"Went into your Llandudno branch today with a pair of boots that are 11 weeks old. You can tell by the soles they have hardly been worn. The sales person in there said they could not exchange them as they have been worn! Of course they've been worn....oh my dayz. I didn't even want an exchange I had a receipt and wanted a refund. The sales person couldn't care less and was more interested counting coins into the till. Very rude. Won't be going in there again and have contacted customer services."

"I need to comment after seeing the post from the 'Shoe Zone worker' claiming the comments are fake. I experienced the exact same thing! My daughter wore the shoes to school for about 2 months, the bottom part in both shoes have massive holes in them.\r\n\r\nSince the rest of the shoes were still in good condition, I asked the shop if they offered a repair service because it felt wasteful to throw them away. The saleslady told me it was 'wear and tear' and there was nothing they could do. She added, 'What do you expect for a \u00a315 pair of shoes?'\r\n\r\nFor comparison, my daughter has a pair of boots she wore in Year 6 for about a year, and they are still in perfect condition. So yes, I do expect a pair of shoes to last longer than two months!\r\n\r\nPS - It doesn't allow me to upload photo!"
