“Stopped at 5101 on Bruce b downs in tampa for lunch, Melanie is one of the best McDonald’s employees we ever met, checked on us during our meal asked if anything else she could get us. Very professional and kind. McDonald’s should be proud to have such a wonderful employee.”

“I have been going to mcdonald's, four forty eight years. I have watched the decline of mcdonald's.My whole entire adult life. The last two years have been the worst. The last six months have been god awful. Your employees burn a daylight title, buns, burgers. They get an attitude when you ask them about it. Asking for hot fries, we'll get the window slammed in your face. I travel with my job a good bit in florida. I would like to say it's one particular area, but it is widespread. You've just lost permanently a customer. There is nothing mcdonald's corporation could do or say to change my mind at this point. You don't have enough free c***** burgers to give me a stay.”

“McDonald’s is not the same like it used to be big Mac’s as you know a very small quality of the food is not good now they have the kiosk to order which makes the place A ghost town not a happy place no more that’ll be my last time you’ll see me at McDonald’s ever😞”

“McDonalds made the perfect decision bringing back the breakfast bagel sandwiches. But my real complaint is why all the specials are only available on apps. My phone does not use apps, and you exclude a large population by restricting your offers to apps only. All this generates is a resentment for your company and any company that restricts offers to apps only”

“Your service counter staff in simie branch especially named Doreen are horrible - manager not apologetic no service recovery. We do spend money to support your business seems like we own your staff something the way they treat customer inquires. Terrible”

“i went to the drive throu and i ordered the mc rib. bad decition. it was undercooked and i got food poisoning and i was throwing up alllllllllll night. the service was also dag it took 20 minutes to het my ffood and they also put mustered in it it looked like it had a bite in it also when i askex for water there were specks of burnt fries in my cup and my burger was soggy and the person was 15 years old. dont go here unless you want to DIE.”

“My wife and I ordered each a meal. To eat in. .we were next to pickup at counted. The employée was slamming à bag with food in it almost like a football. To my surprise it was my meal he slammed on counted, turned around and my drinks weren't on counted. We asked and? Our drinks. Oh yah. Here. We went further away with food to find uncllean table. ..my money was wasted in this place. Never again.”

“I have been going to the Macdonalds at 7th st and Townsley (Sunnyslope,) off and on for approximately 14 years. I lived in Glendale for past year and recently visited Sunnyslope to see friends and so 9/3/24 decided to go to this MacDonalds. I do not go to MacDs for the food quality but for the ease and ability to quickly get something to eat while away from the house and not spend a lot of time waiting for a meal at a more nutritious restaurant and so am basically forsaking my health temporarily due to time concerns. Anyway, I purchashed something to eat, (I brought a drink with me as MacDs charges approx $1.40 for a fountain drink and pay $1.50 for double large fountain drink -same brands-. I have gone to this particular MacDs 7TH ST AND TOWNSLEY 100's of times over the above 14 years and if I bought my drinks there I would have wasted maybe $5-600.00 just in fountain drinks alone. Less than a mile away is the ORANGE MART at Cave Creek Road and Hatcher) and ate it over 1/2 an hour due to the muffin being over toasted or more likely just dry since I ordered it and had it delivered 30 seconds after receiving my change, meaning that they had a stack of these muffin meals already cooked and NOT FRESH. I am not writing this over food concerns as I already stated above, I do not have positive expectations of high quality food from Mac Ds, but for the strange occurance right before I was leaving. I ask to use the bathroom because for some reason the bathrooms are on security lockdown and to use one use have to request that counter personnel unlock the door for you after you wait for them to handle the customers in from of them. I have noticed this at a few other fast food places and due to know why, maybe to curb toilet paper theft. I go in the bathroom and as I had a backpack with a laptop and tablet within, I normally go to the stall always and utilize the changing table to put backpack on as I have not mastered holding something large and unzipping/zipping up with only one hand, (as I definitely am not go to place it on the urine covered ground by the urinal) and immediately some guy comes in a queries me as to what I was smoking in his bathroom. I exit the stall saying what!? and he points to some lingering smoke at ceiling level. I told him this is a public bathroom and waited to get into the stall after someone else who exited right before this guy came in. He had to of noticed him but said he did not. He was wearing a real green collered shirt which looks real tacky and no badge signifying him as Bathroom Security or whatever. He was not dressed like any of the other workers there and certainly was not a manager there as all of the many managers I have seen there in past couple years looked and dressed like a manager and a few very professional. He would not tell me his job as that was beneath him and just told me to go EVENTHOUGH I ALREADY WAS. Somebody please post who these clown looking green shirt wantabees are. There is a MUCH BETTER MAC Ds right up 7th st and Thunderbird, higher quality, more professional, never accosted for money or drugs that is routine for the MacDs at 7th and Townsley. Well, I have now spent 45 minutes adding my review to the rest of the MacDs reviews at this MacD review site that has at the top in the title "18 percent of reviewers recommend McDonalds." I learned percentages meaning almost 60 years ago and know that even now 18 percent out of a possible 100 is deplorable.”

“I just left McDonald’s. I looked at my fish sandwich because it was so messy. 1/2 piece of cheese that was hard. My daughter pulled her Big Mac out and it was half w My Out of the box. I don’t understand why the workers don’t try. There wasn’t a line or people inside waiting.”

“McDonalds never gets an order right no matter what state you’re in. McDonald’s needs to hang it up or send your staff to Chick Fila school where they NEVER mess up an order and they know how to treat customers. So disappointed in McDonalds. I only eat there when I’m desperate.”

“We just received our macdonald from barton dock road which is in asda the packaging of the food was shocking it was all squashed just look like scrunched all the packaging together and on triple cheese burger, also we ordered a chicken sandwich there was far too much mayo on it he was seeping out the chicken burger dripping everywhere . And then the chicken select should have come with dips but didn't come with any whatsoever even though we did other them really not impressed with the packaging whatsoever.”

“I would never work at this location at all the so called survivor is very rude and unprofessional she always yelling and getting rude with the employer I think her name is KRISTINA please beware of this place. I don't think the owner Eric Larson knows what actually happened there Kristen let's employees smoke weed and come to work high go on break and get high and don't say anything about it that just not professional at all. Please don't work here I wish that Eric Larson would actually look at the reviews and take drug test for the employees The kids that work here get treated badly at that”
