Appalling customer service We ordered a pink trike and a grey trike (boy/girl twins first birthday present). The initial despatch notice had July (no specific date) and I was willing to take a chance as they were not needed until 29th. Emailed to check in dispatch and was notified it could be anytime up to and including 31 July. Not ideal but is still July so can’t really complain. We then received an update email to say the pink trike there was a stock error and it would not be delivered until September and could be 30 September. Having placed the order in June this was not acceptable. I appreciate that this is beyond the control of the seller but nevertheless an approach to discuss options should have especially given there had already been correspondence to set out that this was a twins birthday present. We emailed to ask for two replacement ones instead as we wanted matching ones and queried the stock on another model. I never received a response to this and instead the company proceeded to dispatch the one trike they had in stock. We rang to see our options in this regard and were informed we would have to pay £16 to return the item if it was no longer required. For a company to dispatch a partial order and expect you to wait two months for the other part is appalling. More still, the customer service received when this was brought to their attention was appalling. They were quite willing to keep my money but not deliver goods for 90 days from paying!. We have now cancelled the pink trike and having to source this elsewhere. This whole situation could have and should have been handled a lot better by the company. We will never use again.

Bought a Little Tikes Cozy Princess Truck and it was faulty, however Precious Little ones say warranty is 30 days so wont replace, despite guarantee on certificate saying product is covered by 12 months warranty, even so would be covered under Consumer Rights as item faulty. atrocious Customer service. would avoid them at all costs

i contacted the customer services but they didn not respond,also i wanted to return the product for an exchange and a arranged for their collection but they did'nt come to collect the produt on the arranged date and time

I still haven’t received part of my order yet I’m being told it’s been delivered. With my baby being due soon I’m not impressed.

Great service. My daughter is very happy with the products. 10/10 Customer service 0/10 I am not happy about the constant emails (3 so far and order was only delivered 4 days ago) asking me to review my purchase. I only need ONE email and if I decide to, I will submit a review. The best way to lose customers is by badgering them.

The item I purchased didn’t include any instructions in the box, the safety belt wasn’t included and it also didn’t make sound like it was supposed to. Obviously things should be checked before being sent to customers so I won’t be shopping here again unfortunately.

Your Courier Yodel...😳 My daughter is 6 months pregnant and the cot I bought for her was left outside the front door even though she was in at the time of delivery. Only later did she discovered the 2 pa packages & then had to ask her partner to come home from work to help her lift it into the house as she was unable too. I will think twice before I order anything from you again. unfortunately. I feel your good reputation has been damaged by your career.

Bought car seat from a bounty offer link original pricing was wrong by £5 then another £4 delivery On top of that precious little one use YODEL for delivery’s, it was not delivered despite YODEL pretending they had tried to deliver Spent one and a half days waiting in for the delivery to arrive which has really put me off using again and it’s a shame because the product is fantastic

worst service ever not only did it take 3 months to deliver my item but communication resorts to emails only that they take forever to reply to and to arrange a collection of am item you don't want seems near on impossible, the couriers never turn up and you end up taking time off work to wait in for them, then 4 attempts later and I still have the unwanted item and no successful collection yet want to charge me for every failed collection. going to be sending them the bill for loss of earnings for waiting in all day for the courier and see if they pay up for that one at the same time as issuing my full refund

Ordered cot 25/5 and delivery 30/6. Have the mattress which was ordered at the same time! Need them both NOW. The mattress arrived two weeks after order. Why am I having to wait so long. Unsatisfactory. Never had to wait this length of time before. Wish I had read the reviews.

Ordered a baby bath from this company and was not pleased with the amount of time it took to be delivered considering they are not that far away from where I actually live.Ordered a baby blanket a week or so ago and it has just arrived today, very dismayed to say the blanket I received was not the same blanket they display on their website..Have tried ringing but to no joy, seems nobody wants to answer their telephone either.Next step to send an email of which I've also had no luck as it is saying I need to fill in all fields...I have done this and double checked so seems this line of communication doesn't work propey either.Very disappointed is an understatement as the blanket was supposed to be a gift..Whether or not I will ever get this resolved we will wait to see

If you value the life of your child, PLEASE DO NOT buy this product. It does not work. And the sad part is, the returns policy, am not aware of.

Awful company to do business with! Product arrived (late) missing essential parts. Emails not answered and when the phone was finally answered staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. No apology and still no missing parts!

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I ordered a double buggy and within a couple of weeks of using it, the front wheel fell off with my newborn baby and toddler in it. I took photos and a week later a new wheel was sent. We used the buggy twice with the new wheel before that one also fell apart! It is so dangerous and I had to struggle with two children and a broken buggy back to the car. Again they asked for photos to be sent and then asked me to return the buggy so the manufacturer could repair it. However, I have lost complete trust in the brand and just want a refund, which I'm entitled to under consumer law but this company have ignored my formal complaint and request. I am absolutely disgusted at the standard of customer service especially when faults affect young babies and children. I would never buy anything from them again.

Woeful. Took a week to dispatch and order. No explanation as to why. Tried to call to speak to customer service, phone rang for 5 minutes. Then they unplugged it. Joke of a company

Sorry to say but will not be buying from this company again in the future.I ordered a baby bath at the beginning of May and am still awaiting it's arrival .Would never have thought it would take 14 days for a delivery considering the distance it's coming from !!.

Terrible customer service and no resolution after 2 weeks. I’m still with the wrong parts for a cot and have been forced to wait in on 2 occasions for a courier that has never arrived. They don’t answer the phone and emails take days to get a response.
