The McDonald's on locust Street Davenport Iowa is hands down the WORST store. Never get the right order, or missing items, or burnt food. And EVERY SINGLE TIME we go for a coffee or frappe, we wait ten minutes. Doesn't matter what time of day.

I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder meal in the mobile app when I got to the restaurant I only waited about two minutes. I was thinking they gave it to me too fast for it to be done anyways. I don’t want to be eating raw food

As a frequent patron of various fast food chains, I recently had an exceedingly disappointing visit to McDonald's that compelled me to share my negative experience. From the food quality to the overall service, my encounter left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, the food quality at McDonald's was subpar. The burgers lacked freshness, as if they had been sitting under heat lamps for an extended period. The meat was dry and lacked flavor, while the vegetables appeared wilted and unappetizing. The fries were disappointingly soggy and lacked the crispy texture that is typically associated with McDonald's. Even the iconic Big Mac failed to live up to its reputation, with a lackluster taste that was far from satisfying. Moreover, the service at McDonald's left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, resulting in slow and inefficient service. The order accuracy was consistently poor, with missing items and mistakes in customization. The employees seemed untrained and unprepared to handle the high volume of customers, leading to long wait times and a general sense of chaos within the restaurant. The cleanliness of the establishment was also a major concern. The dining area was littered with trash, and the tables were left uncleaned for extended periods. The floors appeared sticky and neglected, giving the impression of a poorly maintained facility. Additionally, the restrooms were in a deplorable state, with an unpleasant odor and lack of basic hygiene supplies. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of cleanliness in a well-known fast food chain like McDonald's. Furthermore, the pricing at McDonald's is increasingly becoming unreasonable. The cost of a meal continues to rise while the quality and portion sizes shrink. It feels like the company is prioritizing profit over providing value to its customers. Considering the decline in food quality and service, the higher prices are simply not justified. In conclusion, my recent experience at McDonald's was incredibly disappointing. The lackluster food quality, poor service, cleanliness concerns, and inflated pricing have left a lasting negative impression. As a result, I cannot recommend McDonald's as a reliable option for a satisfying fast food experience. There are numerous other alternatives available that offer superior quality, better service, and a more enjoyable dining experience.

McDonald's has a highly inflated ego for Frozen assembly line steam table slop. They want to charge you $7 for a Big Mac here which is a glorified double cheeseburger with extra bread, $5 for a medium fry. It's not that their food is unaffordable, it's that it's not even remotely worth the price!!!

Mcdonald's delivery is such a scam. They're actually charging you more to deliver small orders. I mean, technically with less to pickup, transport, and carry, shouldn't it be less of a charge? Or should I be ordering enough to need two people to carry, just to avoid the small order fee? I am definitely not going to be ordering delivery ever again!!!

McCain Arkansas service and food was not fresh it was over cooked fries and a nasty drink and a dried out McDouble. The lady couldn’t hear the order way too much for everything bad.

Overpriced, drinks overfilled, only two quarter sized tomato slices, lettuce in the box, not on the sandwich, no sales receipt, not ready at pick up window, wrong order brought to our car, not sure if I paid for the fries sent out with order, very disappointed and feel ripped off. Never eat there again.

Dried breaded chicken on stale bun chicken was overcooked and drop of white sauce and cple strings of lettuce.I've only eaten these from there but that's it .If I was inside I would have returned it for refund. Store# 40117

Even though I feel they are priced high, i really like their fish sandwich. Ordered one and a lg glass or water. Was told the small water would be free. A lg was $.29 for cost of glass. Passed on the fish. Crossing McDs off my go to list.

Genuinely the worst experience i’ve ever had applying i mean come on!! going on multiple interviews, having to call 3 separate times on different days just for the hiring manager to still not know who i am, and then become condescending when i don’t have the patience or time to participate in their run around this is ridiculous!! i mean one of the most important things a manager can have is communication and consistency none of that caliber was shown!! i highly recommend anyone applying to 3300 leonardtown rd Waldorf Maryland to take their hard work elsewhere

Grimsby road cleethorpes Poor service. Ordered a hot chocolate. Got a watered-down chocolate. Took it back. Got exchange for another drink that pretty much tasted like a cup of hot water. You expect anyone to accept this rubbish? Online customer service is non existent. Absolutely rubbish

Had my last sausage patty today. Was 1/3 the old style, looked and tasted like cardboard. it appears quality and size of many items is the new norm. You are following suit of many other businesses, higher prices, less quantity and a general attitude of no longer caring about the customer. I hope the stockholders are watching whats happening, they certainly will when the values drop.

Burgers were not fully cooked, fries were only half done, drink was mixed with I don’t know what, the servers are rude, they are not welcoming, nor do they thank you for coming in, they all play around, you can hear them talking about fighting, I will not ever go back to any of the establishments again, I wasted my money as I had to throw it all out, worst place ever, y’all should close down

This review concerns the McDonald's in Friendswood, Tx at the 518/528 intersection. I paid attendant for my order with a twenty and while I was putting my wallet away, she placed the change on the counter and disappeared. What I noticed was that she had given me incorrect change. I called her several times and finally she came from behind a wall. I said the change was incorrect because I had paid with a twenty. She said, "No you paid with a ten." I said, "I had thirty dollars in my wallet, one ten and one twenty. I decided to pay with the twenty because I was going to need small change for my grandson." Finally, the manager came and said the cash box had been balanced a few minutes ago and that there were no twenties in the box. I said, " I don't know what she (the attendant) did with the twenty, but I gave her a twenty. The manager took the cash box away to rebalance and said it balanced correctly and that I had paid with a ten and not a twenty. I insisted that I had paid with a twenty. Finally, a video was shown and I saw myself paying for my order. The manager said, "Do you see yourself paying with a ten." I said, "No I don't, how can you tell if it's a ten or a twenty when the video is completely out of focus." She said, "I can tell because the ten and the twenty are different colors. I said that they are the same color. I asked her for the name and phone number of her higher up and she refused. I asked her to take my name/number and to call me if at the end of the day the balance was over ten dollars and she refused. Finally, I went and asked a policeman for help. He came and the manager finally agreed to take my info and said she would call me. Two weeks have passed and no call. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Is there any justice when a company is so powerful that it can do whatever it wants to customers? Ten dollars owed me is no big deal, it's the principle that matters.

My 1st time using the McDonald app for the weekend treats ordering 2 for $4 treat of medium fries and hot fudge. Fries were not acceptable as they were cold and soggy. It is totally different from the standard fries (no promo)I ordered. Is there double standard between customers taking up the promo treats versus customers that pays without promo?
