Really disappointed with Sofology. Tried to order a sofa directly via the website & online ordering and was given different pricing. The communication was poor and I was treated with disdain when I queried the additional costs. There is a lack of transparency with pricing and shocking customer service. Avoid.

When you buy a pair of sofas for 2500 with best insurance you ask Certain questions and they promis you youell be covered for that then your happy to buy big blag I had a cheap slight accident £35 to fix but insurysaid that part of the sofa is not covered if you insure Sofa it should be said it’s only partly coverd six weeks it took me to repair my sofa at my cost so I said I was missold my insurance and I was fobbed off so small claims they think you will not bother to make a fuss rats they are

We bought a pair of leather sofas less then 11 months ago from Sofology. Around 12 weeks we noticed some discoloration on our sofas. we contacted Sofology for repair but after sending 3 technicians they decided that the discoloration is due to wear and tear. So if we need to repair the sofas, we have to pay for it. The sofas we bought, it cost us £2400. And it should not happen. But they are having none of it. I would have rated them 0 star but there is no option like that.

DO NOT BUY TABLES FROM THEM, THEY RUST AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING!!! Purchased a side table for over £300, it has began to rust on one of the legs. Sofology complaints and customer service department are both refusing to do anything about this and I quote ‘our products are handmade and sometimes do go wrong’ I would never recommended this company, if anything I would insist they stay away! Disgusting service and a terrible product! I will never purchase here again after the customer service received.

Lawrence lazio sofa Less than 12 months old, leather peeling off already I have been told its not a fault after waiting 3 weeks for a tech report , only choice is small claims court or watchdog Spend over 3k on this sofa

Avoid! The most dreadful customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ok until they have your money. Passing my information to watch dog will be my next move.

Chased delivery at 11 weeks only to have them cancel order as apparently shop did not place order and style was duscontinued lots of lies very difficult to get deposit £998 back. Apparently I would 30% charge had I cancelled but nothing if they do !!

Had my sofa just two years and my leather is peeling off my sofa it's barely used due to working I have no small children and it's coming off like nail varnish yet sofology are claiming its wear and tear? I'm pretty sure pure 100%leather as advitisted shouldn't do this?!its like nail varnish the top colour layer just peels absolutely disgusted stuck with a 3800 pound sofa that looks neglected.

So I wait 5 week for a sofa. I get rid of our sofa, new one arrives. Wrong colour. Told I have to wait a further 5 week. I want something for my inconvenience (which I’m sure you’ll agree is fair) They tell me it’s not company policy to give compensation. What a load of rubbish!

Not happy with my purchase. There are white slashes all over the fabric. Large gap in the back of settee and arms. Contacted Sofology who say that I need to pay £400 for them to collect. I want this junk out of my house and nobody is listening to me. I do not recommend. Shocking customer service/ NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Anyone thinking of buying anything from sofology please please think again, I had 2x3 seater sofas delivered on Monday just gone, they are both marked had the technician to look at them and he said the marks are natural scaring so nothing will be done, they look a right mess also the seats are beginning to stretch I know leather does give but not after a few days. So please please don’t give your hard earned money to this so called company as they just don’t give a dam once they have your cash

Please please don’t buy a leather sofa from here, I have just bought 2 x3 seater sofas, they are marked, had a technician to look at them and he said it was natural scaring and they look an absolute mess and they will do nothing about it. I am really disgusted with this so called company, also the seats are beginning to stretch I know leather does give but not after 4 days. So please please don’t throw away you good money.

Abysmal after sales service. Couldn’t organise a p*ss up in a brewery. Feet were wrong colour and the arm was a different size on the chair, numerous phone calls, 10+ emails, corresponding on FB, 6 weeks later & still not sorted. Hopefully this week a technician will arrive and we will see if it finally resolved! I would not recommend Sofology to anyone despite them having some nice suites

They mislead clients in their delivery charges. They provide a date of delivery and when you call to delay for a day or two due to holidays they want to charge you £40 storage costs. So the delivery date they provide is non negotiable. Really poor service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!! I bought 2 leather 2-seater sofas 15 months ago at a cost of £2000. I first complained about the quality of the foam within a month of receiving them & stated that the sofas you receive are nothing like the showroom models. They finally sent a technician out on Wednesday to examine them. Nice enough bloke but I soon realised we was working to a well rehearsed script. He took photographs outside & then internally. He told me that we had to keep changing seats when I pointed out lumps & sinking of the foam (we have actually swapped the sofas over). I told him this was a load of rubbish and that I have been buying sofas since well before he was born. I pointed to a leather chair I have bought ( not from Sofology) & asked him what you did about that. His reply was "Well, chairs are different to sofas ". Even at my age it seems you learn something different every day !!!. I also asked him to compare the foam & he said that the foam in the chair probably had less air in the foam. I could tell he just wanted to get away. He was so fast that he managed to leave about 30 metal staples scatterd over the carpet. He said that I would hear from them within 24-48 hours. Within half an hour I received e-mail :- Following your recent visit from our service technician, we have now received the technical report confirming that the issue with your furniture has been resolved. We hope this means you are now feeling at home on a sofa you love. (NO. WE HATE THEM) We will therefore consider this matter closed. It has been our pleasure to help and we hope to have met or exceeded your expectations. With regard to the chair, I was a bit unhappy with the foam in the seat but it was nothing like the Sofology fault. I e-mailed the company last Thursday & the upholsterer came yesterday & put new foam in. I have told sofology that I am not at all happy & that I am sending a file listing loads of comments like mine from this & other sites to BBC Watchdog & The Daily Mail. I don`t suppose that will bother them one little bit though as they already think that they are more powerful than the BBC. Anyway, as my wife says she cant`t live with the sofas any longer, we are having to buy new. I suppose Sofology would think that 15 months use for £2000 is great value for money. They lie, cheat & steal your hard earned money !!!!!!.

Very poor after sales service. Do not buy from here. They will direct you to a premium number that costs a fortune for any correspondence after purchase and still not resolve the issue.

We pas almost three thousand pounds fora corner unit it looked nothing like the one in the store it also kept moving apart so they had to a new set of brackets, A year on the padding is flat and the cushions look really old, We have been told move around more on the sofa Thats it unless I want to pay £150 for someone to come and look at it Really this is ridiculous

Terrible customer service. once you have the sofa in your home they accept no liability and say nothing is wrong with the sofa. You are then stuck with a non fit for purpose sofa. Actually sick of phoning to try and resolve. I have been trying to get the sofa removed from my house for months as I no longer want to deal with sofology. DO NOT BUY!!

On the 25th May, ordered a Lamp and a Rug at the Norwich Sofology Store. Was told should be two weeks.!! Today... 30th June, having spoken to 5 (Five), separate people at the store... NO Lamp or Rug and no idea when they will be delivered. A complete sham with poor feedback and No resolution... Next step is getting money back... Why do I think that will be a task.... Not a happy potential customer..
