There are options to collect in-store, or have your order(s) delivered. It’s easy and convenient and there are different ways to pay. The Fashion Range is huge! New Look are a modern Company, with up-to-date trends, styles to suit almost all age groups! There is a good range of sizes, though size 18’s go faster in our area! They stock clothes, shoes, accessories, perfumes, homeware items, hair accessories, and much more! It’s affordable fashion, with loads of lovely items to choose from and look great! I love having a browse around the local Store, and other stores if I’m further afield. There’s so much lovely stuff to tempt shoppers. It’s easy to find a Staff member to assist you, if necessary. They are flexible, while remaining professional. The service in general is very competent, both in-store and online. What I love too, is the ability to mix and match, accessories clothes with bags, shoes and jewellery, all under one roof or website. I do love this Company and recently experienced a very helpful solution to an enquiry. It’s a very popular store and suits s range of fashion budgets too! New Look is one of my favourites for sure. “I visited the New Look store in Bath on 21/06/19 time 13.37pm and asked Lauren if she had a sandal in a size 4. In today's times she blew my customer experience out of the ball park! she found me the size out back plus whilst waiting i tried on Pamble, so comfortable that my bunion was comfortable, the customer to my side tried on & ordered the very same sandal! i then bought 2 pairs plus another to be delivered to my home town. Lauren was outstanding! She is your best employee!!!”
