If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. This company have caused me nothing but stress during my pregnancy. I bought a travel system from them about 10 weeks ago, it was silver in the pictures but green when it turned up. I requested to return it as I'm having a little girl and I wanted a silver travel system as I thought I was buying from the pictures online... They responded and explained they couldn't accept my return due to covid 19, which I more than understood. After waiting weeks and weeks I contacted them again to ask if they were now taking returns, to which they replied (eventually) saying yes. I done everything as I should by requesting a collection from my home address and providing them the relevant details, but never had any correspondence. I have sent email upon email trying to get the return sorted and my money back so I could buy another travel system, but the communication is awful! They finally got back to me last week and told me that they would collect today between 9am and 4pm. I have waited in all day and no one has turned up. I could honestly cry! I feel so fed up. I have 3 days left until my due date and have been so stressed with it all. I've had to fork out extra money for a second travel system because this company cannot be professional enough to arrange a return. I will never, ever buy from this company again. Avoid atall costs!!!

just now STOLE MY MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED ON THE 15TH OF MAY ITS NOW THE 9TH OF JUNE. MY ORDER STILL HASNT BEEN DISPATCHED. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS STATING THIS. NOBODY IS GETTING BACK TO ME. ITS CAUSED ME SO MUCH STRESS AS MY SON HAS NOT GOT HIS PRAM! THE LACK OFNL EMPATHY I HAVE RECEIVED ISNAWFUL. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!1988496

Today I have had delivery from yodel receiving only one item out of two but they both say delivered and both have same tracking number .I have been in contact with yodel And said you only sent them ome Tracking number so they don’t know anything else. They said to contact you . I understand you are busy but I’d just like to know when my other part of this order will come , as I’m worried ! I’ve had so many problems I’ve had to go though PayPal with this week , if you could just reply and let me know that would be great . I don’t know want to have to go through PayPal again I love this item and I’m looking forward to getting it (If I do)! I have evidence of the one item that come alone , and chat with yodel if you need . I would just like somebody to get back to me! Many thanks

WE got the car seat delivered to my daiughter thank you but the order that was coming to us( the Stroller) didn't arrive instead we got a travel cot /playpen. I did contact you regarding this but haven't heard anything back. Geoff King

Don't waste your money on this company. I have been so disappointed. Took 8 weeks to deliver 2/3rds of my order. Part is now not available where they took so long. Had 8 weeks waiting for a changing mat, 5 of which with a newborn, to now be told it's no longer in stock. No refund on delivery charge either, so now I have to pay an additional delivery charge to another company for the mat. Terrible customer service, they have my money, so they have the power!

Arranging a return has taken weeks They do no respond to emails, my parcel has been sent back to them but have still not been issued a refund, the customer service team do not respond to the query at hand and send lots of generic information

They took my money after a fault with the website said they hadn’t. It took a couple of days to confirm that my order actually had gone through. I was promised a refund that never came. I have tried to dispute this and nothing back from customer services. They do not answer the phone or their emails. I’m over £200 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered a mosses basket over a month ago and got sent the wrong one, I'm due to have a baby and the company are not getting back to me regarding it, I understand delays due to the current situation but I need the mosses basket and their business is running as normal. I'm really stressed over this as this is the main thing I need. This is a stressful time for us pregnant woman as it is, the one they sent me too was half the price of the one I purchased. Worst company ever! Ordered a cot a month ago, money was taken same day of order still not recieved the cot! Asked for refund twice and been compelety ignored. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I’ve been waiting for my order (a cot) since 19 March and still have not received it, the original date that was promised was 2 weeks. Every week I get a message saying the delivery date has moved again. The Customer service team don’t seem to be giving me a realistic date for delivery. I’ve emailed many times saying I’m due to give birth soon and ask when it’s coming. If they’re honest and say it’s in a couple of months I can get a refund and order it elsewhere, but they don’t answer my questions and just send a generic message, saying your delivery date has moved again.

Ordered a carriage for my daughter’s birthday. It arrived much later than promised. When I opened the box that had clearly been retaped back together poorly I noticed that some parts were missing. I think that their chosen delivery partner has to take some the responsibility for many of the poor reviews on here.

Do not order from this website!! Its a scam, i ordered a toy for my little girl and never recieved a confirmation email or my order but they had taking payment. I sent email after email and got ignored again and again, it wasnt until i said i would be getting in touch with the authorities that they then got back to me. After waiting 11 days with no answer they then said that my item was lost in transit. What a load of nonsence. This is by far the worste experience i have had with online shopping. Save your money and shop else where.

Absolute awful company with one of the poorest customer services I've ever dealt with.No care what so ever.Made 3 orders 1 got lost in transit 2 weeks late, 1 got delivered a week after the 2 weeks as they cancelled it then reinstated it,1 item got delivered and was total wrong thing.So good luck if you order from them and responses are done through email that can be answered up to 2-3 for a response 🙈

I still haven’t received the pram yet and have tried to track it down and it’s been extremely difficult and stressful, I’m due any day now and I just want my order here so I can relax.
