“They are a good store, with various stock to choose from - no matter what product you're looking for. However, I am always hesitant to order online from them as it's £3.99 for delivery (which is acceptable) but I think that £2.99 for click & collect is a stretch.”

Didn't get a email confirmation of order or notification to say my items were ready to collect.
Wondered if I actually ordered the items as it didn't state on the app. Had to sign in online to check the status of my order.”
“Ordered 3 items to collect in store next day as needed for the following day, went to collect and had been sent the wrong colour dress :(
Not very happy but girl instore was very happy and refunded what i had paid for delivery!
Other than this, delivery time was as stated and would purchase again.”
“Sales assistant I was served by was nice and friendly - nice chit chat. However, I'm not usually one to find what I want in the sizes I need and often have to order online after my trip. The clothes are all very 'similar' and I see no massive difference between a lot of the items. Having said that, the quality of clothes is reasonable and I purchase on the basis of that it's slightly cheaper than other high street brands but don't always last very long.”

“I went on the website to order a pair of shoes I went through the whole procedure to find t hat I had no confirmation email although the money had gone out of my bank account when I went on the website I entered a live chat and explained the situation. I was advised that the process of buying them had finished and that I was due a refund in 3 working days and the shoe s will not arrive. By the end of the week my shoes had been delivered to me which did confuse me however I was pleased to receive them rather than a refund.”
