Worst company I have ever dealt with and to new mummies out there DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My mum ordered a pram and bundle set ahead of our daughter being born and the stroller broke as well as the car seat and the handle! We’ve been going back and fourth for the last month and their has been no help at all from this appalling company! My dad waited for a whole day at home as they said they were going to pick the item up and guess what!?? No call, no one picked anything up and what they delivered in replacement of our entire travel system was a handle bar! The company is a joke and we are reporting them to trading standards!

I ordered a sleigh cot for my daughter, the hardware box the screws and attachments come in had one piece missing. I have emailed to no response as you can guess from every other review on this company. Very annoyed. As the drawer is not stable due to this missing piece.

Placed an order for a Moses basket 16th December with a 2 - 3 day delivery time. I am STILL waiting for it to arrive, it's a gift for a friend who is due in 2 weeks. I've left emails/DMs/messages everywhere and must have rung their number (always engaged/off the hook??) 50+ times!! I have seen hundreds of complaints from other unhappy customers all over this company's various social media account. I'm so unhappy I have to give you even 1 star! You deserve none. Get yourselves in order and start replying to your many hundreds of unsatisfied customers Precious Little One. BE WARY OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a play gym 4th Oct pre order for nov .Still waiting for it.Told I cannot have a refund as been ready for dispatch , then next it was lost in transit not responding to my texts.Never again will I buy from them !!!

Absolutely terrible service I ordered a present for my 1st grandsons Christmas in October and still not received , could not contact them by phone, emails came back undelivered, finally spoke to someone yesterday but took me 28 attempts before I finally spoke to someone said my order was despatched 29th dec but was lost in transit!!!! Said the order will be with me sometime in January, needless to say have cancelled and will not recommend this company to anyone..dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least!

Bought 3 items in October. It is now January and we have still not received them. They are ignoring all emails and can not get through on the phone. Our little one is now here and we have no items and are out of pocket. We are now going down the legal route. Please avoid at all costs

Non delivery of item. No response to email enquiries and no telephone number listed on website. Lost faith that this will be resolved and would not recommend to anyone. Will be seeking recompense via small claims.

Absolutely shocking company emailed them several times regarding a Xmas gift I had ordered which was to be dispatched between 3 and 5 working days and sent to Asda warehouse only to be told eventually that it was lost in transit. The company asked if I wanted a replacement or refund I replied and now they completely ignore my emails. Wish I had looked at more reviews before I purchased the item which was to be a Xmas present.

Bought a cot bed which arrived in June and it wasn’t in great condition. Emailed them with photos and videos and I was told ‘parts were being sent as a priority’ fast forward to September I received no parts or an apology after numerous emails and now my emails are being IGNORED. The quality of the cot and the customer service absolutely sucks! I have read similar comments all around the internet. Your customer service truly sucks precocious little one!!!!’ Extremely disappointed!

Had numerous issues with the company on different occasions... brought a 360 car seat yet it was flimsy I wouldn't trust any child in it!!! Cost nearly £200 too!!! Then brought the little tikes unicorn magical ride and box arrived already preopned by someone and box smashed up and this was my daughters birthday present!! I tang them and emailed pics etc and as o dont live far I drove over to change it and the car seat they refunded me but spent it in the shop instead.

Ordered a Christmas present over a week ago, money taken same day yet Item still not been dispatched. Precious little one doesn't respond to e-mails or answer phone calls, customer service shocking. Absolute Joke of a company my advice don't use.

Ordered beginning of January for Christmas and still not received order. Had to go out today and buy my 'precious little one' a cheap last minute gift from local supermarket or they would be the only one out of their siblings coming down with nothing from Santa. As other reviewers have said they are impossible to contact. The only way I managed was by repeatedly bombarding them with emails hours apart. Even then you just get palmed off with a generic response. They've had time and time again to rectify this and yet it's the same response. 'We're very busy with Christmas period'. I fail to believe a huge online company hasn't planned ahead with staff and is unprepared for the Christmas period. If that is the case the management needs a serious overhaul.

Ordered my 4 year old's Christmas present for £169.99 on 5th December. Received the wrong item yesterday. The one they've sent me is £84.95 on their website. Their phone line is either engaged or says they're closed even though the automated message says they should be open. I'm beyond upset.

Missing item from order, impossible to contact by phone or email, we are just a few days away from Christmas so it is unlikely we will receive the missing item now, click and collect service is atrocious and doesn’t work

The test of good customer service is when things don't go to plan. Not answering the phones or emails and an online form which doesn't work doesn't fill me with hope that my order will be delivered anytime soon. Its not the delay that concerns me but the lack of communication and inability to get hold of anyone. I have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for my item. With no way to contact the company to cancel my order I will not be using this company again. A quick search on social media shows I am not the only person experiencing this problem. Terrible service! I have reported to Trading Standards and Watchdog.

Placed order for toy on 27th November, paid £3.95 for delivery and STILL no toy, no response to emails, phone line constantly engaged and no tracking information. So frustrating when these are toys for Christmas for our “precious little ones”. Terrible service.
