A lot of parts missing had to re order another one so my grand child doesn't miss out on her birthday. Now trying to contact for a refund

Having just received my order I have discovered that it is faulty and will need a refund because I had to order another one for my grandaughters birthday so couldnt wait. Not very happy at all

Took my money on the 6th of July for a travel cot, only chose that one as I needed one urgently and it said 3-5 working days delivery. 2 weeks later they said sorry, it was never in stock and their error, it will be in atock soon. The date it was due to be in stock, there was an apparent 'supplier error' so it will be another week until in stock. Received an e-mail saying due to Covid it will be another 4 days. Missed seeing a sick relative and now missing a holiday. Truley a terrible company, not once replied when I emailed customer service. Oh but boy was they quick to take my money and then on the tracking from the day of order, my order was 'being processed so is not refundable' even though it was never in stock. Will never use this company again and I urge anybody who reads this to avoid this company as they will willing take your money, quote you good delivery times but have you waiting a month for your package.

Terrible customer service I've never dealt with any company worse than this. I work in customer service industry this place makes the horror stories sound like holiday camps

Not happy. The wrong item was sent. It then took over 2.5 weeks for them to finally say the day they will pick it up but won't send the correct item to me until they get the wrong one back. I'm not waiting around when you can get next day delivery on Amazon so asked for a refund which still hasn't been confirmed. Its cost me as I had to print off the return label and arrange to stay in to wait for collection. Really upset at the customer service.

I ordered 2 moses baskets and 2 stands only 2 moses baskets were delivered. The website is a mess it keeps taking you back. I have tried to call couldnt get through. I tried to track over 3 days kept getting there was a problem in red. Now l will be writing a letter to this company which claims "They are here to help" my experience clearly shows they are not here to help.

We received it in a box that was broken to bits then tried the product and it doesn't work...poor show!!!

I ordered a brand new out n about sport pram for running with my two children. It arrived with a fault that makes it unusable and also it is very heavy for pushing while running. I reported this issue the day I received my pram and I still have had any contact from the company 6 days later after I’ve sent two emails and also tried on live chat where they wouldn’t help. So I have no pram, two children under 19 months and can’t go anywhere and I don’t yet know how long it will take to get sorted/ refund. Very disappointed.

Do not use this company. This was my first and last time using them. Listen to the reviews. I was sent the wrong product and had to send numerous correspondence to get a response in which I was told to return it and send proof of postage and they would send me the correct item. Its a week later of me sending proof of postage and a lot of emails and tweets sent to them and still no response from them and no sign of my item even being sent yet and I'm £135 out of pocket.

Firstly I ordered 8 x drawer or multi purpose locks.. They don't stick so completely useless so that's 15 quid down the drain, secondly you flagged me a nasal asperator that's so badly made it literally falls apart. I've emailed you and messaged you several times now across many many platforms and got NO REPLY so you've effectively stolen 31 quid off me.. I want it back immediately, pics can be provided

We Bought a MyHummy mini. The description was very unclear and confusing. The product was not what was expected. I have contacted precious little one about this but I am yet to receive a response. Very disappointed.

Can’t supply. Ordered 4th April. Not delivered as of 19th June. Avoid this company at all costs. Website contact form does not send. “I’m a robot” check does not work.

Returned my goods almost a month ago - don’t answer emails, lie when refund been processed - to date said 2 different dates yet no refund via PayPal or confirmation email as promised - still waiting - Apauling customer service. From reading other reviews on Facebook etc it appears all is well until you have an issue or need a refund - not how a company should operate - especially when a lot of customers are pregnant!
