“I ordered from Redbubble but never received my order. I emailed them and within 2 days I had a refund and they were very apologetic. Good customer service.”
“I requested a change to my order immediately after placing it. The system said no problem, order is not finalized and prompted me to fill out a form. Then they emailed me saying oh we can’t change a finalized order but don’t worry here’s a voucher! I don’t want your voucher, give me my money back! Shady to the max.”
“After ordering in March you shipped me 4 wrong shirts, 3 of them blurry and damaged as well, none of which that I ordered.. after 3 days of trying to explain to your staff my order was completely wrong you finally resubmitted the order.. however you put ZERO rush on it nothing to fix the massive mistake. Now you tell me it’s going to be another 2 weeks. I spent almost $150... I get there are difficulties to operate in this pandemic but I have a business as well and when one of our staff makes a mistake we do everything in our power to make it right and rush an order in that event. You did NOTHING to put a priority on my replacement order after you messed up the first time and nothing when I messaged back over a week later still waiting! Shame on you I will never be ordering from your company again and I will be sharing this terrible experience. What an absolute shame.”
“I got charged for a poster that never came. I never got the confirmation email with the order number (so I cannot track it) but got charged the full amount immediately on my card. This is a scam. Customer service is not replying.”
“High price. Low quality. The designs on offer are plenty and many of them are nice. Good artists here. Unfortunately, the quality of the shirts they produce is pretty bad. The shirts are very thin and the printings will start disintegrating after a few washes. I bought five shirts and less than 6 months later I no longer have any of them. The printings on each one had practically fallen off. All that was left on the shirts was flakes. Two of them had developed holes in them.”
“Edit: I was very frustrated with the delivery fiasco, but customer service was very helpful. When the order did arrive it was very high quality and I'm happy with it. I like finding cool designs and supporting individual artists so I will be returning to the site. I understand this is all happening during a challenging time so I am updating my review, but I still wish they would have just told me when the actual date was. Giving them 4 stars to balance out the 1 star review they received from me previously.
I placed an order on April 2 and was told it would arrive April 8-10. On April 10 I looked up my order and saw that it hadn't even been made yet. I contacted help and was told that that was the estimated date but the actual latest delivery date was April 17. I asked if this was on the email receipt or somewhere when I checked out and was told sadly no. If you have any time sensitive orders don't use Redbubble, use a local provider instead. It's frustrating because they weren't upfront about when they items would actually arrive. So easy to avoid.”
“You’d think with a high price tag, RedBubble would use fabric that doesn’t feel like preshrunk sandpaper or feels like it’s been tampered with itching powder. I’m so annoyed at myself for spending £25 on this and having the quality of £1. Actually I take that back, there’s soft blank T-shirts for £1 at Poundland and still vastly higher quality. I’m going back to the likes of Qwertee which for more than half the price, for T-shirts that actually are soft enough to wear and still support independent artists.”
“I ordered t-shirts for my friends. They were not sized correctly. I was very disappointed as they were for special birthdays. I went back and read the reviews. I thought I made a mistake using this company as most of the reviews were terrible. I talked to customer service. They were great!!! The refunded my money within an hour and told me to donate the sorts to charity!”
“The shirt I ordered came quickly, but the quality was really bad. I had ordered a large, and it was tight tight small. It had been advertised as being "slim fit", but material, although cotton, was very thin. I contacted customer service and they were nice. They gave me a voucher for exchange, which never did work. I tried for a few days to use it, then made the mistake of using the third party "live chat" (those are awful, with canned responses). After that, the exchange was really awkward. Took a number of emails, but I did finally get a refund. I'll not risk dealing again with Redbubble. Note to internet only companies: PLEASE allow old people like me, who hates using computers, the option to actually speak to another human. Redbubble has "No Phone Support".”

“Awful service. I ordered a Trump shirt and didn't receive it by the promised delivery date. I contacted them and they asked me to provide order receipt and I did. It took them 2 days to respond and they apologized and said they never sent it and said it would be here in 2 weeks. It's been 3 months since I ordered and they have stopped responding to me and blocked me on Instagram when I tried to contact them there. Don't trust these people, they only care about getting a small amount of money per scammed customer. Absolutely pathetic.”
“My husband ordered a LS Lowery print dress for valentine's day and what a beautiful surprise. Good quality and a nice style Aline dress. The large was quite big I will order medium in future. Thank you all the staff at Red Bubble I will definitely order more dresses.”

“Promised my husbands birthday gift by Mar. 17. Obviously I still don't have it. All they could provide me was a tracking number which is useless - it cannot track into Canada - assuming it made it over the boarder to being with. I would not recommend this company, for it seems they are only good at delivering excuses.”
