“I haven't used my stroller yet but it arrived on time and was easy to connect the wheels. I am thrilled with the weight and ease of putting it up and down. I plan to use for my 2 yr old grandson so very happy to find it so light.”

“Love this Moses basket, bought it for my niece as my little one loves hers. Waffle material didn’t withstand continual washing and fell apart after a few weeks but you get what you pay for and I just replaced this. Delivery was quick and communication was good. Courier needs speaking to as dumped item outside front door and didn’t try to get a signature or deliver to hand. He rang doorbell after dropping item in porch and ran back down drive - luckily I was In lounge window watching.”

“I am giving four stars not three as I am satisfied with the service and quick shipping of the product. However I am not quite happy with the kinder Kraft high chair which is not as solid and stable as I expected and due to the fee of £16.50 for refund I will keep it and I hope that it will last and will be safe to use.”

“Easy to order and fast delivery. Great item - I already have one and ordered the same for my brothers baby as my little one loves hers. Watched courier walk up drive, drop item in porch and run back to van. Didn’t try to deliver to hand.”

“Ordered travel cot which has arrived safely ( although documents wallet was empty). Found website a little frustrating after not getting a confirmation email I felt a little panicked this feeling increased when seemingly impossible to contact through website. The ‘I am not a robot’ bit just would not load - so couldn’t contact. However I signed up to mailing list and the subsequent email gave a customer service email address - which is not on contact or help section of website. I emailed and within 24 hours had a response and then my order confirmation. All good in the end”
