“Still waiting for lunch😡😡😡😡 Ordered some lunch for my 6yr old granddaughter @ 130. Had notification it would arrive at 220, now I have been bumped to 245. What the hell, first time using the delivery service never again. Takes the p try explaining to a hungry child where their food is. Never use them again 🤬🤬😡😡”

“Extremely concerned! I left this McFlurry out all night by an accident ( ordered before 5 pm) and it’s 10 am and this is my McFlurry?!!!! Not melted at all!? No mess!? What is in this? I thought the ice cream was real atleast! Won’t ever be eating from McDonald’s again”

“I have just been to the Cleveleys Macdonalds drive in to get some food, I could hear something scraping underneath my car so I got out and the exhaust casing had half fallen off, George who worked there came out with plyers to help me get it off so I could drive home safely. Wow what a lovely guy, he went above and beyond for his customer. Thanks George”

“The McDonald's at the Harris Teeter shopping center at S. College and Shipyard, Wilmington NC. just earned two stars. It's not the first time that I have given this restaurant a poor review. This time they left fries out of my order after first trying to give me someone else's order. I tried the crispy chicken deluxe, which was not very good. My wife liked her fish but really missed having the meal we paid for.”

“Today I bought someone's lunch instead of my children's. On the Mobile App after my card was declined, and I was locked out of my account, I was charged for a 2 for 5 with additions somehow while being on the phone with my bank, an order that I never made. I have phone records, mobile receipts and and now my bank account is frozen. After being ignored by the store itself, Corporate tells me they are sorry and if I send more of my personal information they can send me a coupon for a burger. Small equivalent to balance out Identity Theft. I hope you enjoyed your lunch, whomever you are and am disappointed to see that Management is of equal character. As if SuperSize Me and The Founder were not warning enough, I cannot believe how well this Corporation has outdone itself. -#PaywithCash”

“I went to the drive thru and ordered a fish fillet the fish was halfway off the bun wit no cheese and the thing was drowned in tartar sauce when i tried to fix it they told me that they couldn't do anything about it.”

“Tried the veggie deluxe burger, the burger itself was nothing like the picture being very thin about half the thickness of the one portrayed in the picture and was quite dry. There was a very poor selection of options for vegetarians/vegans.”

“I went to go get some food for my family/boyfriend. We all get so excited about the fact that in late February/beginning of March the shamrock shakes come back. The excuse of the machine not working gets me everytime. Luckily, I know people who work and I asked if it was really broken and the truth came out. You lost my whole order of business because you were too lazy to make one or two shakes. For granted, sometimes the machine can be broken but how is it all the time. Just makes you lose customers :)”

“The McDonald's at 10863 I-25 Frontage road is consistent. They consistently give me food that I did not order. Last time I order an apple fritter and received an apple pie. Today I ordered an apple fritter and a sausage burrito; and I received two sausage Mcmuffins. When I contact McDonald's all they do is profusely apologize. But the bad service never seems to change.”

“MCDONALD'S 340 PENNINSULA BLVD HEMPSTEAD NY 11550 DONILLO THE MANAGER HE NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO SEE IF MY ORDER WAS CORRECT IN WHICH IS WAS NOT THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DRINK AND COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MY ORDER TOO AFTER I REPEATED IT 3X TO THE HISPANIC EMPLOYEE AT THE DRIVE UP GUESS I WAS TAKING TOO MUCH TIME ON HIS DRIVE THRU CLOCK AFTER ASKING FOR KETCHUP HE GOT FRUSTRATED AND YELLED "HERE, NOW GET OUT OF MY DRIVE UP" IN ALL THE MANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS!! JUST FOR ASKING FOR KETCHUP?. THANKS DONILLO I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE YOU GAVE AS A MANAGER AT THAT!!
