“I had a Big Mac and Bacon 1/4 Pounder with Cheese. Once a year, I go and once a year, I am reminded why I stop going to McDonalds... the food tastes like utter garbage. I ordered extra onions and go no onions. I opened the box and the Big Mac was a sloppy mess with meat that tasted like it was 2 hours old. I'm not sure what the bacon was but it wasn't bacon. What a disgusting meal... NEVER AGAIN! McDonalds is garbage food.”

“Soy un cliente frecuente de Mc Donald, en cualquier ciudad que este. Estuve en la ciudad Chatsworth CA con la dirección de: 9185 De Soto Ave. Este es uno de los peores McDonald’s que he estado; nunca había estado en uno que no tenga refills en los refrescos, ordene mi orden en línea y en la aplicación ni siquiera te dan la opción de escoger un refresco grande, sola te da la opción de uno pequeño. No vayan a este McDonald’s!”

“I just went through drive-thru and requested a cone and ice cream cone I'm a grown woman not a child I was just given an ice cream cone for a child. I just paid $2 for a miniature cone very disappointed.”

“I stopped at macdonalds in Tunstal to have my breakfast I was told to wait. 25 minutes went by I chose to drive back to the drive through asking for my food as my diabetes had started with a small hypo. I was told I don’t know I said this is not good enough the person shrugged her shoulder. I waited a further 20 minutes due to not having any food I drove to Lidl to buy a sugary drink and food. This is going to be a very tough time for the manager at the the Tunstal macdonalds no refund and could have been an ambulance situation. Mark my words I’m not done with you by far !!”

“Never again!! Will I step foot in any McDonald's restaurant!! I went through the drive through today and ordered a sausage mcmuffin w/ no egg, a hash brown and a large orange juice. It came to $7.44. I got my food and got right back in line (less then 10 mins between orders) because my husband wanted something. He got the same exact thing as I did except his with the egg. His cost $12.93!!! So you mean to tell me it costs $5.49 MORE to get the egg on it?? After two managers reviewed it I was told mine was some sort of a bundle deal. I say B.S!!!! That is criminal, highway robbery and completely ABSURD!!!! I could have gotten a complete other sandwich for the cost of that one egg. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE….. IM DONE!”

“Several bad experiences. McDonalds has really gone downhill in the US. We use the drive thru, not the mobile app. McDonalds fries are always cold and not fit to eat. Their sandwiches are usually cold and greasy, too. McDonalds never gives customers napkins with their meals anymore, unless you specifically ask! Sometimes they forget to provide straws, too. The crispy chicken sandwich comes plain on a burnt toasted bun, with two dried up pickle slices; No cheese. No ketchup. No mustard. No tomato. No lettuce or onion. Please order a reliable McChicken instead, a much better value for your money and At least it comes with lettuce and mayo, and has some flavor.”

“Me bought today from McDonald's a mayo chicken burger and some wraps.. And i saw one of burger has pieces of plastic. This is dangerous for my health and whole my family. I drop a picture bilow. This is bad experience.”

“Seriously got a big mac without meat. Yeah and when i took it back to the counter it was like no big deal??? So she gives it back to the cook they give it back to me. No kidding it only had 1 patty. Talked to the manager John and same no big deal even when i said this is no big deal he said "I didn'tdo it". When I asked if I could get the big mac on the picture they made me a new 1. So stupid trouble for nothing.”

“Bad service disorganized....... Used to be good but has gotten worse and worse over the last 8 months. Ordered happy meal that came without the toy , not the first time this has happened , lucky I checked and they had to go get the toy.... Ordered quarter pounder meal, and a cheese burger and fries... The meal came without the cheeseburger, I had to go ask the girl where's the cheese burger? Oh she say and goes to get one. Brings it back and says we've run out of ketchup for the burger sauce you can take a sachet of ketchup and put it on yourself.!!!!!!! All this in one order.... This has happened numerous times in the last 6 months. I would say to anyone who gets take out, to check before they leave the store......very bad service, I guess we won't support them again”

“WORST EVER MACDONALDS ALDERSHOT UNION STREET NEVER WILL BUY FROM MACDONLDS IN ALDERSHOT UNION STREET.. FOOD WAS SO LATE AND COLD WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY OFFERED £7 WHEN I SPENT OVER £21 AND DIDNT EAT THE FOOD..HAS TO BE THE WORST TAKEWAY EVER AND I EAT OUT NEARLY EVERY OTHER DAY..VERY DISAPPOINTING WHEN THE I SHOWED THEM THE PROOF OF IT BEING LATE AS TOOK SCREEN SHOTS OF WHEN DELIVER TIME WAS AND WHAT TIME I GOT IT 1 HOUR 34 MINUTES LATER GOT DELIVERED FROM THE TIME I ORDERED AS THEY LIED IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AS I HAD THE TIME IT GOT DELIVERED ON THERE SITE...THEY ARE ALL IN FOR THE MONEY CUSTOMER SATISTFACTION DONT MATTER VERY SAD FROM A COMPANY LIKE THIS”

“I don't know if they have sold out to China or what with that new writing on the side or what, but I for sure will not be going back after my last visit, all I got was some regular cheese burgers and fish sandwich, I can see why they have them on a dollar menu because that's all they are is about the size of a silver dollar, and for what they charge for them you can kiss the red eye, I've seen down sizing but you are ridiculous, so enjoy your ripoff and good bye”

“Placed a drive up order. No receipt was given. Didn't have my order at pick up window. Manager came out and first said he never saw the order then later stated that he remembered the ketchup only . He stated the customer is NOT always right and there was nothing he could do for us without a receipt. No food No money back. Then after throwing insults and stating " I don't care" "this is the only job I could get" then laughing at me and pointing at me to the staffs delight (they were laughing as well). He found the food and when I asked for the order to be remade because it was cold, he said "no, I refuse you service". I didn't get my drink either. I ordered quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup only, 2 plain cheeseburgers with fries and salt and ketchup packets. I am furious with this experience and will expect a full refund WITH apologies ( which he refused to do when asked) George Glatz manager. Mc Donald's 36390 Euclid Ohio Located in Willow Plaza Threw away over 20 dollars tonite. I hate Mc Donald's. I expect a speedy response. Plus this manager clearly does not want to work for your company as he stated it several times it was the only job he could get. “In store, they only take orders via touch screen, which is totally unhygienic. The food is always served luke warm. How do they manage to let it go cold when it seems to be served straight from preparation. I longer use them”

“Why would McDonald's increase their prices on certain items that is absolutely full of grease. The sausage biscuits is so greasy it takes a 7 napkins to clear some of that grease. The biscuits are not home made. They are taste like frozen biscuits and they are very dry. This is very sad especially when ordering from them in bulk.”

“We are visiting family in Northallerton and decided tonight 19th February 2024 at approx 7.15pm to visit the new McDonald's on the Darlington Road .Omg what a bad experience .Only 2 couples sat eating 0 at tables yet trays of food sat on 3 other tables which sat there all the time that we were in there .Our food was only luke warm and we sat looking at an exploding full waste bin with paper napkins thrown on floor as well .Our food tray wasn't clean and table hadn't been wiped either .There were approx 5 members of staff in cooking and serving area and one guy walked in and out past waste food on table several times without picking it up .Such a shame for a new business but when we spoke to a member of staff about this he just blamed lack of staff but no one was doing anything so no excuse there .There was also no toilet tissue in 2 of the ladies toilets .Very disappointed for a new business that was so bad .Certainly won't be visiting again .”
