I have never worked for a company with such terrible customer service. My order was placed a month ago and still no word on where it is in production. I've spoke with multiple customer service reps who all tell me something different. Three of the four items I ordered are not in stock; the one that is in stock they charged me more than double what my receipt was for. At this point, I know I'm not getting any product. I just want my money back so I can be done with this headache.

What a horrible company, they should be sued. Waiting weeks for a confirmation or products that were supposed to be shipped in a few days only. 1 hour on the phone to be sold their internet department is backed up.

Placed twice an order from a promotional email. Both times I discovered the pens were out of stock, when I contacted them to understand the ETA of my order. Any communication, any email... one of the worst customer service I ever had.

Ordered pens at 37 cents each. 10 days or so pass by so I decided to call and check status. They told me that they no longer carried the pen that I ordered (FROM THE SOLICITATION THAT THEY SENT TO ME!!!) and that the closest thing they had would be $1.78 each! Talk about bait and switch. I asked to speak to a supervisor who essentially told me to pound sand! I'm trying to find a competitor for my future business!!!

I have order from this company several times, Pens an calendar's for Christmas for my customers. The first calendar's I ended up with 5 or 6 extra envelopes ( or so I thought ) I also ordered pens ( I love the pens btw) The second order Calendar's I decided to count and sure enough I was short calender's but had the correct amount of envelopes. I was only credit for the short calendar's ( not replaced ) I had envelopes which I paid for that I had to trash. I did not count the pens.. I'm not sure if I will order again but I will count everything that comes from this company a waste of my time! I do not trust them at this point.

Awful customer service, passed around to 5 reps in 24 hours to get order resolved and still no resolution except to cancel the order. Asked for a manger and was told there was not one.

I received my order and bill mid March and logged into their website to pay my bill mid April and there’s a $25 late charge. I contacted the company and since I paid my bill they won’t do anything, I even ask about a credit to my account...no. During this pandemic I would have thought they were trying to help small businesses as they claim..

I placed an order online on February. My order sat with no activity for 3 weeks before I called the company. I was told there had been a problem with my logo, but no one bothered to contact me. I then received only one part of my order. I had to call back to get the rest of my order delivered. Then, today I received an Invoice for the second part of my order. My order had already been paid in full almost a month before they sent the Invoice.. In short, this company is absolutely awful and I will not be ordering from them again.

I personally wouldn't order pens through National Pen Company anymore. Those idiots wouldn't help you even after messing up your order including damaged pens when I ordered 100 and the wrong F--- color

The hidden fees were more than the pens I ordered! Very dishonest company. Borderline scam and they know it or they would make fees better known.

I ordered items a month before my event I asked them would it be here on time the man told me it will be there weeks before your event then a week out I called and another lady said it should be there in a few days long story short I still have no items and the event as long gone

I made a order with this company over 3 1/2 weeks ago I wanted to make sure my items would be here before the business expo the man told me it would be here weeks before the expo then a week out I called another lady said you will have it in a few days the expo is over and I still have nothing

Ordered 150 pens, as soon as I received my receipt I saw that it was wrong, so I called it in to make sure they got it right, the lady read back every thing and every thing was right. I was even sent a receipt and it was good. Called a couple days later to make sure every thing was still right, the lady I talked to told me what they had down I told her no that was not right and that I had called the order in. So now they want me to pay for the wrong order and also pay to correct it. I did have other stuff I was planning on getting but I took it out of my cart, unless they correct there mistake i will go elsewhere.

Worst company I’ve ever had to dealt with. Ordered pens in advanced for an event and my pen was out of stock. No one called to lmk it was out of stock meanwhile I was just waiting and waiting thinking my order was going to be here. I tried to follow up and left messages many times to my “assigned rep” and in 3 weeks, she never responded once. I finally spoke to another service rep Shaniek Hayley who I spend hours on the phone with to fix this problem and she assured me I was going to get my pens before my event. Today is the day of my event and they are still marked “in production.” What a joke of a company Peter Kelly. Don’t order from this company if expect them to follow through with your order.

Een bestelling werd verkeerd afgeleverd met een foutieve gravering op de balpennen. Ik stuur de bestelling aangetekend terug en daarna begint de firma mij te bedreigen tot ik betaal. Onmenselijke bandieten die er niet voor terug deinzen om mensen te laten betalen voor iets wat ze niet hebben. Communicatie met de klantendienst is bijna onmogelijk en wanneer men dan eindelijk toch iemand te pakken krijgt, is hij extreem onbeschoft en ongeïnteresseerd. Dit is een echt smeerlappenbedrijf. BESTEL HIER NOOIT IETS !!!

A rip off, too many additional charges. Everytime you order they add on a $19.99 set up fee, even after previous orders. They want us to pay their employee's. Stay way from them, they sd you great samples and then when you receive merchandise it's not the same quality.

They stole money from us and will not respond to emails or our calls. We placed orders for a trade show and they dropped the ball. I was told on the phone on October 22nd that since they didn't deliver that we would get a refund. They haven't refunded any money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people!!!!

I ordered the stainless steel tumblers with our logo printed on them. The logo was supposed to be 1.5" tall but when received they were less than an inch. Sent photos to customer service, received return shipping labels, only for them to tell me that they needed more photos (of the tumblers that I have returned to them?) The logo is also crooked. They are refusing to make this right. They are saying I measured the logo wrong by not going to the top of the "C". I clearly did as can be seen in the photo. If I didn't it still wouldn't account for it being 1/2" short. Terrible company, even worse customer service. Basically stole my church's $300.

spent $400 dollars in 2018 and the last order of over $100 worth didn't work. sent them back and no response and no compensation. dont risk it . over priced and no guaranty . go to VISTA PRINT.
