“Visited Bradford Store in Kirkgate on Monday 17 October 2022. Got a lovely Jacket and blouse reduced from £55.98 to £30. Great quality, look lovely and are machine washable. Blouse was £11 and it looks like a designer, expensive one. Your survey was emailed to me but it’s not working. Please enter me in the £200 prize draw would love some more New Look clothes. I have attached photos. Always loved NL right now with austerity it is an affordable way to look fantastic. My sister in law worked in the Skipton branch for about 15 years. Photos attached. “I went to Arnison Centre, Durham for a dress I had seen on line. I showed the girl a picture of it, unfortunately it wasn't in stock but the girl looked to see which store had stock she rang them to confirm they had the dress and asked them to put it to one side. I then drove to the Team Valley and got the dress. I am delighted. The staff at both branches were lovely and so helpful. Lovely girls.

“I wanted to say that I had excellent Customer Service in your Clevely’s Branch. The girl was so helpful! I had to return a jacket which had a rip whilst on holiday in Blackpool and she went above and beyond to help me. As I was going home the following day she ordered one for me to be sent to my Local New Look store. I didn’t get her name but I was so impressed with her helpfulness and would like to say I collected it in Clydebank as she had arranged for me! Excellent Customer Service. Thank you so much.”
