of cheese was not even melted; it was like it just came out of the fridge. The fries were chalky and pale and far undercooked and cold. My sandwich tasted exactly like it had sat on the shelf since lunchtime and it was now nearly 10 PM. It was the worst $12.65 I ever spent in my life. When we asked the male at the window why he did not ask the woman ahead of us to get out of the line and wait in the waiting area, he literally said, "Sorry BUD" (quote) and SLAMMED the glass window in our face while we were talking. Worst experience ever and I want my da m n e d $12.65 back.

We’ve just detoured to visit Stratford Road branch & purchased £30 worth of food that was all hard , dry & cold at just after 18:00 . The only thing that was acceptable was the two lattes . Our teenage kids frequently visit MacDonalds & this experience was the worst we’ve ever had I’m sorry to say .

Evening of 8/16/22.Really slow service, got order wrong, the food was cold, snippy employees. I'll never go back to the McDonald's on Homer Adams Parkway, in Alton. Too many other better places to go and better McDonald's.

McDonald's on Bradley in Sun City, California is a mess. After more than 2 years of closures, we took our grandkids to dine inside. It is obvious that they do not want customers inside. I understand that they have a hiring problem but don't open if you can't accommodate people. Anyways, it was like a refrigerator; to the point that everyone was cold. (even the cashier said she had to wear a jacket) So we decided to take the kids out on the nice patio to get some heat. The doors are locked. I asked for the manager and he said the franchise has not given him the keys to the patio nor the ability to adjust the air.
