I purchased a lawnmower back in April 2020. The item is no longer working, I emailed studio and had no reply, I decided to phone them, the person who answered my call, Couldn’t really speak English, nor could she understand it considering the amount of time I had to repeat my name, account number, why I’m calling, eventually after going off the phone for the 5th time I was told that someone would contact me about a replacement, that was over a week ago and no one has called me. Cheap clothes and cheap electrical items are what studio are all about. I will be taking my complaint to the ombudsman and trading standards and will not stop until I have my money back or a replacement. Do it use this company.

Keep away from studio they take yoyr money and dont send the goods. They tell people things are instock and they aren't. Do not buy form studio

As a new customer I placed an order for some shorts on 6th june ,i was told delivery would be 3 to 7 days .After 3 weeks and no delivery and numerous phone calls and emails un replied to ,i spoke to trading standards .Studio told me i would have to wait 30 days for a refund while they investigated where my parcel was ??THIS IS NOT LEGAL !!!As soon as i told them trading standards said if they have broken their contract of supplying goods within 3 to 7 days by law I'm entitled to a refund .And it worked !!I was refunded within 2 days .Disgraceful customer service, would never buy from them again .I hope this review will help someone else dealing with this awful company .

Shocking customer service Shocking customer service. They don't help you at all. I tried changing my payment date as mine had changed. I got no help apart from £12 a month charges. I contacting them verious times and they just push you aside and don't listen to you at all. There communication skills are shocking you would get a better service from a 5 year old kid

Placed order for 2 items totalling £300 on 30th November, was informed 21 days for delivery which was acceptable as the items were for my kids Xmas, got an email today 23rd December saying items cancelled as out of stock, logged into my account to check what was going on & sure enough, items cancelled BUT they still have the items for sale stating 14 days delivery now & £20 cheaper....... Absolutely disgusting behaviour from what I thought was a decent online retailer, I've now got 1 day to try & find my kids a hoverboard each..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE WORSE THAN COVID-19

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on the 10th of December. (non credit, paid in full). After my order I recieved a confirmation email. And they took the money right away from my bank account. A few days later I can't seem to track my items? (christmas presents). Today I called(7 days later) - - (taking more money from me as its a high charge number) I'm left on hold for a while. Lots of talking laughter in the background can hardly hear the adviser on the phone. Who can hardly speak English himself. I am then told that my order didn't go through.. I'm not going to recieve my items at all. (even though they took my money) and NEVER informed me of this. So they basically SCAMMED me!!!! They took my money had no intentions of sending my items, no intentions of refunding me. And they did NOT inform me that my order didn't go through!! I was then told I had to wait for a refund! So not only have I now got to buy gifts again but I have NO Money to do so as they'd like to keep it for a little longer!! So many great companies going into administration and theses scammers are still open is just ridiculous!!

I placed my 1st order for a vacuum cleaner it states it will be delivered in 10 days - I expected it may get delayed with our current situation. I am desperate for the vacuum has my current one is broken. On my account it still saying awaiting dispatch but it should have been delivered already! Lack of communication from Studio and not being very helpful is so frustrating, I have messaged numerous times to cancel my order and refund me but I.keep getting ignored, i cannot ring the company has lines are closed unless your in financial difficulties. So I wouldn't bother wasting your time with this company what on earth is going on? I'd like my money back please!! I wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering.

Rubbish! I bought a duvet set from Studio. When I opened the parcel, I realised the duvet had been used and had scribble on the inside of the cover. I was really surprised that they could sell an item like this.

Scammed by studio! Avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service and cant even follow there own policies! Still chasing a refund two months later due to a defective product!

Repeated data protection act breeches including someone taking my details home and calling maliciously from home, 30 times, the police traced these calls to one of their employees. Vile behaviour.

Can’t even pay monies to my interest saver plan to clear the bslance before it expires in March and then interest will be charged if not cleared . There is no option in my account to pay the interest saver only to pay personal account . Phoned up to pay an amount of visa debit card payment declined so how the hell do I pay it ? This company is a joke they are scammers

Order got cancelled more than two weeks ago, customer service is absolutely useless. Still no refund even though I have spoke to complaints and shown proof countless times of payment taken. Keep getting told the same thing over and over again and yet....still no refund! Basically stole nearly 200 quid

STAY AWAY THERE CROOKS FAKE REVIEWS THEY STEAL MONEY AND DONT ACCEPT RETURNS , THEY USE THE CHEAP DRUGGY DELIVERY DRIVERS WHO STEEL POST , CUSTOMER SERVICES DONT ACCEPT RETURNS AND THEY WONT HELP YOU LOOK FOR LOST ITEMS EITHER THEY DONT REFUND FOR STUFF THAT DOESNT TURN UP , TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE STUDIO, PLUS EVERY ITEM THEY SELL OS CHEAPER AT ARGOS , VERY , LITLEWOODS ETC SO PLEASE USE THEM INSTEAD THEY HAVE NEARLY RUINED XMAS AT MINE I HAD TO DONATE THE TOYS AND BUY AGAIN ELSEWHERE

Do not go near this company Ordered a ps4 console online it said problem with payment and try again I did again just to find they took both payments and you can not cancel online Or on phone, will have to wait weeks for bank to do clawback This is fraud

***AVOID THIS COMPANY*** - ADVERTISING PLAYSTATION 4 FOR DELIVERY BEFORE XMAS. TOOK MY MONEY THEN INFORMED IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON 20TH JAN. REFUND WILL NOW TAKE 14DAYS. ABSOLUTELY DISCRACEFUL - TO MAKE MATTERS WORTH STILL ADVERTISING THE SAME PRODUCT FOR DELIVERY BEFORE XMAS. BASICALLY STOLEN MY MONEY FOR TWO WEEKS - RUINED XMAS FOR MY SON AS NOW HAVE NO MONEY FOR HIS PRESENT THANKS.

Promised delivery of a television set. Used Hermes as courier. No delivery was made although Hermes claims it was. Contacted foreign call centre at premium rate charge that were no help. Studio suggested buying the television again and wait for possible refund which could take up to 30 days!!!!! Would never buy from Studio again and would actively avoid any retailer that uses Hermes as their courier of choice. Terrible service but don't just take my word for it. Read the reviews below for more insight into this company.

1. I would give no stars if I could. 2. Studio rip you off. 3. I paid my bill in advance 4. I have still received a bill ignoring my first payment. 5. I have paid over the cost of my items as I have had problems with Studio previously. 6. Their call charged are exhorbitant. 7. My account balance on their website does not correspond to the paper statement I received. 8. Interest date is the same as the statement date and I received the statement four days after that date. 9. I shall not be buying from Studio again and shall take the to the Ombudsman if I need to. 10. Such fraudulent organisations should be shut down.

I ordered a TV which wasn't available for 10 days. They then cancelled the order by e mail as not now available. Asked for refund. No response. Then message to say it wasn't cancelled after all and they will send it in 5 days. I bought a TV elsewhere when they cancelled but they have not refunded my money. They seem to be completely inefficient and incompetent and took money without completing the contract. Will contact credit card company tomorrow unless they respond and refund today. Utterly useless.

Placed an order and got a confirmation email that it was to be delivered in 3 days along with a tracking number. Great. After 3 days no parcel. Checked the tracking number - parcel is delayed. One week later - parcel is still delayed on no further tracking information. Called Studio 3 times - on hold for 58 minutes, emailed them, just to get told call has been escalated but nothing happens. I now have no parcel, no refund and a very large phone bill. I will be taking further action and letting every social media outlet I know of to avoid this company like the plague. I wish I'd looked on here first.

I have written 3 complaint emails and not had an answer! My item is 3 weeks after anticipated delivery date and still no confirmation of when it will arrive. Slow response time. Don’t answer ANY of my questions. Ignore my telephone call request. Delay after delay after delay. No reason why? Just appalling customer service all round! Tried calling and never answer! OR says closed when it clearly says they are open! Shambles! Still waiting for my item!
