I will never buy online again. The refund process is awful. Marks and Spencer and Next can refund instantly so why can’t New Look. They obviously don’t trust the counter staff to accept returns so customers have to wait for stuff to go back to online staff to check which takes a week and then for some unknown reason it takes another week to get your money back. Ridiculous.

I used to shop a lot here. However I have been disappointed in recent years. The plus size range is really meh and uninspired, and both pairs of sunglasses I ordered had broken arms. Kudos to the staff who did refund the item once I’d eventually got past the AI customer assistant. The one thing I have got from here in the past few months that I’ve liked is a tote bag, but I do think it was quite pricey for what it was. That said I made a repeat purchase for it as I liked the first one so much and wanted a spare for when I’m away at my partners. The one thing I’m unhappy about is refusal of genuine reviews on the site. I wrote a negative review about the sunglasses being bad quality and arriving snapped twice over. It wasn’t rude and I did praise customer support. But had an email reply saying that although they “value the contribution” it didn’t meet their “website guidelines”. This is awful and it’s made me think again about shopping with them. I should've smelled a rat when I noticed that every item either has no reviews, or 5 star good reviews.

Placed order for next day delivery and 5 days later still no delivery and trying to get hold of anyone in customer service to help is impossible

You just literally lost a customer - I will never buy from New Look ever again. To be frank, you offer one of the worst, unaccommodating and very inflexible customer services in the industry. And a note to Phoebe from Customer Care - absolutely NO thanks to you for your rigidity in servicing and solving valid return complaints and requests from your customer. No attempts to offer goodwill just to retain customers (which is so much cheaper than customer acquisition btw - perhaps something your customer care team does NOT know about). First and last time to buy from New Look it is!

Horrible made dress company say it was custom made when it’s a stand size in website won’t take return for full refund only offers 20%. Dress was made terrible used velvet for the lining of the dress dress is red with orange lining complete waste of money customer service takes days to answer

Paid next day delivery, no parcel, no phone number, don’t respond to emails, no humans to speak to. Tried raising a complaint with their chat messaging, again nothing. Now apparently parcel has been returned, can’t get a refund so will have to pursue through my bank. Emailed ceo, not bothered answering. What an absolute shabby company, disgusting customer service. Next steps ombudsman.

I’ve been waiting for my refund (£184) for over a month now, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. There’s no way to speak to a real person — just an unhelpful chatbot with no resolution. No agents available, no one replies, and no one seems to care. I’m really disappointed with the customer service. I won’t be shopping with New Look again.

Black Faux Leather Studded Strap Flat Sandals are the worst horrible sandles for one to ever think of buying. I wasted money on them and couldn't walk in them it cuts through the skin in all corners . I would not recommend anyone buying them a million times. Please don't buy them sandles

My trainers never arrived. They have no contact phone number, and only have a chat system where there is always about 132 prople in front of you. Done on purpose to make it difficult to complain/get your money back. But done a Visa dispute with my bank, so got it back that way. It won't be long until this company go into Administration.

My order HY760956834 was supposed to be in store this morning for collection and there is no sign of it. Their AI chatbot is less useful than a chocolate teapot. Time for a refund due to a breach of contract.

I bought two pairs of sandals that looked really cute on the website. Oh boy, the worst experience ever in my life buying shoes that not only chafed and made my feet bleed, they took off skin and i cant even step on the floor without my toes, back of heels and ankles hurting. Im bleeding and i cant walk. The worst experience ever.

I have just received the wrong item I ordered. They are using AI answering queries. They state up to two hours the first time I contacted them. They ask you to send an item every five minutes to let them know you are still waiting. If you do not do this you go to the back of the queue. Not only have they mucked up my order but I cannot get any satisfaction regarding how I proceed. Will not order again.

My husband bought me a top for Christmas, I was taken to hospital during Christmas and he was Ill too. When I tried the top on, still in hospital, there was a very small hole in in it. My husband tried to sort a return but, it wouldn’t work on line and kept saying the return had been dealt with! We still had the top. I rang a store, they were no help at all. I waited for 30 mins to chat online, and was told time was out. So then she asked for photos, so my husband had to look for the flaw. By the time he’d taken the photo, my chat had ended. So I’m stuck with a faulty top I can’t wear in case the hole gets bigger! I’ve always bought from new look and for other members of my familybut, not any more!,,

I got scammed by new look store. I received refund of only 2 time for 2 dress which is 23 £ and didn’t got refund for blazer of 48£

I brought a jacket from your store in chelmsford essex. When I was about to wear it a couple of weeks later, found out the metal security tag was left on! Unfortunately I work long hours, not local to the store so it took me a while to take back to store When I got to the counter as I didn't receive an email receipt like I normally do I didn't realise that a mistake that the cashier on the previous purchase was going to cause me such humiliation in store! When I got to the counter the cashier said she couldn't find my purchase on the computer, I wasn't going to be getting the item back! So basically she was saying I stole it UNLESS, I could prove it was brought! I don't do online banking, I had to call up my husband who was on his way to an appointment to come into store to prove it was purchased! If I'd stolen it don't think I'd be highlighting this by returning it to store would I? It WASN'T my fault the tag was left on. She didn't apologise for accusing me of theft nor did she apologise for the scene she was causing in store! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED in all my life by this cashier!

New look customer service has seriously gone down hill! A paperless receipt is useless to anyone who does not use the Internet & there are plenty of people who don't or can't!. Also, the no returns or exchange policy for goods bought without a receipt is unfair. I won't be rushing back to shop there!

not happy at all when i ordered my jewellery it was all broke every single part off it i was not happy at all and when i wanted to get a refund hey said no 1 start very angry and upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
