Very bad quality shoes and service. I buy two times in last three months school shoes for my son first time broken I ask on longsight shope that ceipttime I don't have receipt thay said you don't have so we can't do any thing for you. I buy new one. After one month same problem and this time I have receipt but thay said we do any thing. Buy new one....

I shoes bought these shoes less than 2 weeks ago on the 31st of October in the walsall branch. As you can see in the picture I am very disappointed in this product.

I haven’t had a bad experience at shoe zone, the store assistants have always been lovely. I have had two pairs of shoes for my son and both shoes have only lasted one month. I know the shoes were only 12.99 but at time I hadn’t got much money and I didn’t expect them to only last one month. I’ve taken a picture of first pair and the second pair are going just the same. I just don’t think it’s fair to have these shoes for sale if there only lasting a short time. This just shows I need to spend more on better shoes.

I purchased a pair of wellies which leaked the first time I wore them. I am now expected to return the boots at my expense so they can inspect them. There is nothing to inspect they look what they are - a new pair of wellies. So to add to my disappointment I have to spend more, no effort from them to please a dissatisfied returning customer in any way. The only other alternative is to return to a shop which is totally impractical as my nearest is ninety miles away.

I received a scarf with a very obvious stain on it. It was bought as a present. The options given to return it were totally unsuitable for my circumstances and they wouldn’t let me use Royal Mail!!! I will either have to keep the faulty scarf and put it in a charity bag or throw away! Or else I will have to return it at my own expense! Awful customer service. I won’t use again!!

awful customer service. they made a mistake and delivered two shoes. If you have to return items, they are very unhelpful. Costing me a lot to rectify their error.

Bad quality products - a one star review is too much. School shoes last for a few days before falling apart. Customers services shocking. You get what you pay for. Don't bother, shop elsewhere

I ordered for next day delivery before the cut off time and didn’t receive my order the next day. When I requested my delivery money back they said no as it ‘should’ have said they won’t be delivered next day at checkout. (Which it didnt) Even after me explaining this they wouldn’t give me a refund.

BEWARE! 1 star is for fast delivery only! MINUS zero for customer service!! I have been a customer for years and always shop in store, but 1st time i ordered online size 7/EU 41...and received Size 8/EU 41. There size is different on The website and they deliver a different size! I called them but automated says High volume of calls. so i emailed them a few times and sent pics but some sara was not helpful at all...just kept fobbing me off that sizes differ etc etc NO REFUND OR CHANGE! THIS IS A THIEVING COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RETURNS!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN NOT IN STORE OR ONLINE FOR ME OR MY FAMILY!! ROBBERS!!!

I ordered 3 pairs shoes on Saturday havant still got them the couriers lost my address want be buying the anymore waste time next time walk get them be quicker than 5 days I don't reckon you should go online they don't help you in anyway I asked for refund no 3 days havant received yet again the courier need to learn road signs do is homework first

I ordered a pair of trainers size 9 but they look like a size 7 cant even get them on, sent emails to customer services but they haven't even the decently to reply . Save your money and buy elsewhere. Very disappointed with shoe zone ..

Total lack of customer service. Have sent numerous emails now about a complaint but emails get ignored even though oi get an email back saying they will contact me within “48 hours”. If you value customer service, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Avoid at all costs. My husband purchased some slippers at shoe zone at christmas. I have worn the slippers indoors only and they are falling apart. Pictures below. Shoe Zone wanted me to return the slippers at my cost and then they will see if faulty. They can see quite clearly they are falling apart. What they will then do is say wear and tear and then I'm even more out of pocket. These slippers have been worn less than 2 months. Very cheap and rubbish shoes.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered a pair of boots one size bigger than my actual size, yet when the arrived they were tiny! These boots were also like plastic, definitely not leather, so I tried on one boot and it was tight so immediately went onto their website and started a return which they charged me £2.50 for. I printed off the return label and boxed up the boots and returned them the very next day. These boots were never worn inside or outside. It's now 9 days since I returned these boots and ive had to chase my refund which they aren't paying out! It clearly states on their website that they also pay return postage after they've received the item back, yet my return had tracking on it and I've contacted Hermes through web chat who told me that these boots were returned to the shoezone warehouse 3 days ago, but shoezone are fobbing me off with excuses. Firstly they asked for the account number, also the return tracking number, and also the reason I was returning these boots. I'd already written all the details in the first email I sent them when I asked why I hadn't received my refund, yet they ask for them again. So I reply again with all my details and now they say I must wait for 10 days after I returned them. It's already been 9 days since I returned them, yet another email from them states I must now wait until 9th February and contact them again if I haven't received my refund by then, but that takes me up to 21 days since I first returned them! The staff I've been dealing with in customer services are called Tom Brown and Sammy, who are both fobbing me off with lousy excuses and not refunding me. I've looked at reviews for this company on other sites and it seems many are having the same problems, either not refunded or shoes/boots falling apart, yet the boots I ordered were never worn, only one boot was tried on in my home and I started the refund process within one hour of Hermes delivering them. They're a bunch of liars and I'd avoid anyone from using these especially during this pandemic where you can only order them online. If you must buy from them, wait until their shops open then you can see what you're actually buying and return them if you need to, cause buying from these sharks online is a nightmare as they won't refund you and make any lame excuse. Also, their telephone number they have listed is deactivated and so is their webchat, both are disabled, so the only way to contact them is through email. This is obviously so they can fob you off and disregard you so they don't have to pay refunds. They're service is disgusting!! Absolutely appalling and I'd advise anyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY! They're horrendous! Go elsewhere, as they don't honour their word which they have on their website. It's all lies!! Also, what is worse, is they're using this pandemic to con people out of money and earn a fast profit from getting their stuff returned and not paying out refunds. As if customers aren't going through enough at this time!

Can only assume they sell cheaply as these are seconds. Faulty shoes, insisted return postage would be refunded but then tried to say there was no fault and wouldn’t return. Avoid

Cheap cheap cheap Plastic shoes Got as a gift and are 2 sizes too big No tags or receipt Trash......will go in the trash No idea why my senile sister in law would send somethkng like this
