have never felt humiliated and violated like this before. I bought crocs from shoe zone in metrocentre and I returned and was asked why I was returning it. I told the lady my friend already got one for me same day from another shop. The day I was retuning it I lost my bank card and they refused to issue refund on another bank account. So today I went in there after I have replaced my bank card and it was refused. These women held my new bank card for over 1 min and was checking it. I have told them if anything happens shoe zone is my first suspect. After I opened my bank to show the transaction, one of the women made me opened my bank app twice and was asking me to show her where my name was showing. I was put in an awkward position because of £10. The third lady said its because I told her my friend got the crocs for me from shoe zone. I replied that this shows she wasn't listening to me when I said my friend got one downstairs and not shoe zone. I won't let this humiliation slide. I definitely need an apology. These women opened me up...my bank app was opened it was checked twice after showing them the transaction before. My card was looked at longer than usual by these women. I wished I had made a video recording as an evidence really.

Everytime I have bought boots from here they have lasted a few weeks and then the sole has split, heel coming off and so on. They literally fall apart at the sole. I had to stop buying from here!

Shoe zone made a terrible error with my order then refused they are to blame. I ordered tan boots. What I received was a pain of children's sized black boots in a different style. I returned them with a note to say not what I ordered. Then they contact me to accuse me of sending back another retailers boots. I was shocked and horrified - they even said they claimed the amount from Amazon and that Amazon will charge me again following the initial refund. I thought Shoezone was a reputable seller but I've never experienced being scammed like this on Amazon. I found people have posted negative experiences online about them as well on other sites. Hopefully as I'm an Amazon prime customer Amazon will not charge me and I'm going to inform them this seller made a fraudulent claim against them, which is illegal. Here's how they do it - 1. customer orders an item with great reviews 2. Send them some cheap rubbish no related to the photo 3. Refuse the return & deny the item was from them and gaslight the customer telling them they returned another retailers boots 4. Claim money off Amazon 5. Amazon charges the customer back & the customer gets scammed Perfect scam!

Hopefully this will reach people before going to spend money at this retailer. It might seem like it is reasonably priced for their products but if it is not a brand name it is a waste of your money. It is nothing more than a scam line, you buy a pair of shoes because they are cheap, they fall apart very quickly, you think nothing of it because they were cheap and go buy more from them, then the cycle continues, thay is the only thing keeping this unethical company going, please just save some money aside to get better quality things that will last you much longer and do not give this place your money. If you struggle to pay for more expensive things then this is even more of a reason to avoid this abhorrent place as they will knowingly sell you poor quality products to keep you in a loop of having to go back to replace them over and over eventually costing you much more than it would to have gone elsewhere and bought actual quality products.

Bought slippers on line as no shop nearby now have to pay to return them as size is bigger than usual so to even buy smaller size need to pay for return not good as not my fault shops keep closing down I am disabled and feel let down by what was a good company

This company is a scam. It takes your order, sends a seemly illegitimate tracking number. The package never arrives and then it claims that the address wasn’t correct (even thought its order confirmed the correct address), and will not refund your money.

Had problems with a pair of shoes bought from Shoezone Halifax. Wrinkled after a day, took them back to the shop,girl there said nothing wrong with them. Rang customer service was put on hold for 32 min .Asked to send photos and receipt, which I did.They said they weren't clear enough (but they were) send more, so I did.Then the to and fro of e mails began.This is an obvious game plan to cheese you off. In the end I gave up knowing I wasn't getting anywhere, by the way the shoes cost £14-99 but it was like they were dealing a£200 pair.

Unpleasant unhelpful staff at Bridgwater Retail...wanted to charge £34.99 for shoes clearly marked £29.99. When we pointed out the right price on the shelf the man became aggressive. Won't go back there again even though we had some really helpful staff there I the past. Dreadful service. Go elsewhere!!!

This company is shocking This company is shocking. My shoes were delivered to the wrong address. They have told me I have to sign a document in order to get a refund but my phone doesn't have access to do this. They've made accusations of abuse from us when I asked for proof they don't have any. Our calls are actually recorded. And their customer service team were constantly talking over us. We have the proof. They say GDPR doesn't apply to them. They don't have a written complaints policy. And said they can't provide SARs which all by law they need to adhere too. They currently have no manager on the customer service department she's on holiday so if you need to make a complaint it is tough. There's no one there to take one.

The shoes is this shop are very badly made, they fall apart within days!. My daughter had her school shoes 2 days and the sole came off and the woman refused to change them even with a receipt. Absolutely shocking.

Worst shoe shop I've come across. My boots broke at the back on one of them after worn 4 times only. Contacted the shop and customer services but they really didn't want to know. For £25 you expected to last longer infact my primark £8 ones did. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SHOE ZONE TO ANY ONE

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I went to a store in Telford and purchased a pair of boots, within a week of having them the zip came off in my hand when I was zipping them up. I eventually managed to get back to their store in Telford who assured me that they had never had this issue with these boots before and persuaded me to have a replacement pair delivered to my home. All good you may think, however, once the boots arrived the zip on one already had the same fault, I hadn't even got them out of the box! I informed customer services and sent photos, as that is what they say they require when you've had items delivered that are faulty. Only to be met by an incompetent customer service that is not fit for purpose and are insisting that I have to go all the way back to their store in Telford to sort it out even though I had the boots delivered. Their response when I refuse to do that at my own expense is, well that is your decision. Great work shoezone! I do not recommend their boots or their ability to help customers when they have issues.
