“We’ve just detoured to visit Stratford Road branch & purchased £30 worth of food that was all hard , dry & cold at just after 18:00 . The only thing that was acceptable was the two lattes . Our teenage kids frequently visit MacDonalds & this experience was the worst we’ve ever had I’m sorry to say .”

“Have visited the Aylesbury branch several times recently, alone & with my grandaughters. Each time, it has been clean, service has been excellent and the staff and management are all friendly and helpful. The manager seems to be really on the ball both with the staff and the customers!! Well done!!”

“Evening of 8/16/22.Really slow service, got order wrong, the food was cold, snippy employees. I'll never go back to the McDonald's on Homer Adams Parkway, in Alton. Too many other better places to go and better McDonald's.”

“Pretty unhappy that this what my large fry looks like. As you can see I haven’t even taken a sip of my beverage! How are you going to charge $3 and not even give me the amount ordered. Bummer.”

“McDonald's on Bradley in Sun City, California is a mess. After more than 2 years of closures, we took our grandkids to dine inside. It is obvious that they do not want customers inside. I understand that they have a hiring problem but don't open if you can't accommodate people. Anyways, it was like a refrigerator; to the point that everyone was cold. (even the cashier said she had to wear a jacket) So we decided to take the kids out on the nice patio to get some heat. The doors are locked. I asked for the manager and he said the franchise has not given him the keys to the patio nor the ability to adjust the air.”

“I last night bought a large chip with my triple cheese burger at mc Donald's and I had so few chips, I actually thought they had fallen out of container into the take away bag, but no! there were about 20 chips in there in total, certainly not a large chip. Both the large chips and burger were cold, I only live 3 minutes from the store in St Albans so was very surprised, as my daughter has bought me burger King meals from 5 miles away and they were hot and plentiful”

“And again, I went to McDonalds in the middle of the day and was told they were cleaning the frappe machine. Why isn't the machine cleaned each evening before they close? Three out of 4 times that I visit McD's, I am unable to get a frappe. This is horrible for business. This happens at all of the McD's near me also.”

“This is the second time McDonald's messed up my drink order. The first time was the McDonald's on Elmira Rd in Ithaca. I ordered a coke with my meal, they sent RootBeer instead. Tonight, I ordered from a different loction to see if it would make a difference. It didn't. Tonight, I again ordered a Coke. This time, they sent diet Coke instead of regular. I don't have this issue with other resturants. I'm very disappointed. I'm a "Two strikes you're out" person. Well, guess what, Mickey D'S you're out! C. Pell”

“I would never ever go to McDonald’s again. Sat in drive thru 10 minutes no one there. Two other people placed their order first and went in front. Placed order go to window two orders were wrong because people left because no one would answer. Go to first window wrong order second window wrong order. Workers cussing ,shouting at drive thru at each other. Manager of restaurant will do nothing about nor refund my money. Btw can’t file complaint on McDonald’s website it’s shut down. Refuses to refund money”

“Bought a hamburger from MacDonald's the other day, at a restaurant. Absolutely disgusting! The burger was about 1/8" thick, the bun was about 1/4" thick. The fries were skinny and hard, with dark ends. What has happened to MacDonald's? Ten (1) to 15 (fifteen) years ago it was really, but unfortunately this restaurant has been flushed down the toilet by their management. They have to get better! The servers were like zombies, no music, not a friendly environment. Too bad MacDonald's.”

“I’m a disabled 70 year and had an order and when I got home a few minutes later the burgers were cold and granddaughters order was missing and my husband told them and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it because we went out the door and didn’t check it so they have lost 6 people”

“DO NOT USE THEIR MOBILE APP..... apparently if you place a mobile order your phone must be present when you pick up your order at the restaurant. This is supposedly to protect you from fraud. I didn't know this and I sent my husband to pick up my mobile order without my phone and they wouldn't give it to him so I cancelled my order. The next morning I got an email saying that my order was picked up downtown, when I'm up North, by somebody at 3 in the morning and this is after I cancelled my order. I have been charged for the order that never got. I called for a refund and apparently I have to go through my bank to get a refund - they won't refund me! What happened to having my phone present to protect me from fraud? Not sure how someone was able to pick it up downtown at 3 in the morning without my phone when my husband with the order number and my name was not able to pick it up. Total stupidity.”

“Don't usually go to MacDonalds, and my last drive thru experience reminded me why. What I was really wanted was one of their softserve cones after a hard day gardening. That was extremely satisfying. But then as I waited in line for the order kiosk (drive thru) considered I should eat a meal as well. So ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. Asked for an iced coffee as the drink. Slurped my ice cream cone as I drove home. Yum. Opening the QP meal was not so good. No cheese on the burger, and the iced "coffee" was a milky slightly caramel flavored drink. Not so bad in itself, but certainly not a coffee. Fries were hot, at least. Service was fast, and pleasant staff.”
