“I had to get a new pair of shoes for work and Edgar one of the managers for Buca di Beppo from a different location suggested that I go to Skechers to get them. If I did I would be able to get in 30% off with a code. Although there were stipulations that had to be met. From the moment I entered the Taylorsville Skechers and began interacting with Kylee I was very happy due to her patience and helpfulness. It was very near closing as it was when I went in the store to make my purchase. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Sarah, I believe a manager, assisted with a return and then gave great recommendations on a shoe that would fit my needs better. She was patient and enthusiastic throughout my transaction. She was able to assist me with my questions return and exchange as well as quickly attend to other people in the store. The other employees were also actively assisting customers in finding the perfect fit for them. Great customer service and product knowledge on everyone’s part.”
