“5/7/2024 6.40pm drivetrue Dinner time Ordered dinner at dinner time and said they were changing the oil. Ayam goreng need wait 40min. DINNER TIME CHANGE OIL👎👎👎👎. What you all doing before dinner time? McDonald’s Managment pls altake action for your staff. Very poor service! Leave down email or photo no body take action and response”

“First my husband and I went to the one on Southside in Buffalo ny. We waited 15 minutes to order then we left without ordering. We went to the one on Clinton St in Buffalo ny and waited in the drive thru for a half hour before being served. This was after 11 pm. Customer service was really poor.”

“They greeted us on entry and offered to take our order. They helped us get the best value for our money, made us feel like they appreciated our business. It’s all about the people. Happy employees equals happy customers.”

“You guys seem to think those electronic machines that take our orders are to replace a real human to take our orders. Well we went to two of them in two states not able to complete either order which by the way was not the same. Ended up canceling the order each time and had a human punch in the code to the register and we paid them. Biggest problem was when we got our burgers they were COLD. No excuse for this. These should be warm enough to consume by the time they get to us. The world is understaffed. We need to appreciate those waitresses who actually get out there and our forward their efforts to satisfy customers. Stop turning us into and AI country.”

“Mall of Africa service is very bad. I waited for my order for long and the lady issuing out orders was so rude. She threw my slip at me. I am so disappointed. The chips are dry and cold.”

“I am upset because you don't care about healthy foods like salads or plant based burgers or maybe getting some dairy free options. People still like to eat healthy. And also I don't understand why Burger king don't charge extra for the same lemonade you have and I get charged extra .”

“I am so angry ! I bought a medium size frappe at McDonald The other day. It looked like an extra small and I paid four dollars plus for this. I questioned the lady and she said oh it’s more expensive for those drinks so we have to downsize the cup compared to the soda cups. I was like are you kidding me, a big corporation like this with billions and billions of dollars and you’re gonna rip off more American people by cutting down your sizing something has to change in this country. This is ridiculous. Just ridiculous.”

“It was my 1st time at McDonald's Kenilworth Very bad experience I waited very long for my order . I then approached the counter to ask where my order is then was told that my slip was lost and they thought the order went out already. I eventually got my order ..... incorrect order had to wait again. Never am I going back to that McDonald's.”

“I ordered a small fry, no salt and I got cold, OLD fries that were from 1989. I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't do a survey but FYI- don't order fries here. Ankeny Mcdonald's on Ankeny Blvd.”

“I have been to this McDonald’s three time and each time my food was cold. Traveling through and stopped at this McDonald’s in Locusts Grove Va off of route 3. Sent my food back and came out the same way. Worst place to buy food. Never going back. 👎🤮🤢”

“Today my husband is working down in Tyler Texas and he was near the McDonald's store on Beckham avenue in Tyler Texas. He was hungry so I ordered food on your McDonald's app. He got to the store and the manager said that she refused to give him the food because I was out of the local area to even order it. They took my $8.09 and now they refuse to give him the food the manager refused to give me any number to call to talk to somebody to fix the situation and you guys the McDonald's corporation has my money. We will never ever use your app again. Nor will we ever go to McDonald's again. This is absolutely ridiculous you take my money and refuse to give my husband the food.”

“I just received 2 bacon,chichen wraps at McDonald's ESSO in West Royalty . The presentation was very sloppy with very few vegetables. Usually they are perfect, but not this time”
