“I ordered four dresses that arrived ahead of schedule and were beautiful. Brilliant color, bold graphics. Alas, they were too big. Exchange was shockingly easy. Love this company.”
“Me confundí a la hora de hacer mi pedido, que era una camiseta, y marqué una muy similar pero que no era la que quería. Contacté con el servicio al cliente y lo solucionaron en menos de dos días. Estoy muy contenta y recomiendo esta página 100%.”
“I ordered an A-style, Q - WWG1WGA dress. It was unique and cool, so I wanted it. It arrived in just a few days and I absolutely loved the looks of it. Unfortunately, it was too large for me, so I contacted Redbubble - within hours they replied and made things right! I was absolutely amazed at the customer service I received! I will order more from Redbubble in the future. 10 thumbs up!!!! :)”
“Customer service was great and when i needed to cancel an item they got back to me immediately and gave me a full refund. Can’t wait for my things to arrive :)”
“I was so impressed with their return service - It was my error and Redbubble listened and fixed my problem. The product was of high quality also. Thank you so much, I will use Redbubble again and again as I have full trust in this service.”
“Redbubble’s customer service really impressed me! As a first time customer I had a small issue with my order and it was resolved promptly and in the best way possible. I’ll definitely shop again!”
“Below is a redacted copy of an email to redbubble (TL;DR - RedBubble apparently uses slave labour tshirts and advertises them as "ethically-sourced"):
...I am a consumer that in good faith purchased a product that was not as advertised, either relating to quality (confirmed by your staff...) or according to claims regarding slave labour.
Your staff acknowledged an understanding of certification standards that are globally recognized as inadequate by the nature of it being an initiative both funded and supported by infringing suppliers. Your supplier is at the same time globally recognized as the industries leading supplier of garments from zones and factories identifed as direct sources of "slave labour" goods. Regardless of this being "industry standard" you company expressed knowledge of the garment producer and its certification process. If you are able to certify these goods as ethical, when any individual with a browser can within minutes determine the conflict, recorded complicity of the standards agencies and failure of your manufacturer, it identifies negligence, not error.
"Just relax and sip some coffee."
While I can not determine your intent via email, I would recommend that you take a more serious tone in addressing these concerns...”
“Ordered the wrong size and they canceled my order gave me a credit and I easily reordered it the same day Ty it was too easy wish all sites were that easy Ty again!!”
“Appalling customer service. If everything goes to plan, the end product is satisfactory. But, if a shipment is lost don't expect special treatment. Instead expect to wait another 2 weeks even if you paid for premium shipping. Premium shipping seems to be "FedEx" ground from what I can tell.”
“Received my dresses from Redbubble. Loved them. Bought the wrong size(My fault) My exchange issue was promptly and satisfactorily handled. Customer for life!”
“I am a Redbubble artist and am delighted they listened to us and made the uploading process so much easier with their copy function - it allows one to copy the settings of another listing and takes most of the sweat out of uploading! Thank you Redbubble - we love you! MWAH!”
“So far great service. I could not get my code to work. Right away they added it to my order. Took me a couple minutes via email and it was taken care of.”
