Excellent prices, rubbish service. 3 weeks after ordering and paying up front still no items. Very difficult to get hold of anyone, the webchat didn't recognise my order number. No telephone number had to email, replied 3 days later to say products are being processed and I will receive an email when sent out. Ordered christmas presents for family that live quite far away, had to delay Christmas visit and paid £20 for delivery!

I purchased a mud kitchen, which seems lovely and of suitable quality, but it's arrived without the brackets to hold up the shelf. We contacted Studio, but were advised that they aren't able to provide these parts, so were left having to scrabble around to find an alternative at the last minute. We were offered £10 credit, but as we don't currently have any plans to buy from Studio, it's now just sat on my account and has not helped towards the cost of the alternative at all. I then left a review on their website advising of this issue and received a response stating that they had tried to contact me to discuss this but I had not answered their call. I had been home all day, with WiFi calling and had not received any missed calls at all. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a standard copy and paste response to make it appear that they are dealing with issues, rather than actually dealing with them.

I buy a shed and the quality its none ,flimsy ,broken in a few places, different pieces of wood and at first sign of wind the door was wide open ,needed 3 padlocks to be a bit secure, anyway a metal bar going to be put across the door to finally secure it ,do not buy its a waste of money, i needed it so its was been fixed and put together ,but its not worth the money spend on it and after. Very disappointed indeed

I have ordered a few times from studio and the clothes have been brilliant and have always paid my account in full. I have now got a reject on my account as they think there is an affordability issue and they don't know how long it will take to resolve. now can't order anything and to top it of they have increased my credit limit to £600. Really couldn't make it up. Be very careful when ordering from this company

Clothes arrived quickly but didn’t fit. A pain to return them and have to pay. Beware their delivery charge to your home is scandalous

Ordered on Nov 29th just sent this : On November the 29th I made an order for quite a few items from yourself all of which were accepted and delivered, except for the most important item a plush elephant which was for my first grandchild on her first Christmas. I waited three weeks after the delivery of all the other items at which time I phoned up your customer services to ask where said was. I was assured by the young lady I spoke to that my item would definitely be with me in time for Christmas and she understood perfectly how important it was to me. I also received an email telling me not to worry said elephant was making like Dumbo and flying its way to me as fast as you could make it. Then to my utter dismay today 17/12/2021 I received another email stating sorry about the fact that we already charged you here's a credit to your account your Elephant is no longer in stock. What kind of shambolic ordering system are you running when you're not even keeping in touch with your suppliers and they don't seem to care enough to update you. You must be very important customers to them. However, I digress, at this late stage what exactly do you suggest I do about my first and may I add only granddaughters present now? May I suggest that if you can't uphold your order your customer service agents don't tell customers that they understand and their item will definitely be with them in time? To say I am furious would be an understatement at this point and I would have expected more than just an automated email with the barest of apologies. I shall await your reply with an idea of where to get a present for my granddaughter now, which I can assure you being disabled and unable to go out is going to be very difficult if not impossible

Order personalised role play shop to find when Put together the name is upside down! Arrange a return and reordered stating the issue, received replacement only to find the exact same issue with personalisation. Drill holes are pre drilled so you can’t even turn it around without it looking a mess!! Now trying to sort it again. ☹️

not happy so far ordered my kids birthday presents was told by text it was delivered bear in mind i was waiting near my front door and they also send a image of the delivery No parcel came to my address now i have to spend my day chasing behind these people first time using this company i wish I'd read the reveiw before ordering haven't got time for this easier to just go out and get it yourself less stress

Bought 6 solar fairy houses for granddaughters fairy garden. They are not solar. They are pretty wee houses but have no solar panels. Wrote to the company and they claimed they were. Clearly an impossibility. Also ordered a fairy fountain paid and they then said it was out of stock and to reorder in my next order. Still unsure if they have repaid the money. Wrote to them and they claimed a few days later it was still out of stock. Hours after sending them the email it was back in stock and I had reordered. I will never be ordering from this company again, false advertising and terrible customer service. You also cannot leave feedback on their site or if you can I cannot find how to.

I have some nice items from studio but reason for only 2 star review is there communication is dreadful, when you email them you get an automated response saying they would be in contact normally within 24 hours, however there responded are usually really poor and they seem incapable of actually answering a direct question. Also when returning an item I had to wait 7 weeks to be refunded. I see from below I'm not alone. They seem to have an awful lot of returned packages go missing???

I have ordered a coat twice now the first time the order was cancelled they said there was no stock. The second time it said dispatched and on it’s way, then I get an email saying no stock available ,when I emailed them they said they were unable to get the stock when the order was processed ,it still said in stock online now it says out of stock online, surely if the item came back in stock they could have sent another one out, but no they said reorder. I would not want to deal with this company but I really like the coat can’t find it elsewhere ,if I could I wouldn’t bother with studio ,took a week before they let me know the order wasn’t processed, most companies I have ordered with online have delivered in a few days or less, studio is too slow.

I recently purchased a peppa pig kitchen for granddaughter. On completion of puting it together I noticed there was no panel on the back to finish it off. The toy looked very cheap. I emailed studio who eventually replied saying they could send out a replacement (this was 22 Dec). A further email said the part was not available. Very dissapointed. I was refunded £9.99. Will not shop with studio again.

After been disappointed last year not getting an email to say they didn't have what I ordered and only sending the body lotion I had only ordered to get free delivery put it down to bad luck but this year I seen a nice bag I liked ordered it and yet again they don't have it after accepting order and yet again no email to let me know good job it was just for me and I wasn't relying on it for Xmas won't be ordering again as they never have the bargains that hook you in and don't even bother to let you know

I ordered a gift on 4th December that 3 times I have had to ring and hold on ages to speak to call centre abroad who are difficult to understand. Each time they assured me the item would be delivered but it NEVER arrived was a personalised gift and important finally on 20th dec I rang again to be told same thing although I told him.Hermes tracking shows delivery was halted on 9th December Hermes infamous for non delivery. I insisted on a refund of item on my account he said i will do that now ,day later no refund showing on account. I dread calling them again as they non uk call centre used to get a lot from studio doubt that will be the case in future. Now at last minute I have to go get another gift.Poor service from Studio.

I ordered a gift on the 14th December, a lion unit block it read on the internet that they had enough in. I had a letter today saying that the item was out of stock . This is terrible information giving before Christmas. Will not be buying from studio again

Ordered kitchen floor mats with in 3 weeks they fell apart. Not a busy kitchen as only 2 of us live here. Very disappointing and waste of money.

Iv always liked shopping with studio that was until before Christmas where I ordered quite a few things which where either damaged didn't arrive & had the wrong personalized name. After sending back the wrong or damaged items there now charging me for them items & the items I never received on top of that adding late payments. I will not use them again!!

I have been a customerof studio for a number of years. but. my recent experience of hermes delivery has put me off shopping with them again. i was out when the first delivery of my order arrived. Ihad put a note on my front door where any parcels could be left. this was totally ignored. slip stated redeliver at the weekend. I stayed in all day . no parcel. if I hadnt check the parcel tracker yesterday, I would never have known they failed to deliver . which is odd,as the time on the notice I was at home. redeliver today.I had to go out today so did the same and left a note to leave parcel. usually with a neighbour. slip in the letterbox when I got home returned to sender couldnt be left. couldnt get the advisor when i phoned STUDIO to understand what had happened. said items where still on the system for delivery. but did get them to cancel redelivery when they get the items back. all in all frustrating

Only when my delivery finally came.Wasn't helpful with the order or a re-order.Struggled to answer Q's God awful experience not helpful in the slightest had so many problems went to the ombudsmen.
