"Few months ago, I purchased my first pair of Skechers and was enjoying this model, however, I was completely shocked to discover a hole in the back of one trainer after only a few months of light use.\r\nI visited my local store but they refused to assist me and were rather unfriendly. They told me it\u2019s normal for people to replace trainers every six months, which I found surprising and unaffordable.\r\nI contacted customer service, but they replied that they won\u2019t offer an exchange or refund since it\u2019s been seven months since the purchase. That\u2019s ridiculous."

"I\u2019ve been a loyal Skechers customer for years and have probably purchased more pairs than I can count\u2014always comfortable, always reliable\u2026 until now. Unfortunately, the pair I bought just four months ago has already started falling apart, with the heels deteriorating far too quickly for a shoe that\u2019s supposedly built for daily wear.\r\n\r\nI reached out to customer service expecting at least a fair discussion\u2014especially since I believed Skechers stood behind their 12-month warranty. Instead, I was told the shoes are not covered, with no clear explanation. When I questioned the warranty policy, I got no response\u2014just a flat-out denial.\r\n\r\nThis was my first time needing support from Skechers, and sadly, it will likely be my last. If this is how they stand behind their products, I\u2019ll be moving on to another brand that takes quality control\u2014and customer loyalty\u2014more seriously."
