Useless company to buy from Useless company to buy from. Ordered a nursing chair 3 weeks ago that was lost at the couriers depot, they sent me a replacement which again looks like it has been lost at the depot. Now being told there is no stock of the product and I have to wait 7-14 days for delivery even though they have had my money for 3 weeks. Tracking team are not very proactive and customer service team work from a script and do not seem to want to take responsibility as they dispatched the item and it was Hermes that lost it but it is them I have purchased from and paid the money too. Fed up of having to deal with them to be honest but want the product I have paid for!

I still haven't received my nursery chair. As requested, I contacted them in the first instance so that they could resolve the issue but they've been very unhelpful and I'm having to attempt to chase directly with the courier (with no luck so far). Based on this experience I wouldn't order from them again.

I purchased the le toy van Mikes car garage & le toy van wooden people for the spring cottage, at a cost of £95. Both were birthday gifts! The products were delivered by yodel and i was shocked to find they had not been put into a cardboard box to protect the items from damage in transit!!! Therefore the original product box (car garage) was badly damaged with parts of the boxed torn off, dented and holes exposing the polystyrene layer around the wooden toy parts! The product seals had also been opened prior to dispatch and a smaller product on the same order (wooden people) had been shoved into the box of the car garage and resealed. Is it company protocol for warehouse staff to open consumers purchases and start putting other items into the boxes. Totally unacceptable and absolutely disgusting for an order to arrive in this condition, especially when they are expensive products that have been purchased. Theres absolutely no consideration for damage prevention.

Terrible service ordered a large bottle set stated in stock and would be dispatched in 5-7 days a week and half later still not dispatched after trying to get in touch with them via phone and email finally got a response to say would be a further 4 days as there not in stock, then to be told a matter of seconds later that those bottles are no longer being made and sold so did i want my money back? There stating products are in stock and take your money straight away then make you wait weeks for refund(still waiting for)

Ordered a cotbed on 8th December 2019, item arrived damaged. They sent a replacement cotbase which was too small. Again, got in contact. Recieved an email to say I would they would be receiving another cotbase for me on 16th Jan, never heard anything after that. I rang them and was told it would be delivered on 4th Feb, I waited in all day, nothing was delivered. I then wrote a long email stating all this and that I wanted a refund. I recieved no apology, just instructions of how to return with them telling me it would be a full day slot for them to pick up the item (despite already waiting in for them for 4 days). Later that day, I recieved another email to say they were sending out the replacement base????? I have recieved this today (11/02/2020) and yes it does now fit but would not use again!!!!

I ordered a toy on the 4th of Jan o be delivered in time for my boy’s 1st birthday at the end of Jan. Here we are the 10th of Feb and it STILL hasn’t arrived!!! They kept saying they were deltas then I was told it had been dispatched but that was a while ago. Frankly I would never use these people again.

I have ordered a product a month ago, has not arrived. Was due for delivery in a few days. Typically judging by the reviews they are not responding to my emails or not picking up the phone. I will be reporting this company to the relevant authorities. All I want is a refund. Completely a unprofessional company.

The only consistency is poor service - ordered my buggy through them and it developed a fault. They quoted 28 days for repair - I am still waiting at 2 months. However, they have blamed the supplier and refuse to accept responsibility. I also had issues when I was ccd on an unprofessional email laughing at my complaint. They always take longer than quoted to respond to queries too, and It took 3 attempts to actually get my delivery address correct. This gives you the measure of the company.

Placed an order two weeks ago, still has not been picked at their warehouse. They advise customers 2-3 working days, they should change it to 2-3 weeks if your lucky. Service is rubbish. Will never shop from there again.

Ordered a highchair 3 weeks ago, was supposed to be dispatched 24/01/20 at the latest. No communication and “order with picker” for god knows how long. Eventually got them to answer an email where I received a cut and paste template telling me my order was “with the warehouse”. They have now marked the item as dispatched however Yodel tracking clearly shows they have never sent the item to Yodel (spoken to Yodel to confirm this). They don’t answer emails, the phone is either engaged or just cuts off and they clearly don’t give a f*** about customer service. Short of driving to Grantham to speak to someone in person I’m at a loss what to do now. Appalling company, avoid like the plague!!

Ordered a double buggy on 3rd December. Unsafe collapsible baby pram and several missing parts, notified them several times and no replies this year. Have been housebound with a toddler and newborn for 10 days with no replies. Avoid this company at all costs as there are no means of contacting them if there is an issue

I have ordered from this company on a few different occasions and always been happy unfortunately my last order I placed in November was quite a large order and so packages were sent out separately they said they sent an item and told me it was delivered and signed for but unfortunately I still haven’t received this item, I also wanted to return an item so did this via the post office and they have received this item but I have still not received my refund almost a month since returning the package! I have called a number of times and got to speak to a gentleman who said he was going to hand my complaint over to the right team and ask them to call me but I haven’t heard a thing since, I have sent email after email and they just seem to be ignoring these now. I absolutely disgusting customer service

Placed order on 30th December. Still no sign of my order. I have sent 2 emails, both gone unanswered. (Yet I see they have time to reply to a negative review on this site just 3 hours ago but cant reply to my emails sent days ago!) I phoned 4 days ago took me 9 attempts to get though to someone who told me they would get it sent out that day. 4 days later still hadn't been dispatched! Website says warehouse picker allocated for the past 3 days. I have tried phoning again this morning. So far I have attempted 37 times!!! Line either busy, or just rings and gets cut off. Absolutely Terrible service! They have my money, but I cant even get hold of them to find out what the hell is going on! When I ordered website said 2-3 days dispatch and that the item was in stock. I appreciate we have had new year inbetween. But the website said latest dispatch 3rd of jan we are now on the 10th! Further update: 3 weeks now since placing my order and still nothing. And no exaggeration over 300! PHONE CALLS later trying to speak to someone (can be proven in phone records) I requested a refund 8 days ago and they said it would be cancelled and refunded. Guess what? Yep no refund received! I have now had to resort to putting in a paypal claim to try get my money back. Your company should be utterly ashamed of the way you treat customers. And I sincerely hope you experience your own medicine one day, on something you desperately need.

I have ordered a grey mini sleigh cot bed with draw unfortunately after a 2 weeks waiting to receive the item after a promise of 1-3 working days delivery. Monies was taken the day after order was place (very promoted to take funds). I finally received the cot bed to my surprise only half of the item was there and what I did receive was a cot with water damage, not acceptable for a new baby. I have tried over 90 times to call the number with no response also emails with nothing, no communication from the seller at all. The worst service for online I have ever come across. I have all proof of emails and phone calls made and pics of the damage product. I’m so upset as I have seen other items that I wished to purchase from the seller in the future but unfortunately after this bad experience I no longer what to deal with this company again which I strongly suggest that others customers stay well clear of the seller.

Ordered from these before with no issues what so ever couldn't fault the service but on this order (1832350) There was no communication the item was never dispatched and therefore I contacted them to cancel the order so I could purchase the item elsewhere! A week later I'm still awaiting my refund! The company has tried telling me I need to close my case with PayPal so they can refund me! DO NOT EVER DO THIS!! I contacted PayPal with the messages proving this being said & was told to NOT close the case as I then loose my buyer protection! Any decent company would just refund straight away but this company have never sent my item & yet are quite happy to keep my money!! As a mum of 4 children I have brought a lot of baby/child items in the past & know a lot of mums but I will never recommend this company!! STAY CLEAR!!
