“Excellent customer service - they returned my money with regards to an item that another customer had complained about. - they said that the item was not up to their usual standards - I have never experienced this quality of customer service from any other company!”

“Wonderful Customer Service from staff who are always helpful, patient and polite. Fantastic bargains too, especially the TSV’s (Today’s Special Value). Where else can you use, wash and wear the products and return them, with a 30 day money back guarantee, should you change your mind?”

“I order quite a lot of stuff from This company, jewellery, shoes, clothing, gardening to much to Mention. Very good that you can wear, wash clothing or anything & use for 30 days, return & receive a full refund . Very good customer service, good variety of makes, Moda in Pelle, sketchers, Clarke’s etc.”

“I’ve shopped with QVC for years wont go anywhere else. The customer service is 5 star. I’ve never had a problem sending anything back nothing is to much trouble. If you arnt sure about a product number etc they are more than willing to help. QVC you are the best. If you arnt happy with your purchase send it back. What’s there to loose.”

“P+P included on the item I purchased. You can returne after 25 January 2019 at the moment on all purchases, if item bought for exmas and is to be refunded or exchanged.”

“You get an excellent service! If it's not for you then you can send it back in 30 days even if you have used it ie:make up and skin care and earrings The only downside is postage can sometimes be a little expensive, but I think the fact that every other part of shopping with them is so perfect then a few extra penny's are fine by me!!! 10*service”
