“I went to the drive thru and ordered a fish fillet the fish was halfway off the bun wit no cheese and the thing was drowned in tartar sauce when i tried to fix it they told me that they couldn't do anything about it.”

“Tried the veggie deluxe burger, the burger itself was nothing like the picture being very thin about half the thickness of the one portrayed in the picture and was quite dry. There was a very poor selection of options for vegetarians/vegans.”

“I went to go get some food for my family/boyfriend. We all get so excited about the fact that in late February/beginning of March the shamrock shakes come back. The excuse of the machine not working gets me everytime. Luckily, I know people who work and I asked if it was really broken and the truth came out. You lost my whole order of business because you were too lazy to make one or two shakes. For granted, sometimes the machine can be broken but how is it all the time. Just makes you lose customers :)”

“The McDonald's at 10863 I-25 Frontage road is consistent. They consistently give me food that I did not order. Last time I order an apple fritter and received an apple pie. Today I ordered an apple fritter and a sausage burrito; and I received two sausage Mcmuffins. When I contact McDonald's all they do is profusely apologize. But the bad service never seems to change.”

“MCDONALD'S 340 PENNINSULA BLVD HEMPSTEAD NY 11550 DONILLO THE MANAGER HE NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO SEE IF MY ORDER WAS CORRECT IN WHICH IS WAS NOT THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DRINK AND COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MY ORDER TOO AFTER I REPEATED IT 3X TO THE HISPANIC EMPLOYEE AT THE DRIVE UP GUESS I WAS TAKING TOO MUCH TIME ON HIS DRIVE THRU CLOCK AFTER ASKING FOR KETCHUP HE GOT FRUSTRATED AND YELLED "HERE, NOW GET OUT OF MY DRIVE UP" IN ALL THE MANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS!! JUST FOR ASKING FOR KETCHUP?. THANKS DONILLO I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE YOU GAVE AS A MANAGER AT THAT!! IN MY OPINION, VERY POOR LEADERSHIP AND A BAD REPUTATION FOR MCDONALD'S WHOM IS THE LARGEST FOOD CHAIN IN WORLD. THANKS FOR NOTHING.”

“Had to wait for what was supposed to be a large French vanilla cappuccino and was given a small black coffee. I questioned the size not realizing it wasn’t even the right drink. I only ordered one item, it must be pretty hard to get one thing right.”

“I was down visiting my daughter in Clacton on sea and I Came in for a takeaway I placed my order on the kiosk as soon as you enter the store? a staff member came over to two ladies standing by the doors with a card which had numbers on to my shock as soon as this lady with glasses and light brown hair retuned behind the counter I heard these two girls one of them much older calling the lady fat and a stupid b**** and a few other names while the young girl laughed and mocked her also it was absolutely disgusting I didn’t even finish my order left the store disgraceful”

“I've ordered a McDonalds from apps Uber Eats and Just Eats and 3 out of 4 times I have received my food with items missing! 3/4 is disgraceful! Previously (from Uber Eats) I ordered 2 Big Mac Meals and 1 chicken nugget meal (cokes, big macs/chicken nuggets and fries) When I got my food I was missing 3 of the large fries! Although my receipts have always had the correct order on it, yet items are constantly missing... how is this happening? Then more recently (from Just Eat) I ordered food for me and my sister but when the food came her 99p Cheeseburger was missing! I was livid and that's when I decided never to order their food through an app again! Luckily my sister wanted a small cheeseburger on the side but if this was her whole meal then I would have to bother someone to come deliver 1, 99p cheeseburger. On the other hand I didn't have anyone I could tell this information to other than the apps service team - Uber Eats and Just Eat. This isn't as helpful because it's not them I need to be complaining to. On both occasions I was refunded the full amount of what was missing but that's not the point, I don't want the money back I want my order to be right. I managed to get in contact with a man who simply replied (image attached) - somehow I DO NOT believe it will get better unless some proper action is taken to ensure better customer satisfaction. I have purchased these orders from 2 restaurants Clydesdale Street, Hamilton UK and Hamilton Retail Park, Hamilton UK. -Miss M”

“This is for the McDonalds, located in Miami on BW 22 Ave & 36 St They are the worst and they are loosing customers because of their horrible service. The orders are always wrong or incomplete, example yesterday at 5;30 am I had to repeat my order 4 times and when we got the window the items were wrong and missing.”
