“Received a large format framed poster in the mail, and it turns out it was printed from an incredibly low quality image. See photo. Stay away, no quality control. This wasn't even close to acceptable. Order number was 39315046 - am battling with their bureaucracy for a refund - which is also no easy task.”
“My young teen daughter saved up her money to redo her room. She ordered a tapestry that said Saturdays are for the Girls. What we got in the mail was Powerpuff characters smoking maijuana! Lovely thing for my daughter to open. I contacted Redbubble to let them know what happened and ask if they could send the correct one and overnight it to us. The customer service rep said they cannot overnight the correct one and after me sending her pictures for proof that she put the order in for the correct one. We get the information for delivery and now my daughter will be waiting until past her Original delivery window from her order to receive it. I emailed the rep back and told her that they should refund the shipping or discount on product etc and she wrote back and said they do not do that and that with the WRONG item that we can keep that. Seriously like telling me I can keep a tapestry with Powerpuff girls getting high that is a benefit for me? Very disappointed with this company and will not be letting my girls order anything else from them along with making sure their friends mom's know as well to beware of this companies policy's and handling situations that are there Error not the customers.”
“Have tried to get money refunded but all Redbubble offers is a voucher, this as far as I know is against online policy, I feel very upset as free rents is very misleading.”
“Ordered 4 masks. They are very skimpy. They measure 4 in X 7 in. do not have liners, nor a nose adjustment wire. Also, the elastic for the ears is extremely long, so you most probably will have to sew an adjustment. One mask was not printed proportionately to be able to tell what it is. The worst thing is that it is implied that they are made by artists. They are all manufactured at the same place out of the same materials. Designs are cute, but definitely not worth the price.”

Two others only had half of the text, so the saying made no sense. They look beautiful in the pictures, but that's not what you're going to get. Feeling completely ripped off. Twice.”

“Scam bubble made and sold over £1000 for my work and sent me about £40 instead of the actual amount. It worked out at over £200 on my percentage margin. Banned my account and said I broke copyright, they didnt have a problem pocketing all that copyright money for themselves though, no humans to talk to. AVOID”
“I was trying to make a store and while getting to know the platform and creating my first products I was kicked out of the platform and my account was suspended for no reason. I could not log in as the log in or password according to the system were wrong, I could not recover my password, as answer from the system was, that my e-mail was not found and I could not register again as "the e-mil already has an account"... I could not sent request to restore my account, as again email was not found by the system. I sent two complains to the support service which were fully ignored. Strongly not recommend this provider as it can happen when you already invested time in creating the store and they just will parasite on your artwork. I am glad it happen at the beginning.”

Orders are more than delayed, with no option to get in touch with the company (their website doesn't even allow you to request updates... any way around contacting them directly is useless, as their Recaptcha doesn't work. I had a time-sensitive order that wasn't slated to deliver for 2 weeks; its been over a month and still no sign of my order.”
“Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from RedBubble! I placed a big order ($145 + shipping) in JULY! Now I go to check on my order and it says “delivered”. That is total BS. I have NOT received any deliveries to my house and I’m always home. Definitely not ordering from RedBubble ever again! And it’s virtually impossible to “contact” them on their website. I’m waiting for a reply about why my order has disappeared into thin air. Will update this review only if I finally get my order or a refund.”
“Fantastic designs, unfortunately printed on the absolute cheapest t shirt you can buy. Lightweight, flimsy, prone to seams splitting & will shrink 1st time it even sees water. If you're an artist promoting yourself why wouldn't you use quality materials? Will never purchase again :(”

The parcel took a very long time to arrive. This is 2020, not 1820. Pony Express would have got it to me faster!
Secondly the T-Shirt was made in a very cheap and nasty material. Thin, thin cotton. I don't expect it to last very long which for the price is very disappointing.
I will not buy from RedBubble again.”
“They can't just use pictures of a model, put it on 20+ items and sell it! The model is Koffi.w and he is the photographer (and the model) and NEVER gave permission to end up on a showercurtain! They should contact him at least to ask permission and give him a cut of the profit. This is abuse!”
“Placed an order weeks ago for 2 masks for us to wear on holiday. Said estimated delivery is 3-5th August.... Hot an email saying my items were shipped on 11th Aug!!! WHAT? Currently the 20th Aug, back from holiday and still NOTHING!!!
