i ordered a hey duggie toy on the 26th of November and paid £3.94. the item was not dispatched until the 5th of December. they did not update me of the delay until i contacted them. Next time i will just order from amazon.

Just recieved my delivery today after a very long wait. I was sent a used filthy scratched baby bathtub. I am totally shocked and disappointed. It was my first time ordering with them. I wish i had done my research before placing my order. They dont even pickup their customer service number. No reply to the emails either. Just pathetic really.

The delivery driver didn’t knock and we was in. Just left the parcel outside the porch which was unlocked anyway box was damaged. We live on a busy road and just lucky our parcel wasn’t stolen or the weather wasn’t any worse.

Absolutely horrible experience so far, ordered few items 2 weeks ago, still not dispatched. Nobody answers the phone. Very disappointed I will not use it again!

I placed an order on 5 November and although they say it is an estimate delivery time, I think it’s an excuse and I’m very sure they changed the date to. I would not use this company again because of there delivery schedule and I still haven’t received my order

Ordered 3 cars seats on Sunday to be told i would be receiving them on Wednesday through the online tracker. Today is Friday and nothing so far. Can’t get through to them by phone (which is 10am to 3pm) and received 1email that my products would be dispatched Thursday evening (would be notified about this), nothing so far on that. Can’t cancel my order and now i may have to cancel my family trip on Saturday due to no car seats.

I bought a pushchair which arrived a little late but looked beautiful. When I tried to collapse the stroller, it was evident that the mechanism was faulty. I was gutted but asked for a replacement. I was asked to show on a video how the pushchair was faulty. This was impossible because only by touching the catch, was it possible to feel the problem. After a few emails, I was asked to return the stroller at my own expense. The 'experts' assessed it and said there was nothing wrong. Which there blatantly was! I was made to feel like a liar and returning the stroller was difficult. I cancelled a replacement. The customer service was abysmal and the product was poor quality. I would never use the company again.

I had to cancel an online order for a travel cot mattress as, due to an incorrect stock number, PreciousLittleOne were unable to send it in the time frame stated at time of purchase. The website said it would be with me by the Friday before a holiday we required it for on the Wednesday. However, I received an email on the Monday saying that it would now be 1-2 weeks due to a stock error. This meant that I had to find an alternative for my 7 month old baby in one day, which resulted in stress and a higher cost. I requested a refund, which was processed relatively quickly. However, it was £2.80 short. I know this isn't much, but it is very annoying to be short-changed by a company that has failed to deliver anything at all! I have contacted them several times since requesting they rectify the situation but have heard nothing back. I'd avoid PreciousLittleOne as they seem unprofessional and lack care for their customers if anything goes wrong.

Received first delivery from this company today, very unhappy that smaller item had been simply stuck onto the larger boxed item . Not even put in a separate box or bag, took me ages to remove the address label and tape which had been put directly on to it. Item was then left looking a real mess covered in sticky from tape. It was part of a gift , but it now looks an awful mess. I have sent a complaint email so hope i get a reply and compensation for this awful service.

Finally had the car seat delivered, it’s only been two months. The box looked as if it’s been taped up again and the head restraint polystyrene foam has a crack in it, but I can’t be bothered trying to deal with precious little ones anymore. Emails sometimes get a reply but mostly don’t, and nobody ever answers the phone. Take notice of the reviews and leave alone.

Numerous issues with delivery. Arrived missing boxes. Customer services shocking to get a hold of. Arrived weeks late damaged and broken parts. Absolutely shocking condition to sell someone a cot bed in! Was like a death trap!

There were 2 types of Moses basket and I accidentally purchased the wrong one (baby brain!) tried to amend order and nightmare company to contact and to return was £28.50 so am now left with Moses basket I don’t really want as I refuse to pay that to return despite trying to amend my order within 10 mins of purchasing :(
