Rude manageress in Bridgwater shop My wife purchased a pair of shoes from shoe zone online order number 1900A061HBM46 . When they arrived she tried them on and they fitted. She put the shoes on and went to town after 200 yards the shoes kept falling off. She came straight home and I looked at them and I told her that the material they were made of has stretched they are not fit for purpose, So she decided to fill out a return order online. They agreed a return and it said she could post them back or take them to your nearest store in Bridgwater. We decided to take them to the Bridgwater store for a refund. My wife explained to the lady manager about the returns online and she said she won't take them back because they can't resale them. I said we don't expect you to resale them because the materials they are made of is faulty. You should send the shoes back to the people you purchased them from. The manager was very argumentative and rude it is probably because we are pensioners but we are not stupid. We will never purchase anything from shoe zone again

Had faulty work shoes. They were splitting. Tried to return them apparently not faulty enough. Faulty is faulty I don’t understand what they were saying. Did not receive e receipt but was constantly asked for proof of purchase. I showed them my emails in the shop no receipt. Complained to customer services. No help, I sent pictures of the fault explained everything.. then they asked for more pictures and asked me to go the bank to shoe my purchase. I told them to forget it and put it down as a loss. I have never known such a load of fuss to return shoes. Won’t be shopping there again. My

Don't buy online iys a fraud i bought my sons school shoes they said approv bank details soon as I did sho zone page disappear and they too miney from my bank when I ring customer service they too bank card details my bank statement and told me we will refund you in 5 days but it's been 20 days they keep ignoring me never gonna buy online

I visited your Worcester store in half term. Whilst trying on shoes for my elder granddaughter, her little sister went missing. We couldn't find her anywhere. I asked your staff for help to no avail just being told she wasn't in store. Thankfully a customer at the till helped us to find her, she was hiding and thought it was a game she is only 3. Your staff couldn't care less. We asked for a shoe measurer for our granddaughter it was like we were asking for the moon, everything was too much trouble for them. This isn't the first time I have noticed the indifference from Shoezonee staff but when little children are involved I expected more support. Frankly a little more customer service training wouldn't go amiss! If the customer who helped us is reading this thanku once again for your help, the staff could learn a lot from you!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! My partner purchased £9.99 pumps, worn since July but BOTH soles are cracked in the centre leaving holes in them. Staff refused an exchange or refund, were rude in the process and could not explain how such a problem occured beyond "general wear and tear". I guess "buy cheap buy twice" is true and Shoezone provide very poor quality. My advice is shop elsewhere as I will now,be doing FOREVER. Awful customer service too.

Joke of a Company. Wouldn't exchange or refund Pumps that clesrly had a defective sole - stating general wear and tear. They were only used for 3 months abd have a crack/hole in both soles. Won't buy ftom this Company ever again. Avoid is my advice!

I brought x2 pairs of casual/canvas shoes called Lilley Drew in different colours. I wore each pair maybe a dozen times each & only light use. Both pairs started to disintegrate on the sole. Customer service refused a refund saying it was wear & tear. These were only cheap shoes but i would still expect them to last longer than a dozen wears and i have never ever had a pair of shoes that have disintegrated before. The fact that both pairs did this at the same time indicates very poor quality. Don't waste your money because they are not a bargain if they have to be thrown away so quickly. Customer Service is very unhelpful, I spoke with a lady who couldn't care less. Zero Customer care because they probably have these same complaints all day long. I will not buy from this shop again & i wish i had read their reviews before purchasing anything.

Had trainers a couple of months, sole have come away took back told wear and tear no refund or exchange. You expect trainers to last longer than that. Have bought them before with no problems. Will mot be buying any;more.

Poor quality shoes. Boys school shoes only last 5 weeks. And sole are broken in places.

Do not waste your money here. Daughter wore her new trainers for three weeks and they have fallen apart. Refused exchange or refund due to over use! How can you overuse trainers in three weeks? Customer service shocking- was told to drive to another store to get another opinion. Don’t waste your time or money they aren’t interested.

Went into your Llandudno branch today with a pair of boots that are 11 weeks old. You can tell by the soles they have hardly been worn. The sales person in there said they could not exchange them as they have been worn! Of course they've been worn....oh my dayz. I didn't even want an exchange I had a receipt and wanted a refund. The sales person couldn't care less and was more interested counting coins into the till. Very rude. Won't be going in there again and have contacted customer services.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Shoe Zone Wembley in February, and before the end of March, they have already fallen apart. The quality is so poor that it is truly disappointing. How can you justify selling such low quality products without any sense of responsibility?

Bought 2 pairs of shoes on buy one get 2nd pair free both lasted about three weeks holes in bottoms near enough fell apart absolutely waste of money steer clear of this offer as these shoes badly fitting and only last for maximum three weeks

Why have shoezone no security, as in security guards, cctv, or beep modules? Young girls are left on there own to lock up and put takings in safe. Todays low life drug feulled society is easy takings for shops with no security!! When crimes occur, the company should be bankrupted with legitimate health and safety claims!!

I haven't received my order. I emailed the order on Sunday it is Thursday. I am disappointed l am disabled and I wanted those boots today .a really big letdown for you at shone zone.

I bought a pair of shoes from Shoezone store for £29.99 in November 2024 By January the soles are now completely worn out on the outside and the inside. Unwearable now. They hurt my feet badly now and I get wet socks from walking on rainy pavements, due to holes in the bottom. Really poor quality

Purchased a pair of men’s fur lined boots from your Kidderminster store . They seemed quite comfortable when I tried them on , it was only when I went for a walk in them that they absolutely destroyed the heels of my feet in fact I had to take them off on the way back and walk precariously back to my car .decided to take them back to the shop only to be met by a rude arrogant woman who refused to allow me to try on a bigger size and said I could only exchange them for the same size. Do you train your staff to be rude to your customers as I have read to many reviews complaining about your rude staff . Never buy from shoezone again . Not surprised your closing .

Diabolical quality. Sizing is not correct they were so narrow and crippled me. Threw them away and would never buy their rubbish plastic boots again. My riend has a foot 2 sizes smaller and they fit her. I e-mailed customer service and they agreed that sometimes shoe size is not correct. Great lol
