“Unfortunately when my tee arrived the screening was way off. It was about an inch off to the right, a little bit askew, and about 3 inches too low. It was VERY noticeable that the screener missed the mark. The shirt itself though is very nice. I got a Tri-Blend, by favorite kind of tee. Soft but sturdy, lightweight, slim fit looks good.
But honestly the return process was a breeze. It's a matter of snap a pic, upload with a description of what's wrong, and stand by. In a matter of 2 hours I had an email response that was basically "oops, sorry your shirt was messed up, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge." I was very surprised by how awesome the support was.”
