“My 5-1 came in within 2 days of ordering it but my pram and pram fur still haven’t heard off and hasn’t moved from the warehouse since ordering.”

“The contact up to delivery was very good but, on the day, I was in the house watching and waiting. I saw the delivery van, but there was no knock on the door. I discovered my parcel when I got your message and it was on next door's food bin!”

“Walker delivered promptly, some of screws couldnt be used as not star/strip to screw. Bit annoying. Baby seems to enjoy it, does what it says on the tin!”

“Had initial issues with the website as the checkout process completed without reviewing and confirming the order. I’d already had to cancel an order for the same item elsewhere after waiting 4 weeks and delays meant it wasn’t going be in time for my daughters birthday. However customer service were very helpful, issues were resolved quickly, and the item arrived the next day.”

“Super fast delivery.. great that you can track your order... was super excited to get the pushchair . How ever once it arrived I realised that the colour was so off compared to the picture.. I was expecting a pink and cream but I got a grey and green.. how ever ... after taking my daughter for a spin around the block.. this pram is weightless super smooth too!! Totally happy with my hauck runner”

“I’m very happy with the little stroller I purchased..well packaged and un damaged on arrival. The problem was with yodel, as they were unable to deliver on the said time and date I had an email saying it would be delivered tomorrow....I waited in all day and it didn’t arrive...I had no notification that it was to arrive the next day...I was supposed to sign for it, but it was very hurriedly left on the doorstep before I could get to the door... it must be a horrid job I know the delivery people are very pushed for time ...it is yodel who are at fault... VERYGOOD SERVICE FROM PRECIOUS LITTLE ONE ..”

“There was a mix up with my first order but a reply and refund were dealt with promptly. Re-ordered the pram when back in stock and it was delivered quickly. Tracking was very helpful. Pleased with the price.”
