Please save your self from dispointment avoid at all cost. I bought a pushchare which they have sent with a missing piece. Tried to phone them several times no one answers their phone. I wrote a review on Google received a response saying that someone will call me. Its been a week I have heard nothing yet. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Incase they want to know my order is (1630192). AVOIDE

I've sent an email to complain about how I received my order it was opened , damaged and been sent to someone else before me I have sent pictures of my product and is waiting for a reply to get it replaced as it is disgusting how I received a second hand product and is not willing to accept it

I brought this pram for new born unboxed it with excitement, as all expectant mothers do as I started assembling it became apparent quickly the build work was shoddy and clue and crack marks everywhere, the zip that turns stroller into carrycot has frayed stitching a round one side the handle has a dent in the foam and some scuffs on some of the metal , as I stated not what you expect from a NEW !! Pram but it’s wheels are a plus and it’s seem sturdy once built the car seat and carrycot attach and de attach easily , I say it’s a wee on the heavy side of prams in its price range but as for comfort goes it seems well made. It came well packed in two big boxes witch my other children have claimed , I hope this MOOV meets the approval of my expecting new arrival .

I ordered a pram, car seat and adapters for a good price with delivery 2-3 days. My order shows that all 3 items have been dispatched and delivered at the same time. I have only received the car seat. I queried this with the driver and contacted yodel the delivery courier who have confirmed that only 1 item was to be delivered. I am waiting to hear from precious little ones. Their automated email response shows that it should be dealt with in 2 working days. Not sure what the mixup is but I am disappointed as I ordered this due to the quick delivery!

I bought a cotbed from you on 2nd April and have still not received my product. The third party courier you used (yodel) attempted to deliver the product to the wrong address three times! Whether this was directly your fault or not, it is still part of the service of sale you provide. I have emailed you requesting a phone call from a manager after being left without any real reassurances of the situation. . This request has been ignored and an identical automatic response email was sent to me claiming you were contacting the manufacturer both times. I have contacted the manufacturer (mamas and papas) myself, who say you have not even contacted them and that the package is now in transit back to them. This situation that has been compounded by the fact that you have no customer service number to call. You're lack of urgency to resolve my issues has left me completely lacking in faith of your brand. Now that you have taken my money you do not seem to be bothered about whether my issues are resolved or not. My experience with your brand has felt extremely unprofessional. Further more what is truely dissapointing is that the products you sell are to help babies and new parents journey run smoothly. This situation has caused nothing but stress and frustration, which does not seem to be a concern for your company. I want nothing more than for this situation to be resolved as quickly as possible. I feel this would be by having a PHONE conversation with someone at your office.

This company thinks it is appropriate to ship cycle helmets without packaging to protect them from impact. Mine was shipped with 2 layers of polythene for protection despite the instructions stating it can be sustain non-visible damage from impact. Customer services did not listen to reason (giving only illogical responses).

Terrible service when faulty item sent. Eventually after a lot of hassle a return was arranged. 16 days later not even an acknowledgement of my return. No one is ever available to speak to you just online chat

The Moses basket is faulty and won’t rock it tilts to the side making it appear unsafe. I sent a kind email 2 weeks ago asking if they could sort it as my baby was due very soon. They were very slow to reply and have now stopped replying completely I have sent various emails. They tried to just send me over to their product repair company telling me I would hear back in 2 days. It’s been a week. Babies due anyday. This has caused me a lot of stress. I have sent so many emails now all ignored. Also left a review which mysteriously isn’t showing up? But then a new review suddenly appeared from Somebody else. Very dogey site. I am so stressed and don’t have a bed for our baby. I ordered this over a month ago !!! I never normally leave reviews.

Precious Little one keeps my money from 9th January. Today is 19th March. I still didn't get a pram and nobody been at my home with a parcel. Never got any email any call and not any notification that I missed a parcel. Now they tell me I have to wait for my money because they have to get in touch with the warehouse. I don t care who they need get touch with. they keep my money for nearly 3 months. How can you do it ????????????? what horrible company you are. Every time I been getting different dates. Please, people is not only me who is lied by this doggy company. I have proof from your emails how messy you are with your orders and telling different things every time.

I order a pushchair and it was faulty! They said someone will pick it up and they never turned up. I have emailed and rang Ive lost count how many times theh dont respond!!! It is the worst company to deal with!!! The pushchair is now stuck with me while im not getting nowhere with it!!! Horrible experinece!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM if you want to not lose your money!!!!

We recently ordered a new pushchair, when the pushchair was delivered I realised it was the wrong pushchair! All afternoon I have tried to contact someone regarding this and unable to get in touch with any one!

A really terrible experience using this company. It took them 6 weeks to tell me that the item I had ordered was no longer available and this is only after I chased them up. Now my baby is due in a few weeks and I'm now back to square one. Very poor customer service also as they did not even acknowledge never mind apologise for any of my concerns I put forward to them after waiting this lengthy time. Would definetely not recommend to anyone in fact I will be urging people not to use this company.

Received damaged and dirty baby chair in a battered broken dirty box, not fit fir purpose, along with a letter from a customer who had purchased it and returned, eventually got it returned, even though I was told I would have to pay for return as changed my mind, which was not the case, good job I had taken pictures of the state the item was in and had sent to them and was told refund would be made within five days, waited 8 days still no refund, when I queried was told refund would be made within a further two days, to date no refund given even though they received item almost two weeks ago, dreadful customer service. Do not buy from them, could have purchased the same item at the same price from a reputable company, wish I had looked more into their customer service reviews before purchasing, nothing but hassle and at the moment I am almost £100.00 out of pocket.

Horrible customer service and that’s if they bother getting back to you. Took over 2 weeks to get an initial response on my complaint that goods had arrived damaged. No telephone number to speak to anyone, all communication is by mail so you have no choice but to wait until they respond. Never come across anything like it. No coming close to 2 months and still waiting for refund

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you buy something from a company and you are unsatisfied with it then you have the right to a refund. You have told me I can’t return the buggy when I am within the 14 day cool off period?! You have made me chase up every single email and are now completely ignoring my emails. Hence why I have now taken to social media to try and get your attention again! I’ve never been treated so badly but a company before, I’m utterly disgusted!

Atm can’t leave better review than this one, received wrong item, contacted customer service and first thought it will be problem easy to fix as I have been told to choose day I want to receive replacement and have wrong item collected. I sent email with chosen date, I didn’t receive any response, I tried to contact customer service again and been told when they ship order I will get date which make no sense as that’s not what I have been told first time. Still have wrong stroller and waiting to get my order right.
