Aucune communication. Zéro. J’ai passé ma commande il y a 3 semaines et ne l’ai toujours pas reçue alors que cela aurait dû être le cas 5 jours ouvrés après le passage de la commande. Pas d’infos de suivi, d’après la Poste ils attendent toujours que le colis leur soit transmis par l’expéditeur. Est-ce vrai, ou est-ce un problème de scanning à la Poste? Qui sait... Des retards peuvent arriver, soit. Travaillant moi-même au service client d’une marque internationale, je côtoie tous les jours 3-4 transporteurs différents donc je connais bien le problème, c’est clair. Mais outre le manque de communication du transporteur, celui de New Look est vraiment inacceptable. J’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails, j’ai aussi tenté Twitter, mais dans les deux cas je ne reçois depuis deux semaines que des réponses automatiques me disant que ma demande serait bientôt traitée, qu’ils sont très occupés. Donc je poireaute. Des jours et des jours, sans colis, sans nouvelles de personne, que dalle. Impossible de trouver un numéro de téléphone pour les contacter directement, bien sûr... Je perds mon temps à essayer de trouver des nouvelles idées pour ENFIN avoir une réponse d’un humain avec plus d’informations sur la livraison de ma commande, sans succès. Vu le prix des articles (et des frais de port!!!), on s’attend quand même à un meilleur service. Sachant que c’est mon métier, pour que j’en arrive à perdre patience avec un service client et à leur laisser des avis négatifs publics, c’est qu’il y a un GROS problème parce que j’ai du coup beaucoup de respect et de patience pour les gens pratiquant cette profession. Ca m’attriste un peu de faire ça, c’est d’ailleurs la première fois de ma vie que j’en arrive là, mais à un moment faut arrêter. C’est vraiment inconcevable de laisser les gens comme ça sans nouvelles pendant aussi longtemps. C’est une honte – faites votre boulot svp! Commande HY319397711. Merci de faire le nécessaire.

Before the third UK lockdown, I had ordered multiple items of clothing from the New Look website. This is the first time I have ordered from their online store, so I was hoping for a good experience. When I had already selected and paid for the items, waiting for it to be ready to collect, the lockdown was put into place. After a bit, I decided I should just get a refund for my order instead of waiting for months just for some clothes. I emailed New Look, only to never receive a reply. I ended up emailing them again after waiting. I never got a response to that email either. I searched online for a customer service line, only to find that they didn’t even have one. But I did find that they had a number I could message. So of course, I messaged them, explaining the situation. All I got was the automatic response. After a long period of waiting, I never ended up getting an actual response back. I then emailed them a third time. I have yet to receive a reply.

I have never seen such poor clothing choices for curvy women. Half of the stuff is polyester, any t-shirt has sleeves cut way high which is extremely unflattering, nearly all jeans are 'skinny' and sorry but skinny does nothing for curvy shapes, tops are cut too short, or look like they are made from your grans curtains, and no curvy girl seriously should wear ruffles (in any shape or form)

Nothing really went wrong as in delivery it’s always been on time however I just find the clothing expensive for what it is .. it’s basically a glorified primark. Clothes are just bad quality. I do use my new look card if in emergency and need to get shoes or like a friend a gift voucher but that’s about it. One wash and THe clothes go to nothing

I'm furious I brought a pair of women's boots on Saturday the assistant didn't put them in my carrier bag , he left the Boots On the till opposite.I I went in today to collect my boots and they had to check the camera even though I had my receipt and is paid so the Boots should have been left aside . My boots were not there so I had to have a refund as they couldn't order more and nothing about the inconvenience the customer service was terrible . The thing I don't understand was I had paid and they were aware so the purchase should have been left aside not out back on the shop floor as I was told and at no point did I receive a apology or any kind of compensation for my kids not good customer service . I had also called the store Saturday to inform them that they hadn't packed the Boots and the girl said they would here there if I come in in the week as long as I had a receipt and it showed on the camera that I had purchased the items . I've always shopped at New Look it's a shame on the brand name when you pay for something and it disappears

If you like cheap clothing that is made in 3rd world factories, lasts about 5 minutes and you don't care about the planet, then this store is right up your street.

Visited your Plymouth store this week to look at the Curves range. Absolutes disgusted. Everything black, shapeless and thrown in a corner. Also in this corner was racks of sale clothes nobody wanted. Why are us larger ladies treated like 2nd class citizens. Are we not interested in fashion too. You really are missing out on a huge market. Another lady in this corner said to me and could stand there and cry. I knew just how she felt.

Men's section been closed down and replaced by even more women's clothes lol I was told by the staff to order online and return the item in store if it didnt fit or something, really? I'd only clothes or shoes online if i know they fit me.

You are just a bunch of crooks ordered 2 dresses on 18Aug never arrived but payment taken very quickly. It appears the site is a scam

Ordered a jacket as a present, chose store delivery, for around 2pm Saturday got email it has been dispatched, but no delivery . Contacted New Look, the order will not be available today, so no birthday present. Got an email at 5pm to say it may be there in the next 7 days! Dreadful service. I would not use again and not recommend. It was too late for me to get a replacement present for tonight, poor communication from New Look.

Shopping with my daughter who is 11. I was asked to leave changing room as women only. I asked what the children’s changing rooms are and there was non. No men’s changing either. So new look don’t cater for parents shopping with children. Or more precisely don’t cater for dads shopping with daughters. 😡

I ordered a really pretty outfit that cost £27.00 & was quite shocked to find how badly made it was . Ripped collar , cut ties , unfinished , lots of threads hanging and seems we’re awful , it was like something that had been made in a third world country for 10p . Will be returning it & will never shop there again . Very disappointing and surprising for a Uk company , surly we have standards .

Placed an online order selected next day delivery, but went through as standard delivery meaning I do not have my items for the day I wanted. They are refusing to help me and saying that if the website froze it was not their fault and/or I didn’t select next day. Obviously I am not stupid and I know what option I chose. This is appalling based on the amount I shop at new look

love new look I mostly go to princess street but on this occasion I attended the gyle as I was at the business park for an interview. lay out is so much better and more appealing I was on the main floor and I was absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed from what im guessing it was a manager blonde short hair walks about as if she has some sort of entitlement name badge not visible shouting over very rudely may I add over customers to a young girl long black hair guessing about 18/19 y/o stacking shelves this young girl actually started crying I felt so sorry for the young girl I actually took the time out of my day to comfort this young girl and told her to take no notice as she was doing a grand job!!! I know the importance of team moral as I am a manager my self and new look this bad management to have staff members crying on shop floor I would highly suggest this is looked into as I will not be bring my money back the gyle new look!
