“Nice staff, conveniently placed BUT -school holidays so really really busy, people going off to KFC because there are no tables. There is one table with 1 person and his laptop (Manager Gavin??) who when asked if 3 could squeeze on replied no because he was working. Would waste my time here again. Thought your management programme was really good🙄”

“McDonald’s in Ormskirk, I have been twice now and both times service was poor tables not cleaned, waited 15 minutes for my order which was wrong, no sugar, staff attitude poor, no receipt print out on any screen. seems that the delivery drivers get priority over internal customers won’t be going again”

“Junction 47 M4 South Wales services. WHY IS IT I AM BEIMG FORCED TO USE THE TOUCH SCREEN ORDERING UNIT INSTEAD OF BEING SERVED BY STAFF. they said it is sanitised every half hr. Big deal still a good way to transmit virus .”

“Hi I'm Tina. I came to McDonalds for a bigmac. and I was about to take a bite and then I saw police officers looking at me and I saw bigmac spilled all over me. I don't know what happened, but I know that there is bigmac grease on my yellow dress. I am not happy.”

“Had to wait 26 minutes for meal for 4 when eating in. Chips were delivered cold. When replaced they came in small cartons so had to be replaced in the correct size ones. I feel that this is not 100% a staff complaint. Those guys were working non stop and without any real break plus trying to keep up with takeaway deliveries and drive through deliveries. Too small a kitchen area and just not enough staff to keep up in peak times. Macdonalds needs to take a look at this issue and correct it. When staff are under pressure this also leads to mistakes and more complaints so better working conditions would help.”

“I support Ukraine. McDonalds has show its true color. and its not the red but the yellow. Cowards. So no more McDonalds for me. Period. Your lack of compassion and doing the right thing has shown me and many others that you cannot be trusted nor do you deserve American Business. Maybe you should just move to Russia and stay there.”
