This company is horrible. They took an order from me, asked me for artwork, which I approved and then canceled my order claiming "Not enough stock". I asked SEVEN TIMES for someone in a managerial supervisory position to call me and sent emails. On 3 different occasions I called and requested a supervisor to call me back. Each time I was told "Someone will call you back within 24 hours". Still waiting. No one bothered to contact me back. Over a month and they still have $360 dollars of my money with no refund and no callback.

I placed an order, paid for it, waited 3-4 weeks and called to find out the status only to be told they don’t show my order even after providing and emailing them my receipt. RE ordered, waited 2 weeks as I was told there would be a rush on the order and they would be overnighted once they were done. Again, can’t find my order.

Stay away from this company they will send the wrong product, call for payment and lie stating that you ordered wrong item

This company has probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had gone weeks without any follow up and had to send my own follow up emails just to get a follow up from them. I requested a refund and they told me it would be 3-5 days, but after day 11, still have not received a refund. Do not use this company if you value your sanity.

Terrible customer service. Abrupt and zero courtesy following my customer complaints. Borderline mis-selling as the descriptions do not match the poor quality and cheaply made goods. Do not believe the "gloss" of the website. Very poor.

Horrible customer service! Rude and received different responses from different customer service agents. Payment and online system flawed. Not great follow up. Glad I didn't proceed with my order especially considering how expensive it can be.

Disgraceful company Order placed for key fobs in April 2022 not received or refunded in September 2022. Despite them claiming we will receive the goods or be refunded numerous times. my advice use anyone but National Pen

The worst customer service experience ever! The pen orders were missing phone number digits then one order had not even 75 pens out of a large order ! Box was just about empty yet they want to still say it wasn't their fault?? We are getting sample pens, calendars etcetera with the RIGHT number so how is it our fault? Also sending a box with few pens when it should have been hundreds still wanting full price . Finally they offered 20% off ! No absolutely not

I wish I could give minus 100 stars. A loyal customer but company doesnt care. They made me commit for 200 pens and then sent 2 consignments of 100 pens each and charged me double handling, postage and design charges. Secondly, both pens had different tips. When I called my account manager Rhy Mejri - she tells me there is nothing I can do. PLEASE THINK MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE BUYING OR COMMITING TO THIS COMPANY.

Order was screwed up and they said they would fix it and never and can't get a hold of them anymore. STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME ITS A SCAMMMMMMMMMM

I was sent a box of pens that I did not order. They emailed my wife wanting payment for invoice 112670530. They ignored our response that we did not order and continued billing us. To help avoid getting a ding on our nearly perfect credit score I paid the invoice. For the added set up fee and outrageous shipping fee nearly doubled the cost. personally I would suggest people avoid this company. Substandard business practices to say the least.

If possible, I'd give this company zero stars. Without complicating the story, a check was sent and not cashed until a month later, which earned us a $25 late fee. Not only that, but they also changed the price on the order from what was expected after the check was sent. They did not reach out to us and instead just sent us a late fee notice. We have had a few encounters similar to this in the past with other companies and we did not expect it from this. In the past we have used them with small issues, but never this outrageous. They have previously been our suppliers for our church and fundraisers, but we will not be using them again. If you are reading this and are still thinking about using them, I would advise against it. It's not worth your time and your frustration. They are frauds.

Terrible service. I ordered these pens well over a month ago free upcoming trade show. Depends did not arrive on time. The pens have not arrived and I have no way of reviewing the actual pen. I can just tell you that you will be better served by using a different distributor.

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. The customer service is horrible. I ordered 150 pens for gifts at a US Embassy overseas. I received 5 pens that were for a construction company in New York, a blank one and one that didn't work. I also ordered gift boxes for them. They sent the wrong boxes. I had to pay for new boxes. The customer service rep (that is an oxymoron) told me that they fulfilled the order the way it was given to them on the website. That is 100 not true because I can not use the black boxes they sent. I asked her to show me on the website where they had those black boxes and she couldn't because the option wasn't there. So, somehow I made a selection that didn't exist which I wouldn't have made anyway. To top it off, I had to pay for the order in advance with my credit card, which is fine, but they sent me an invoice for one penny and an envelope to mail my check. If it didn't cost 58 cents I was just mad enough to write a check for one cent.

After speaking with rep and confirming delivery within 14 days, i followed up on day 13. I received the following reply: “ I checked with my production team who advised that the Black Barrel, Black Ink Pens are Out of Stock. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Alternatives were considered; however, the delivery date would still not be met. I hope you are able to get it done locally.”

National Pen Company is not only a rip off, but also has terrible customer service and will not work with customers. They screwed up my order and refused to correct it. I called for a week talking to different people. They only offered to "let" me reorder. I found another supplier for the same product at 1/3 the price. Just don't buy from them. Save yourself a huge headache!

All dates were incorrect. Promised 10 day turn around, a month later still no product. No one is customer service was helpful. Poorly run company don’t waste your time.
